About MedMark Treatment Centers – Albuquerque

MedMark Treatment Centers operates from 1528 Five Points Road SW in Albuquerque. The site sits in Bernalillo County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, Pajarito Mesa and South Valley. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at MedMark Treatment Centers

Intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

How Much Does Treatment at MedMark Treatment Centers Cost?

Rehab without insurance in New Mexico often costs $7,000 to $13,500 a month for a partial hospitalization program, $2,500 to $9,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Prices for MedMark Treatment Centers were not found at the time of writing, so these typical New Mexico costs are the closest guide.

The cost at MedMark Treatment Centers most likely includes the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling, as these are standard parts of treatment. Specialized therapies such as CBT or EMDR may cost extra or may not be offered. This is an expectation, not a quote from MedMark Treatment Centers, so call to check exactly what is included.

I was lied to by everyone over here when I did my phone interview I asked the person i talked to if they would sign the medical nessity from for me because I am going to need help with gas or rides in order for me to go… every and they told me yes that they would sign it for me at the clinic because I need to be there every day except Saturday and Sunday so I go to the clinic to get everything i need done to start going over there And when I'm there I asked everyone that I interacted with the same question and every one gave me the same answer skip to Monday and the first day that I'm officially enrolled in the clinic I take the form that I need signed and I have 2 of them one that is already filled out all I need is a signature and the other one is blank and needed to be filled out and signed either one of them would have been fine so I start asking everyone that told me yes that they would make sure that the forms that I needed filled out and sent in if they could sign it so I can send it in and everything changed from one day to the next from every one telling me yes they can make sure it is taken care of for me to no we don't fill out paperwork so I asked if they could just sign the one that I filled out and was again told no that they won't sign anything so now I'm stuck at a clinic that I'm going to eventually get kicked out of for missing to many days and will never be able to move up and be able to get take homes because I'm not going to be able to make it every day because everyone refuses to do the paperwork I need for my insurance

If you need help I would consider going to ANY other clinic in Albuquerque. This clinic can't keep staff for longer than a couple of weeks so the clients end up paying the price for it. Ever since MedMark took them over… they dont care about the clients or their staff apparently otherwise they wouldn't have such a hard time keeping people around. I have been going there for 15yrs & i am most likely going to be changing clinics soon.

This clinic has gone completely downhill ever since it was bought out by MedMark. It went from a well running, efficient clinic that got you in and out to a total train wreck no matter what day of the week or what time… you come. And it's like this EVERY day. For months on end it's been like this. The nurses just don't care at all that there are DOZENS of people backed up to the point that the line is going out the back door of the building. They just take their time. The counselors are great. But they can't help get people in and out. If you have the choice of going literally ANYWHERE else, take it. Do not come to this clinic. You will regret it.

I'll give them 5 stars , mainly cuz to be honest with this place u get what u put in.. For example if u give a 100 % then the staff with put in 100 % . They are very helpful and Genuine if they see u are trying they… will give u that extra push u need.

Staff allowed petty and personal issues not related to recovery to over shadow certain immediately management and pressing issues. After addressing this to staff, including upper management I was admonished. I left this… clinic disappointed and disillusioned about the possibility of this form of recovery. I continually get negative responses from other clinics in town when I apply for treatment.

Came in with my daughter on her first visit as an intake. We almost left as there was no step by step process. We waited 45 minutes just for paperwork and we where wondering what was the next step. All while the 3… lady's in the office talked about their person lives. Very discouraging when my daughter is trying to be seen. I had to walk up to the office to ask what was the next step when we were asked to put on masks after 45 minutes of being there and staff was not using mask.

If they really want to help people why aren't they open when they say they'll be open. I was there before 7:30 then after several calls was told that on this morning they don't open till 9:30! No signs, no online info,… nothing.
