Was 10 mins late caught the train and ran behind getting there, they cancelled my appt and made me go til Monday 5 days without a prescription that they know you can get very sick if off of, they do not care about… recovery if they do this to a client period
I've been a patient at clean slate for a long time at the Alexandria branch.the people there have been courteous & attentitive to my needs.i have no complaints at all.
Been going to Clean Slate for 6 years now and I've never had a problem w the staff or even the other patients. They are professional but friendly and personable. I'm assuming the only people that have problems with them… are the ones that do not follow the rules or program the way they are supposed to. Keep up the good work C.S. and thank you for helping to keep me clean for 6 years! God Bless! 🌹 The pics are awful bc I simply take awful pics but I've been clean and SOBER for 8 years now! 😊

I've never been to a doctors office where the staff truly cares for you and about you, but they do here. They make a point to get to know you, remember you and they support you in all parts of your life in and out of… office. They're a great team of people.
I am SO disappointed in Clean Slate-Alexandria for turning me away for being 8 minutes late when I’ve NEVER been late in the years that I’ve been a patient for Clean Slate. This let me know that they could care less… about recovery. And that realization really hurts.

CleanSlate and Dr Wolfe saved my life and that's no exaggeration. I was addicted to opiates for almost 11 years 8 of those years I was prescribed the opiates by my doctor but when doctors started getting in trouble for… over prescribing them they tried to cover their butts by cutting me off cold turkey with no help at all. When I started going threw withdraw I had to look elsewhere for them. Spending all my money on finding enough to keep me from the withdrawal symptoms. I went bankrupt my wife left me and took my 5 year old boy. I tried to commit suicide several times so at the end of my rope I was told about cleanslate so I called but had to wait a couple months to get in but when I finally got in Cleanslate and Dr Wolf were the first people to treat me as a person and not just a junkie they didn't make me feel bad about the position I was in, they understood how I got to where I was. Now I have been opiate free for almost 7 years...
They saved my life. Nothing less. Dr. Wolfe saved my life. I was at the worst time of my life. Went to fort wayne, drove a hour and a half there and hour and a half back twice a week to see them. Now here I am almost 5… years later sober and have been for 5 years. I thank you guys. For saving me.

Been in program for 6 yrs and have to go every week it is 100 positivly absolutely wrong. I have lost 3 jobs cause I had to make my factory work schedule around cleanslate Dr Wolfe. Will not work with u
They really seem to care about people.
They like to violate your rights and tell you you have to take urine screens in front of a different sex, absolutely wrong Stephanie! They know you’re out of town for a month at a time then tell you you’ve been selected… for a random urine screen then a few days later it’s another random visit! When you stand up for yourself they say you’re rude and have anger problems! They’re extremely unprofessional, I wouldn’t refer the Alexandria clean slate to anyone!
They have helped me stay off drugs. There friendly, very respectful and caring.

Everyone is always nice and welcoming. They check you in then straight to labs usually, and a brief wait for the Doctor. I love Dr. Wolf he listens and built a good fellowship. After take care of abruptly and given a… new appointment followed by A kind farewell.
I was very comfortable. Everyone was warm and inviting, very sympathetic. Couldn't have picked a better treatment center. Very fortunate to have found Clean Slate. Just Blessed.
