The medical staff is great I would recommend them sincerely at any one. my last out patient case I feel was mismanaged that was extremely disappointing To be fair I would have not made as far as I have with out there… help and some of staff went the extra mile to make it better so thank you to that person. They are really the last bridge for many people so to any one that helped me thank you.

the level of care i receieved was just mediocre at best. i feel like the doctors consider you more of a bother than a patient. it's also damn near impossible to get in contact with anyone, so when i have to refill my… prescription im just waiting around for a return call because you HAVE to leave a message and wait. not even a hold or anything.

This is the Parent of Narice Ferguson a patient of Psychologist Jilbert. A patient with multiple diagnosis ranging from Schizophrenia to Bi polar type 1 to depression, PTSD and anxiety disorder, unresolved trauma.… Without going into further details for patient confidentiality reasons I would like to express my personal observation that his care of my daughter is lacking for the past month. In his desire to spare her from his assumption about about future drug complications; Dementia he has altered her drug therapy to near catastrophic levels and put said patient into a spiral of self harm, multiple anxiety attacks and psychosis episode feed back loops that resultsed in self harm, cuttings on limbs and manic episodes resulting in verbal altercations with family members. Ideation to mharm others. I dream this careless change of her medication dose or ceasing her medication in it's entirety based on assumptions and not scientific fact based reasoning with evidence. All with no monitoring for changes in mental state under professional observation. Careless, neglectful, and patient endangerment. He should be benched. Possibly charged with malpractice. I have spent 43 years in various professional medical settings including mental health and personal experience living with family members whom suffer from a wide variety of them to know this is not acceptable and should not be be normalized. If It were left to me he would already have his license revoked. Possibly criminal charges for the patient suffering needlessly. Your welcome! Very angry Parent.

This review and one star strongly goes to a doctor named Jilbert who was my wife's psychiatrist and in that time he was treating her he wasn't only unprofessional but was very rude to her. He should be fired for their… negligence and unprofessionalism towards my wife. He wouldn't even take my wife's feelings into consideration. Every time she would tell him how she felt about his decisions and changes he'd make with the medication they put her on for her Schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder. The medication her previous psychiatrist had put her on was perfect for her! She was doing great on it but no! He had to step in and mess with her and gave her false information and make her feel like she was in danger for being on those meds and was making her feel unsafe in general. She literally became suicidal again it got to the point where since she had her medication type and dosage messed with that it almost drove her to commit suicide! Thank God she's doing a bit better now because she spoke with someone else there to put her back on her previous medication and they didn't let her leave until she was feeling better. THAT was a good psychiatrist who she is now with and was told she wouldn't have to see Jilbert again. Again he should definitely be fired for his negligence and unprofessionalism towards my wife. Especially before this happens to someone else because of him.

Keisha was one of the most helpful Case managers I’ve ever had she is a real Jem and the receptionist upfront., I didn’t catch her name, but she went above and beyond to help me. The one from building H and the one in… building A. thank you for treating us like people, even though we have mental disorder!!

This is the absolute worst place to get care!! It is poorly managed! No one does what they say they will do. No one answers the phone. If you use telehealth, they lie about sending your zoom link because they over book… the providers like crazy! Whoever runs this place needs to fix these issues! I’m sure the only reason they’re still in business is because of Medicaid patients!! Seriously, find somewhere else or your mental health issues will double dealing with this business.

This is the worse place in the world. From the staff that answers the phone to the managers that are right behind them. They lack empathy, and compassion. They are rude from the moment they answer pick up the phone… line. If you care about your mental health this is NOT I repeat NOT the place to go because they will cause you to pull your hair out and pretend to act like they don’t know why.

The only saving grace of this entire place is Dr. Angela—she is an awesome, amazing psychotherapy group leader and the only person there who actually cares about patient well-being. However, the rest of the facility is… a nightmare. The caseworkers, housing staff, and administration are profoundly unprofessional and unorganized. They gave me paperwork stating my insurance was handled, only to wait two months into my stay to demand "rent" and threaten me with "eviction" because my insurance wasn't covering my treatment. When I challenged this, I was told point-blank that this is a "business." They kicked me out without a clear reason or a safe plan, despite my upcoming surgery. It is predatory and heartless to treat mental health and/or drug abuse patients like unwanted tenants. Stay far away!!!

I have been lucky to see the staff, and I have nothing to say negative; other than the ability to answer everyone all at once should not result in a diminishing point of care.

Unorganized, unprofessional, Mismanaged, rude and incompetent. Do not go here. The billing/accounting people always mess up my account and always add extra balances from other people's accounts. They called me for my… account for my son and then said they can't talk to me because they have someone else listed as my sons mother. This place is absolute trash. Update: they just sent me an emailed invoice for 25$ copay dated for may of 2024 w a due date of 22526 or I get sent to collections. I paid all the visits and they even showed a zero balance on my account when we ended services due to their incompetence and corrupt accountant...and here we go again almost 2 years later with more issues. My son hasn't even gone to them since my first review. Seriously avoid this place and get help elsewhere.

The staff in the crisis department went above and beyond to find me housing. It is a sober program and you must be willing to put in the work! Extremely grateful for this place. They housed me the moment I walked in. I… highly recommend you go to the hospital and have a social worker start the process for you. Beds are limited! Thank you HBI!

A bunch of lazy people who won't even answer the phone. Every time I call in here the same lazy woman at the front desk to extension 246 are always screening calls. Now this is fine when you work for 7-11 but this is… inexcusable when peoples mental health is on the line. And this is not the first incident with this happening I have been getting screened by theses same lazy woman at that front desk who should be replaced with people who actually care for over 6 months now. I can only imagine all the people who have taken their own lives because these women refuse to pick up the phone so they can schedule a appointment. You should be ashamed
