I’ve been fighting to get proof of completion. Multiple emails and phone calls and nothing. I wouldn’t recommend using this service. Over $600 paid and nothing.
I had to go here for services. The staff was super helpful during my situation especially mrs.pam knowing I had anxiety. I really like thank them again if you have a dwi this is the place to go.
This was such a great program! Mrs. Pam was so funny and made class very enjoyable. These are God fearing people and they treat everyone with respect. Definitely a great option when choosing your classes.
DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A SCAM. and i was as well assaulted by a male worker after having my money thrown in my face when his boss told him to refund my money through facetime. Reasons why i wanted a refund was because… before the assessment was even done he told me how many hours i “would need” before even assessing me (to get my money) then after doing the assessment because let’s be clear i am here for a dwi not drug use i dont have or have never used drugs ever which my probation can vouch, this guy goes and put in the computer system they use that i did crack and after asking the results to be printed and seeing and reading that he gets upset because he is caught and throws my money at me and as i am picking it up off the ground he grabs my arm and try twisting it. I was alone here and had to call the police and press assault on a female charged do not go here go to a professional place and this is not one or even close they are money hungry and lie to get you to take more classes so they get more money. DO NOT GO HERE
Dear Genesis DWI Counseling Team, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank all of you for the guidance, support, and encouragement you have given me throughout my DWI counseling program. This process has meant… so much more to me than simply completing a requirement. Your professionalism, patience, and understanding helped me stay focused and motivated while working toward one of my most important personal goals getting my driver’s license reinstated and moving forward with a fresh start. Because of your support and the tools I learned through this program, I feel more confident in my decisions and better prepared to make positive choices for my future. You treated me with respect and compassion, and that made a lasting impact on my journey. I truly appreciate the time and effort each of you invested in helping me succeed. Thank you for being part of this milestone in my life and for helping me achieve a goal that brings me greater independence and opportunity. With sincere gratitude, Tara H.
Great class and atmosphere they really care about you getting your stuff done to get your privileges back and the the best part is it was the best price in the area!
I truly appreciate the services and support that I received through Genesis and their staff. I am very grateful as it was part of the first step towards my recovery. The direct classroom meetings were definitely a major… step that helped me move forward and know that I wasn’t fighting all by myself. Thank you Genesis!
They cheated me out of my money. I told the counselor that I worked 2 jobs and it was gonna be difficult to get to the classes. There was no online course available. I had no idea that there were other available… services in the area besides there's and I could have gone to any of them to complete my courses. Why would they tell me because its about the money? I signed up for an online class thinking I was good because it had the same hourly class schedule that was recommended. After I realized the state wouldn't except my online class, I called the original person I spoke to and he said he would authorized it, basically he felt bad. But of course, it would cost me. So.... I paid it thinking I was good. Then I get to the hearing with dmv and they told me it was not accepted. So they took my money knowing that what they put on that 508 form for dmv would not accept it. So now I lost out on about $1,000 between both companies. If you couldnt do it, he could have said it instead of costing me more money. Or suggesting I redo it with the new online services they provided. So run, dont walk. They act like they care but they all about the money. When the guy was doing my exit interview I heard him joke with the guy on the phone about getting more clients so he can make more money. He said atleast 5. Smh
This was my first and last DUI but I had a great experience working with Mr. Dockery and Ms.Coleman. They really helped me from the beginning to the end and was really supportive through my process. I am grateful for… the lessons I had learned as well as hearing other individual stories. You just truly don’t know what people are going through.
Great, kind, personable people that actually care.
The Best place to be educated on your mistake to get back to normal life Loved it!
The staff over at Raleigh Genesis made my experience very pleasant, the few weeks I was there. I highly recommend going through them if you are required to take DWI classes.
I cannot say enough about the positive experience my son and I had in working with the people at Genesis. They are proficient in their business and kind to everyone that walks through their door. They treated my son… with respect and compassion in what we all hope is his first and last situation that required him to be there. They took their time to get to know my son. They did not treat him like a number and were helpful throughout the process of completing the assessment and classes. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of DWI services.
Fantastic program!
The employees aren't very knowledgeable about there multiple locations. I was told I didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for the telephone # to the Louisburg,NC location. But I had it all straightened out… myself. And I went with the Louisburg location instead of Raleigh. Some people don't deserve to be employed. But God willing they will choke on a 🍆
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I had tried with another service in the area, First Step, and found them more suitable for different clientele. My assessments were nail-biting experiences that felt like… lie detector tests. Then there was a drug test involved in the last assessment. Why wasn't there one during my first assessment? Also, passing a drug test isn't a standard requirement for obtaining a driver's license. During the 2nd assessment, they threatened to alert my probation officer when I expressed skepticism about a procedure. I'm not even ON probation. It's anxiety inducing thinking about spending 40-50 hours with them. No thanks. I'm not trying to expose my brain to therapy in a potentially toxic environment. Genesis didn't treat me like an addict. I didn't have to prepare and wait for the assessment in so many ways like I did before. They were appropriately careful to set many boundaries in conversation to maintain the generic basic service as advertised. They gave me half the hours the other place was going to give me, and the program itself wasn't cringeworthy either! Completing AA without being bothered emotionally was the most important part of this whole thing for me. I'll admit, I was sitting next to some of the people at some sessions that I was specifically scared to be around. I was scared of being haunted later by intense testimonies and conversations. This is where the brilliance of Genesis truly shines. They were able to direct everyone towards easy and comfortable sessions, all sharing in the same feeling and vibe. No one was ever put on the spot more than they wanted to be. Apprehensiveness of any kind was a rarity at any of my 8 sessions. If you want to avoid the nightmare of depressing activities involved in bouncing back from a drunk driving charge, then Genesis is a beautiful place to complete AA and Habitat For Humanity is a beautiful place for community service.
Dont play yourself there the best. And fair with everything great environment and atmosphere oddly enough gonna miss everyone a little bit o yea no pointless drug test for dwi
Great organization with a even more solid staff that assisted during a transitional period for me.
So thankful for this place and mostly thankful for the staff. After getting an assessment done at another company, I was extremely discouraged from wanting to take these classes and had no interest of getting my life… back on track. I was lucky enough to have Genesis recommended to me. I felt comfortable, welcomed and not judged through every step of the process with them. I can not say enough good things at Julius and his teaching style. He makes you feel understood and gives you comfort in finding respect and peace within yourself again. I hope I will never have to use their services again but in a weird way I am sad that I won't see them anymore - they helped and affected me more than I thought possible. Thank you all for what you do.
Genesis is a great place to obtain DWI services. Professional friendly staff. Top quality services and treatment. I would recommend anyone to go there to have there DWl services and treatments.
Very courteous and hard working staff. Training is very practical and real world. It was a good choice.
Gregory was extremely helpful resolving my issues with NC DMV. I'm out of state and was unable to resolve a blemish that I was unaware I had on my driving record. Within days of my initial call to Genesis, Mr. Dockery… was able to assist with my paperwork and quickly had my record cleared with the state. Thank you Gregory and team Genesis for your expedient service and assistance!
This is a great place with great people!!! Thank you so much for the help!!!!
Greg was very supportive and helpful as he helped me complete the sessions to resolve my DWI issues. I would highly recommend their services when needed.
It was great it really helped me out the open discussion was wonderful I was going through so much and just needed to talk and listening to other people that go through so much helped me get a better understanding on… things
