About Hidalgo Medical Services – Lordsburg

Hidalgo Medical Services operates from 530 East DeMoss Street in Lordsburg. The site sits in Hidalgo County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.

Detox and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Detox and Rehab Services at Hidalgo Medical Services

Withdrawal management covers alcohol, benzodiazepine and opioid dependence and is handled on site rather than referred elsewhere. Stepping down into continuing care happens with the same team, so there is no second intake to sit through. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

Hidalgo Medical Services Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 530 East DeMoss Street, Lordsburg, NM 88045, in Hidalgo County. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. It is worth checking which entrance to use and where parking sits before a first appointment.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Interpreting services including ASL are available on request. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip.

How Much Does Treatment at Hidalgo Medical Services Cost?

How much does rehab cost in New Mexico without insurance? Typically $1,540 to $4,900 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Pricing for Hidalgo Medical Services was not found at the time of writing, so the state figures are an estimate only.

Medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling are normally part of the price. Whether Hidalgo Medical Services prices its care the same way is not known, so ask. Medication and lab work are common extras.

Run for the Hills!! After 20 years of dealings with this joke, I think I am qualified and entitled to finally say: This place is scary awful! It's worse than NOTHING. These creatures do HARM and don't CARE! OH you'll… run into decent treatment some of the time, but just as w any Narcissistic Institution, it will be frustratingly Intermittent in delivery. I've partaken of most areas of HMS 'services' over the years, except those for children or seniors, in Silver and do not know WHAT TO DO.. Which problem Life.dress first, here and in real kife the

I really like the staff here. Despite some issues I've had my general experience is good. My gripe is more that in two years of trying to identify pain and deal with it I've instead spent a lot of money to get in worse… pain that I started. I'm not sleeping. And seeing two doctors here both keep asking me to be patient but I'm to the point I'm hallucinating I'm missing sleep so much because of the pain I'm in. So nice staff. Helpful for the most part. Just not as attentive to the issues as I'd like

Great experience with the pharmacy department, Carlos was very attentive and worked the extra mile to get my prescription filled up from out of state. Very clean building and overall quality.
