New Hope Ranch – Manor Detox and Rehab Services

New Hope Ranch – Manor is recorded as offering detox and residential treatment. Withdrawal is managed under clinical observation before other treatment begins, which matters most in the first seventy-two hours for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

My experience it NEW HOPE RANCH was challenging, but Productive stay The Staff went above and beyond to help me work through my issues and was carrying an understanding. Second time I came here I would not go anywhere.… Miss Emily was my counselor and she was the most amazing counselor I’ve had in a long time. She pulled things out of me that I didn’t plan on facing and work to help me walk through those and face those things also Miss Tamara was so amazing in getting all my appointments set up and fixing the problems I came in here with and SHANNON was the best tech that was there Miss Ashleigh was an amazing Alamo coordinator STEVE TO was also amazing and all of the nursing staff thank y’all for all y’all did for me !!!! And Andrea was such an amazing chef she did and went above and beyond her job to make sure we were happy and bed well, thank you to the entire staff

First of all I would recommend New Hope Ranch to anyone seeking a better life for themselves, good recovery, and a life blessed outside of Drugs/Alcohol. The whole staff and all Master licensed counselors will bring the… real core of who you are out in the open so you can fulfill a life of recovery, love , love for yourself, and most of all, a chance to get back what you’ve given into so much which is your addiction turned recovery!!! One day at a time!!! Not tomorrow, not the next day, just the point of where you’re 10 toes are placed for that day, each and everyday. Steve the CEO is awesome!! He wants the best for each client walking through his doors, he truly does. Emily, clinical director, is open, full of life, and will receive you with open arms towards yourself and your recovery. I could go on and on about each person behind the work of New Hope Ranch but I’d be here writing all day. Again, I’d put a 6th star ⭐️ on a five star ⭐️ review, that’s my feelings towards NHR. Thank you for giving me back my life and showing me it’s all about me now and the road I pave from here…..❤️ John A.

New Hope Ranch saved my life. I had my ups and downs but I learned how to deal with every issue with grace. I learned how to care for others as I was also focusing on myself. The team that's there is great and I learned… from them that every moment is a learning or teaching moment. It's so refreshing to gain confidence and not be in fear when dealing with my addiction. First I thank God for knowing exactly what I needed in that moment and I thank New Hope Ranch for answering the call.

There is something spiritual about this place it's not like anywhere i have been before the counselors get down to the root cause of the problem they actually care about the client.the staff are helpful to your… needs.the rooms are clean and the food is good. I would recommend this place to anyone.if you want change and are tired of the viscous cycle this place will get you detoxed and get you on the road to recovery

I cannot express the love and gratitude I have for this place. Seriously changed my life. The staff (Shout out: Shannon, Angela, Angel, ANOTHER Angel, Taylor, Andrea, Chris, Rick, Joe, Christine, Emily) and my recovery… family!! And a special shout out to Ashleigh, who ALWAYS had a smile and some fun arts and crafts project to entertain me even when she herself was going through things. Ms. Karen, whose mindfulness and willingness to share her own story with us inspires me to no end. And last but not least to Ms. Alex, who is one of the sweetest (and unbiased) councillor I've ever had the privilege of knowing. I know I've forgotten people and I'm sorry. I thank you all from the very bottom of my unbroken heart. Thank you for showing me that I deserve to be happy again. I love you all!!!

I’d like to start off with the positives from my experience. First and foremost, Angel is the number one asset that New Hope Ranch has to offer. She is not only in the top 1% of her profession. She is without question a… person working in this field that you have no doubt genuinely cares about her work and the clients she works with. The progress that I made in my sessions with Angel has been the single most helpful and trauma alleviating therapy that I’ve done in my life. Today I am sober thriving with a positive outlook on my future and I attribute a lot of that to her efforts. I will be eternally grateful to her. If you are considering sending your loved one here and they have the opportunity to work with her, I have no doubt that she will be a blessing in their lives as well. On the not so positive note New Hope Ranch is in desperate need of a person in a Director position that can get everyone on the same page working toward the same goal who structure the day-to-day operations in a professional consistent manner that is conducive to the clients overall success. The clinical director, Emily has no business overseeing the care of any patient and certainly not a clinical team that has to follow her lead and work beneath her. She made numerous unethical and Irresponsible decisions affecting my treatment plan that directly impacted and almost derailed the progress that I made while at New Hope Ranch. In conclusion, New Hope Ranch is a decent facility that is grossly understaffed. The two directors are either incompetent or just do not care enough to put in the effort it takes to produce a better quality program. However, the other staff is full of good hearted people that do their best to make your stay as beneficial and comfortable as Possible.
