MetroHealth – Beachwood Detox and Rehab Services
Recorded services at MetroHealth – Beachwood are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

MetroHealth – Beachwood Address, Location and Contact Information
3609 Park East Drive, Beachwood, Ohio, 44122 is the address held. This address falls in Cuyahoga County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

How Much Does Treatment at MetroHealth – Beachwood Cost?
Self-pay rehab in Ohio commonly costs $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. RehabSeekers did not find a price list for MetroHealth when this page was written. The state figures give a sense of scale, nothing more.
A fee at MetroHealth would normally be expected to include the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. That expectation comes from how programs are usually priced, not from the facility. Call MetroHealth for a breakdown.

MetroHealth – Beachwood Reviews and Ratings
Questions worth keeping in mind while reading MetroHealth reviews: Was the assessment explained clearly? Were costs set out early? Was there a plan for after treatment?
Accounts that address points like these are usually the most informative.
No returned messages. No returned calls. Medication sent to the wrong pharmacy. Dr.Iryna Bodnar has left me hanging with no care. Really thought she cared about her patients and thought I'd finally found help. Now I'm… left searching for a new Doctor and trying to fix the mess created with my medications.
Good hospital
Nice & clean
Hard to find a parking spot
This location never, EVER has its act together. Check in desks are often empty, patients are ignored for long waits without any communication, phone staff makes up reasons that they don’t get back to you. The… administrative workers here are truly terrible at their jobs.
Great service. Amazing prices at the pharmacy.
Nothing special to report. I do like this facility though.
Nice and clean, lots of parking
Required me to come in for an appt to get a refill of a medicine I have been taking for almost a decade. I guess they are low on co-pays. When trying to get a temporary refill for my medication just until I was able to… get for the useless appointment, I had to call SIX separate times to the doctors office and the pharmacy. I was repeatedly passed around to different people who couldn’t give me an answer. When I finally did get an answer, it was a no with zero explanation as to why. So I will now be without my medication for two weeks due to their incompetence.
*The breast ultrasound department.* My husband and I are both nurses. He is actually a MetroHealth employee. Our insurance benefits changed this year and we have to go to all MetroHealth facilities. That being said, I… had to discuss my breast concerns with my metro health PCP since I am not yet established with a GYN at metro. In the past my GYN has said I have dense breast tissue and I should just get full breast ultrasounds. I have had a biopsy done in the past and because of my family history of breast cancer, she had suggested skipping mammograms and completing bilateral breast ultrasounds with concerns. Well, I have swollen lymph nodes in one arm pit and I noticed some new breast changes bilaterally with lumps. I have been having some health issues, so this was concerning to me. Since I can no longer see my GYN out of network I explained it to my metro health PCP. He agreed with the plan and said he ordered a bilateral Breast ultrasound without a mammogram. I showed up to my appointment and the tech checking me in was very rude and said I was for sure having a mammogram. I told her that I was just having the ultrasound. Then she very rudely claimed and questioned if I was refusing to have the testing completed. I am not sure how I can refuse a test that wasn't supposed to be ordered in the first place? I don't know if the PCP ordered it incorrectly, but the plan was to have a bilateral breast ultrasound. When I went back for the ultrasound they would not complete the full breast ultrasound and only scanned spots that I was concerned with. We drove an hour for a 5 minute scan. I have never had this problem at another hospital breast facility. They made me feel like I was a horrible person and talked to me like a five year old. Frankly, I was/am very worried about the changes in my breast. Its a scary situation and being treated this way caught me so off guard. My husband said that the tech/nurse continued to talk rudely about me, and the situation, to the secretary while he sat in the waiting area. He could hear everything. Sadly, I will now have to pay out of pocket to get a full breast ultrasound elsewhere. My husband was so disappointed to be treated this way for a system he works for. So am I.
I took my mother here for a long standing heart condition that went undiagnosed for way too long. Very scary…, They got us answers right away and fixed my mothers heart problem. Great job Metro!
Went for my 1st mammo and all the girls made it super comfortable
