Jacob was extremely professional. He was patient & explained everything to me thoroughly. I've been shopping around to see & he even took the time to check for me other locations to see what would suit my needs the… best. Give that man a raise.

Jacob and Barbera really made this whole process very easy and they are very friendly and professional, please be respectful here as they are genuinely just all around good people. I highly recommend this location… specifically for the exceptional staff that operate the Carson location. The program is well written, and Jacob's passion about addiction, treatment, overall mental health, is very well delivered in the way he teaches the class. 5 stars!

Currently enrolled now, let me tell you guys how great and real Mrs. Doris when it comes to running her class oh and Sky she is like superman in there! she has made sure all my paperwork has been filed the RIGHT way… when others there have not done so. Thank You.

The staff here is super friendly. Getting a dui can be a very shameful experience. The staff here has shown me that people from all walks of life have gotten DUIs. If you find yourself in the situation where you must… complete this program, this staff will at least make it a positive experience.

Scam! Do not give these people a dime. They intentionally do not state the rules clearly and charge fees for everything. The staff is unkind and unprofessional. If your baby was on fire they would still hold you… responsible for being late or missing which is of course a fee. If you value your money and your sanity I would stay far away!

Love this place Paul is the best counselor there

Very terrible unprofessional experience they constantly change staff members. If a member of the staff give you incorrect information you’re still held responsible for the misinformation. Consequences which could cost… you money and time. When you ask all you get is a patronizing apology. I don’t believe this agency is out for anything other than to make the most money off you.
