OneEighty – Wooster (104 Spink Street) carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Going to this place for a DV assessment? Are you a male? Well your guilty of DV right away. Have you ever been falsely accused of DV, yet never convicted even when the person who made the false allegation was charged… for falsification, even some 15 to 20 years ago? Yup you're guilty right there with these people. The sexism is off the charts and you'll never get a fair unbiased assessment here. They want the money and funding so they'll automatically recommend DV classes, even if you are a victim of DV.
Their logo is they help people change direction, this place is not for helping people. It’s only about profit. I went in there as somebody who has been on Suboxone for over eight years. I have HS which is an autoimmune… disease. For that reason, I cannot take the Vivitrol shot because it messes with my skin. Just move to need a area looking for a new Suboxone doctor, and being on it for eight years without ever giving a dirty urine, never missing an appointment, and it’s not like they can’t find out all this stuff because it’s in my medical records, they refused to prescribe Suboxone and we’re trying to convince me that I had to take the Vivitrol shot. They said people were selling their Suboxone and that’s why they stopped prescribing it. The thing is, good doctors and prescribers take things as a case by case basis. When you see a man that’s been married for two years, has a son, just bought his first home, has successfully been on Suboxone for over eight years why would you want to try to reinvent the wheel? It is working for me. It was very, very hard to find a doctor here. So now, I have to drive all the way to Mount Vernon once a month because that was the only doctor that I could find, that would not make me jump through all of the hoops over again just because I moved!
Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates… attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and acts more like you are bother when you have questions. They were very unpleasant to talk to ( reception/ intake second floor )
Was told to contact this place for help with my depression and anxiety. Needed an IOP I could afford. Left a VM and still haven't heard back from them 2 months later. It sucks that I can't get treatment.
Was told to contact this place due to issues w an ex who had been physically abusive to me prior to my leaving the situation, and continues to harrass me 2 yrs later. At first they seemed understanding. I had made… multiple police reports and not only have police lied to me, they also basically told this man where I live. I have tried to contact my advocate several times regarding next steps, at least 3 times. The first few phone calls and texts they seemed really helpful. They are no longer responding. So between police saying they'll press charges then turning around and saying bluntly "he's not doing anything wrong", and telling me to do things that are not required to press charges for telecommunications harrassment and cyberstalking, and informing him what town I'm in... now the advocates won't assist me either. THIS.... is exactly one of the reason women don't report things.
This place is a joke. I've called them for help on a lot of things and they can't help me or have been no kind of help I am done calling this place and this whole town as gone to crap...... And now they want to talk to… me after putting them on blast no thank you I am better off being squatter. In fact now I know why there are so many these days makes since
When someone calls to try and get help for a loved one and is sent to voice-mail that is unacceptable. What makes it even worse is I left a message. And 4 days later..Still no response
Very polite on the phone and helpful
I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I learned so much here in just the short 45… days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!
Absolutely no help here no support whatsoever false hope get lied to and treated like a nobody when you're in dire need of help better off living in your vehicle than asking these people for any kind of housing help… what a joke!!!!!!!
I was staying in the women's shelter well i had to leave for a bit for my daughter i left my stuff ive called and kept up with them about mt stuff because i was coming back well i called tonight to be able to pick it… up.. "Well we threw it away this week" they never even gave me a notice
Seems like a good place. The staff was friendly and helpful. A friend of mine went there a long time ago, said it helped her out tremendously.. Keep up the good work.
I had many issues with this place for a time. After the staff realized that I was doing my very best for my situation they went above and beyond to help me relocate from their transitional housing. The residential… treatment staff is A++ as well as their housing department. Not only have they helped me move into my next step of recovery but they are working hard to make sure future clients have an easier time finding housing and having ample time to slowly integrate back into work. I have become more than satisfied with my experience here and they have helped me lay a foundation to start getting my life back in order. - thank you 180- Joe Marche
My son goes here for anger issues. Doing good with it.
I'm an addict and have tried numerous times to get an assessment. It seems like they don't care about my recovery.
Love the quality of the services but it takes too long to get in.
Oasis recovery club.. I love this place and the people here are a great bunch who carry the message and help me stay sober... Thank you
