The team at Revida Recovery is very professional and really respectful.
I absolutely love this place the staff AMAZING 👏 DR FARMER is also AMAZING 👏! I've been going since the beginning of the year and my last appointment is coming up and I'm gonna be sad to not see them once a month 😢 but… so great full for everything they've done for ME! 4/12/26 I was going to step down last year but circumstances changed and 4/10 was my last appt! Long story short it's no longer the Revida I came into last February. Its been sold and with a heavy heart, the new owners or owner only care about money! They've switched staff not sure where the others went, but the new staff um yeah no way should people like that be working with people working on saving their life! Farmer,Jules maybe one or two others that have been there since i started back last year, are AMAZING AND CARING!The new people are RUDE,they don't answer the phone, they hang up on you,one will tell you one thing and then another something different! You walk in the door its not hello, its dob, name and they are absolutely after money money!! It's so sad anyone starting recovery i would've sent them Revidas way!
Great recovery team, nice, helpful, respectful!!!!
I been with Revida years and can honestly say it's changed my life.
I love it there they really care about there people n keeping them clean
I love Revida and everyone associated with it so much! Update: just celebrated 4yrs clean!!!! A year and some change sober! Combined with this MAT program as well as hard work, determination, individual and group… therapy/counseling, reconnecting with my higher power, participation in rehabs (Evolve and Cornerstone, both great places to go for help) and sober living programs at the start of my recovery journey, as well as enrollment in a virtual IOP program with Recovery Unplugged (also outstanding, 10/10 recommend) I feel the best I've ever felt plus I'm confident in long term recovery success. Never did I ever think I'd be able to get clean. And I can't count how many times I've overdosed and clinically died; I truly shouldn't be alive today, yet here I am. Just know you're not alone, nor do you have to go through this that way. There is always hope if you never give up! There are people out here that want to help you... Revida Recovery is one of them. As long as you want it, and I mean *really* want it, with your whole heart and soul, you can change and absolutely anything is possible. Keep an open mind and a willing spirit. Everything else will come, you just have to put the work in. Revida is here to help. Long story short, I can't recommend this place enough. I always look forward to coming in for my appointments here. The staff's so welcoming and they actually care about you! Quick and easy to schedule appointments; Revida is flexible and will work with you to assist in whatever way you need them to. The providers here are great, plus the added counseling is such a helpful tool for my recovery. WE DO RECOVER, WE CAN ONLY GO UP💪🏻🙏🏻✨️
This recovery center is great! I had posted a review out of frustration and updating. The staff up front is wonderful and truly appreciate this center for what it has done for me and my recovery. Sometimes and this is… rare but ot does happen, I feel like im not heard and when that happens, I feel like im just another number and looked down on bc im an addict. Im giving this shot another try bc I really hate taking the strips(taste horrible and mess with the enamel on your teeth) Im hoping to get leveled out and comfortable with this. But I still want to leave this part here bc as long as I've been going here, I have heard alot of people in the waiting area say 2 pills/strips a day isnt enough. And im a true believer in every person is different and should be treated as such. Some metabolize quicker and some dont. But this place only gives max, 2 a day. I've heard others say that it's just not enough and well that may be, but this is a fact. Im hoping that everyone who comes here gives it a chance. Bc they are good. Im just extremely tired of being looked at as just a number in a chart somewhere bc I am an addict. We Do Recover! So keep going forward and as the saying goes" TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME" the groups here are amazing imo. Also found this fascinating there is a site called "In the room" Google it. Its free and you can go to a meeting in your car, on break at work.. wherever you are! Have a Great Day everyone!
I'm a recovering addict that's changed my life and I'm a full-time student and because I couldn't pay them 10 dollars I have to do without my meds which is keeping me in recovery thanks ReVIDA
Just gotta say from my own personal experience, this place & the people who work there have changed my whole life. I never thought id have the life I have now & its bc of them. 10 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This office is all about the money and making you life worst the front dest girls be making they own rules I been in recovery sinse 2016 this are the worst
If you're seeking a clinic that is open to treating you as an individual, don't come here. It's as ' one size fits all ' as the rest of them. Take a pass and keep looking.
Great people offering great services to those suffering from substance abuse. You can tell they really care. Just got a on a suboxone treatment plan to kick my terrible 7OH addiction. Made the appointment yesterday,… picked up my meds today.
Very nice staff I've seen three different doctors all three doctors very understanding will listen to you will not punish you and make you feel like you've done something wrong if you make a mistake
If I could give a 0 I would. They basically judged me and told me my life wasn't worth saving. I was not able to go to my normal place because I no longer had a car my friend went here they said it was great so I… started coming with him and explained i do not have another ride. they basically kicked me out. when I said I wanted on subocade because it saved my life well apparently they don't want to save anybody's life. . The way they work you have to be on monthly visits in order to get the injection you can't continue coming weekly like other places. These doctors do not listen to you they do not care. This is the worst place I have ever been to. They made me walk in the office to tell me I should go back where I came from. I didn't say a word I just walked out.
I’m a patient and in having an emergency situation need to contact my Dr and nobody answers the phone I’ve cashed for a week straight nobody returned messages this is very in professional I want to find the number to… the main office I will be finding out in not going to do until I do
Revida is a place that really cares about you and your recovery. They are very serious and take your concerns seriously and listen to you and they don't treat you like other doctors at other clinics do. I left my old… clinic because my dr there was awful and very brash and accused me of "not taking anti anxiety meds" when I took them exactly as directed. I he lied to me too when I asked him if I started Lexapro it wouldn't make me feel bad if I stopped taking it. News flash it does,it gives you brain zaps if you even miss a dose or try to dose down. He lied. And revida's team is a good team. The only thing I have trouble with is that I get so many different doctors I never know who I'll get. I don't have the same Dr I started with. And I loved him, he was great and upbeat and was always full of laughs which is surprising from a doctor but his name is Mike Thomas and anyone who has him in Johnson city is so lucky! 😊 But the doctors I see now are wonderful too. Very understanding, patient and fair. But I suggest you be completely transparent with them so they can help you to their best of ability. Yayyyy For REVIDA!!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME.
Update, I have been with this clinic for months now, and I can honestly say I cannot give them enough stars⭐️! From the Dr. to the care coordinator, Sierra (who goes above and beyond btw)! They actually care about their… patients and their recovery! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! /My first appt was yesterday and the staff and the doctor were so helpful and friendly! I have been in recovery for 10+ years, and I've never had a doctor be so informative and friendly!
I have been a patient for a few months, lost my other Dr suddenly and they got me in the next day. They are considerate and listen to their patients. Labs, reception, counselors, care coordinators, and Drs, have all… been great. They suggested I switch to shots, which I was terrified about at first but Dr. McGuire really listened to my concerns and made sure to alleviate any anxiety I had about it and because of that it has been a positive experience. I really appreciate them and recommend them to anyone in need of recovery new or not. I have been in these types of programs for a long time and they have the best all around care out of anyone.
Do not go here if you truly want to get clean. This is one of those clinics that are just here for the money
I love this clinic I’ve been going here for eight years now and they are the nicest people I have ever met. They help you and no matter what situation that you were in and they are very understanding. I love this place… and love the people who are here. I recommended for everyone
Absolutely amazing place
I love this place an the staff is just so nice an sweet an helping in any way that they can!!! 5 stars for sure!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️
MY EXPERIENCE IS OUTSTANDING EVERYTIME I GO FROM THE BEST CARE COORDINATOR, JULIA SMITH, TO COUNSELOR, HEATHER VINES, TH RECEPTIONIST ARLETTA, AND FINALLY DR.FARMER😊‼️ THEY ARE A+!
