Dr. Brown and his staff are the best in the business. The staff here are efficient, thorough, experienced, and genuinely care about the patients. After seeing multiple doctors for a recurrent health issue, I eventually… landed at Martinez Urgent Care. Not only were they able to properly address my health concerns where other healthcare providers failed, they were speedy, friendly, and listened with sincerity all at the same time. I didn’t feel like another customer in a drive thru, I felt like a regular patient that they had been seeing for years. Thanks MUC!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Brown in his entire staff, he and his staff of excellent p.a.'s and nurses will listen to what you have to say and address the issues that you have. I highly recommend that you… stop by and see them for your medical needs.

They listen and do their best to get to the root cause of any medical concerns you have. They are good at giving referrals when needed.

Great medical facility, riding past it I never would have guessed they had so many patients but I was wrong! I like that you will get the same set of doctors every time and not have someone new every 3 months like most… urgent care offices! I was recommended here by my PCP and will visit anytime I need care on the spot! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anyone who gives less than 5 stars is clearly not a regular patient. Dr. Brown, Kelly, Nicole, and Anna Beth have been a God send to me. They have treated me so well. This place has helped me in my journey in recovery,… has heard me out when i have seperate medical issues, not hesitated to putnin a referral when i have requested one, and has treated me like a genuine human being and not just a dollar sign. I am so thankful for this office.

They saved my moms life one time by accurately tracking her vitals - about a year she later passed away because of her own life choices but they gave her more time by doing a good job and I appreciate that a lot - I… have been using them for over 6 years and they always help me out and keep me accountable if I start not taking care of myself; but in a nice way - they are good people and they work a heck of a lot harder than I do. If there was one thing I would say about this place though it would be that they are so popular you want to get in kind of early before lunch time if possible and sometimes it takes them awhile to send off prescriptions because they are so slammed - I would say anyone complaining about this place has their own issues in their life and has nothing to do with the quality of this place - you literally won’t find a better facility than this - I drive 45 minutes to get over here these days but there were times I stayed much further away and would drive 4 hours round trip because they are just the best and take many different insurances. Very good and caring doctor

I had a great experience at Martinez Urgent Care. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they really took the time to meet my needs. I didn’t have to wait long at all — I was called back to see the doctor… promptly. The office was very clean and comfortable, which made the visit even better. Later, when I had a few follow-up questions, I called and someone answered right away — no recordings, no long holds, just quick, personal service. It’s rare to find that kind of care and efficiency these days. Highly recommend! helpful, and attentive.

Definitely recommend this place if you need a good doctor, have an urgent medical concern, or need Suboxone/Sublocade treatment. For me it's convenient to have my Primary Care Physician, Urgent Care Provider, and… Suboxone Doctor all-in-one. Dr. Roger Brown is a LIFE SAVER, and he really cares about your well being. No appointment necessary, just be there before 3:00 PM and you'll be seen. Most insurance accepted, and as I stated above, Dr. Brown is also certified to prescribe Suboxone and administer Sublocade injections. Very friendly staff, very clean facility.

I have been going to Martinez Urgent Care for 5 years and I’m Roger Browns patient I just love him and the staff.They are so clean,professional and helpful.Dr.Brown has cared for my neuropathy that’s been horrible for… me,and I’ve received top care through him.

My new employer sent me here for a preemployment drug screen and I was placed in the waiting room for 1.5 hours with approximately 12 to15 patients with flu symptoms coughing and hacking. This provider should not be… accepting drug screening patients if they do not have the staff to quickly process patients in and out. I was very disappointed they failed to have a separate intake process and will never go back to this facility. Further, the waiting room has six overflow chairs on wall underneath the TV that are completely soiled and dusty like they were pulled from the dump earlier today. DO BETTER!

This has been the greatest medical experience I've had. Dr Nicole Kline took her time while speaking to me and truly listened. She did not leave that room until she was happy that I was 100% informed and satisfied. I… look forward to seeing you all soon!

I started coming the beginning of 2024. Best Dr office I've been to. The Drs and nurses, staff are amazing. Wait times are not long. Janelle is the main nurse I see each week. She is great. We always laugh and she makes… me feel so comfortable. She is very gentle and cares about her patients. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Martinez urgent care.

There are no words to explain this office.They are literally supercalaFRAGaListically amazing!! The staff is absolutely amazing and I never had a need not met. I feel like a human and not just a number being seen.… Moving here from out if town due to military I had some medical needs that needed to be met.. Before I even got here I was well taken care of by the office manager she set me right up and I never felt mislead.. If you need an office that is straight to the point and stands in true patient care come here!!!!

Nicole and Anna Beth are excellent. They were able to get answers to my issue when the primary doctor I usually go to couldn't. I highly recommend Urgent Care to anyone looking for good quality care!

I been seeing Dr. Brown for years, he is the best doctor I have ever been treated by, he's compassionate, caring and understanding!! The front desk receptionist Kim and Renee are awesome!! Dr Brown is great. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The wait time is a bit long but it's worth it to get the kind of care you need. I would recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for a PCP.
