Go to another clinic… this is not the only one in Roanoke. They overcharge for the kind of treatment offered. I was forced to do a financial detox in a hurry, and was NOT referred to another clinic that DOES take… Medicare. And my counselor ignores all my texts, in an effort to thank her … after my discharge

I have a very good counselor in Ms.Taylor Carter. She been very instrumental in my recovery as well as my personal life. She's been there for me no matter what the situation is. I've had some ups and downs in my 8 years… of of being clean and sober and I've had several counselors over those 8 years, but in all honesty she's been my best. I can also speak very highly of some of the other members of the staff at RCTC such as Nurse LuLu both of the doctors V,counselor Joyce and my new found Brother in CHRIST Andy just to name a few, even the desk person in the clinical as well as the Cove road building and the dosing windows. All I can say is keep up the GREAT WORK.

I am so thankfull🙏for Roanoke Comprehensive Treatment Center for my treatment it saved my life!!! I am 4 years clean and drug free. All the staff are polite and helpful with resources to help with addiction treatment.… They assign you a counselor to talk to weekly. They have daily groups that are truly helpful. The group sessions help prevent you from relapsing help you identify triggers and help you cope with issues. Since my treatment my life has improved 100% I recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction to seek Roanoke Compressive Treatment Center. I want to give a big thanks to Taylor she is a amazing counselor 🙏

Roanoke Treatment Center truly saved my life. When I was at one of the lowest points in my life, they were there for me with real help, real compassion, and real understanding. They did not make me feel like just… another person walking through the door — they made me feel like my life mattered. The support I have received there has meant more to me than words can fully explain. They gave me hope when I felt lost, strength when I felt weak, and encouragement when I needed it most. Roanoke Treatment Center is a place that truly helps people heal, and I will always be grateful for the role they played in changing my life for the better. I also cannot say enough good things about my counselor, Taylor. She is absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the people she helps. She listens without judgment, makes me feel heard, and always makes me feel like I matter. Taylor has such a genuine heart, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. Having a counselor like her has made such a huge difference in my journey, and I am beyond thankful for her support. I highly recommend Roanoke Treatment Center to anyone who needs help, support, and people who truly care. They changed my life, and Taylor is one of the biggest blessings in that process.

I'm more than pleased with my counselor Monica. Due to my status at the clinic I only have to meet with her once a month, but she's been great. She's aware of all the mental/physical health issues that I'm dealing with.… Shes familiar with my family dynamic and the role I'm currently playing in it. She takes the time to listen. She asks pertinent questions. It's always a comfortable vibe. She never hesitates to answer any questions, should I have any, and assists in taking care of any unmet needs I may have there. She's friendly. There aren't any "big I's" and "little U's(you's)" in her approach to counseling. She's organized. A big thing for me is the clear impression that she's passionate about her work and personally invested in it. It's clear as day that she's not just there for a paycheck. We have a good report. All pros, no cons. That's about it. She's good people and I'm grateful to have her as my counselor. -Mike.

Roanoke Treatment Center saved my life when I joined. I was on a downward spiral at breakneck speed. It wouldn't have been to much longer before I died or was in prison. If you are serious about quitting it will work… for you. I've been clean for awhile now and my family trusts me again. My counselor Monica B. is one of the easiest counselors to talk too that I've ever had. Having someone to talk too helps with your recovery. Counseling sessions can be intense and emotional but being truthful and opening up with a good counselor, like Monica, can be very helpful in recovery. Yes, I would recommend Roanoke Comprehensive Treatment Center to people struggling with addiction, it's helped me more then I can possibly put into words.

I have had very positive support from the counselors at this facility. My current counselor Mady, always keeps me informed about what's going on at the clinic, & regularly sends me reminders about meetings,… appointments, etc. I feel that she truely wants to see me succeed, & that she tries her best to make sure I have all the available tools to make that success a reality. Big thanks to Mady & my previous counselor Joyce who work everyday to improve the lives of others! May God bless them both! 🙏

Overall it's been very good for me I started almost a year ago and I'm now 8 days away from being a year clean of all street drugs I have to be honest the thing that has helped me the most is the fact that I have an… AMAZING counselor Jordan Blankenship has made me feel comfortable from the first day I've never been the 1 who likes to open up to anyone and definitely not a stranger that's my Counselor but she made me so comfortable she never seemed like she was a stranger I can talk to her about any and everything and please believe I've done just that I look forward to my meetings every week and if we have to reschedule and miss a week I can definitely tell I didn't get in my Jordan time as I call it I really don't think things would have been this good for me here had it not been for her I'm starting my detox process and the only thing I hate bout the fact I'll be leaving is not having her as my counselor any longer and that's really going to suck but I do believe even after I'm gone from the clinic she would still be here for me as a friend if nothing else

My counselor Mady here at RCTC is nothing short of amazing. She is very helpful always, and always has an answer to my questions, and great advice for my recovery. She is very communicative, and flexible with me to make… sure I get the services I need from her and to meet RCTC expectations of me. I hope I never lose her as my counselor, she makes my life much easier for sure.
