About Spectra Health – Larimore

Spectra Health operates from 607 Towner Avenue in Larimore. The site sits in Grand Forks County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Spectra Health

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and naltrexone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Spectra Health Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 607 Towner Avenue, Larimore, ND 58251, in Grand Forks County. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. It is worth checking which entrance to use and where parking sits before a first appointment.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Interpreting services including ASL are available on request. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip.

How Much Does Treatment at Spectra Health Cost?

Private rehab in North Dakota typically costs $1,610 to $5,600 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care when paid without insurance. Spectra Health’s prices were not found when this listing was written, so these are typical North Dakota costs, not a quote.

Medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling are the parts of treatment almost always included in the cost. Anything beyond that, such as EMDR or prescribed medication, may be charged separately at Spectra Health. Ask before you commit.

I finally found a health care worker / provider that listens! Kristen is awesome!

Went in for a chest X-ray and covid test to confirm did not have covid. They charged me $435 for a test I could have done on my own. Business office claims they tested for other things and had no other info to provide.… Absolutely it unacceptable. Question them on the price when you get a "covid test".

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Young jerked my family member around for months for tests that weren't even related to her issue. Once she was able to finally get tested, we found out she has cancer.
