Spero Health – Muncie

I have called this place for daysssss in a row for a family member I was 2 nd in line yesterday on hold for over a hour called 3 times left a voicemail yest to be returned I’ve called since opening today and yet left… another voicemail they came highly recommended but is yet a great disappointment so far it looks like they aren’t serious about helping our community they are they for a paycheck if anything changes I will fix this review

From the day I first walked in the door. I have had a super comfortable, caring experience from the doctors and staff at Spero health. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable in your recovery,that you… are educated and that you are motivated to do the things necessary to stay clean. I have had a couple 3 lapses and each time was extremely nervous about the reaction I was going to get from the doctors but I was pleasantly surprised to be met with empathy and patience which has led to a significant amount amount of clean time under my belt. The group counselor Larry, is awesome. He's a recovering addict which is something I feel is mandatory to be a effective drug counselor. He is fun oh, but he also holds you accountable for your decisions. He makes your group more of a project than a tour and I could not be happier with by choice to let Spero health assist me in my recovery.

This place is an absolute joke.. they have messed with my fiance of her sobriety instead of helping her.. give her the monthly shot and then next month reschedule because they haven't got the shot in yet.. then put her… back on pills which is why she was trying to get off of. Reschedule appointment after appointment. Last minute. After she take the day off work. This place is so unorganized.

Love this place! The workers are awesome! They are caring, polite, understand bad days, and try to work with you and also your schedule. They treat you with respect here!

The staff are awesome people, they are very welcoming and helpful people who truly care about you and your recovery.

Spero has been a wonderful experience for me and it continues to be! I recommend it to anyone in recovery that really is striving to change for the best!

Spero Health is more than just a doctors office, they actually care about patients and will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can!

I just want to say that the staff here is WONDERFUL!!! I’ve never felt so welcome!! They went over and beyond to HELP Me!! THANK YOU!!

Shandra is the best

I just wanna shout out Shannara at Spero health! She is the best thing that has happened to this program! I can tell that she really loves her job and she shows nothing but respect to all of us who comes here! Thank you… girl for helping keep me in recovery but not judging!

Spero Health is a life saver!!! From the day I first started coming here, they have been very helpful and caring. Even though all of the staff doesn’t suffer from addiction, they still very much care about those of us… who have. They will work around my work schedule to make sure my appointments and group are the same day. I love the fact that we absolutely have to do group, there is no way to cheat the system and say we go to group just to get ours meds. We have to do group in office and I really enjoy that because it keeps me accountable for attending groups. I learn a lot about myself and my mistakes in group and there is a lot of positive energy and feedback from everyone in group, including the counselor. The staff doesn’t judge you and you can talk about anything and everything going on in your life and not have to worry about being judged. I would recommend Spero for anyone who is struggling with addiction and having a hard time staying clean! They will welcome you with open arms and work with you on your appointment days and time and insurance!!! Yes, they take insurance and it’s not all paid out of pocket!! I am happy I decided to come here and don’t regret it one bit!!!!

My husband and I both are patients here..they are amazing and helpful. Whrn it comes to scheduling they always take the time to figure out where we can both be scheduled for appts and groups at the same time since we… live and hour away! We love this place

This place is amazing it literally has saved my life. The staff are amazing and always go out of there way to make you feel comfortable in hard times and throughout the length of your recovery. They help me to schedule… around my work hours and other obligations. Big shout out and thanks to Shanndra and the staff for always trying to bring a smile to my day and make it that much better.

Spero Health is a amazing place. Shannara at the front desk is so helpful and I really appreciate her kindness. Spero is also a very clean environment. They also make you feel comfortable and work with your schedule. If… I could give more then 5 stars 🌟 I definitely would. I highly recommend going here they seem to go above and beyond for their patients.

Friendly staff they offer help and solutions when you have a problem. I recently lost my vehicle and have had to ride the bus to make it there and they seem to be understanding I was five minutes late to an appt and the… nurse came out to talk to me and make sure I was ok and everything

Kind hearted friendly staff, they are always helpful and make every visit a pleasant experience
