This program was instrumental in changing my outlook on my addiction. I no longer blame myself, but the disease. And the disease is something I can get hold of, and realize what it is. Drew does an excellent job of imparting wisdom on the groups participants in addition to… cultivating an open and non-judgmental space for others to share. Many of his tidbits can apply to many sectors of life and will only help you improve the quality of yours.
