Syntero – Lewis Center Reviews and Ratings
Reviews of Syntero appear in this section, gathered from around the web and from patients and families who share their experience on RehabSeekers.
Penny the therapist is really nice. However, my son is seeing a more experienced therapist that has great experience with children who have A.D.H.D. He will now be seeing David Hite in Westerville who has done 17 years… worth of research on children like my son. Syntero is great for basic needs, however does not do well for deeper level of care.
It was good... until it wasn't. Slept in on appointment day twice and one day I log into teams and Dr. Kelly Scholl doesn't show up. Today I was supposed to have an appointment with her but she dropped my appointment… last week and I finally got around to rescheduling. Receptionist doesn't do jack, just sends me to a psychiatric support line that doesn't answer. I'm at the end of my rope.
My family member has really benefitted from the Same-Day access program (with Delaware County). The therapists are compassionate and offer practical suggestions. The Syntero support staff is friendly and make an effort… to communicate about appointments and billing. We're very happy with this practice!
Really disappointed right now with them. I left a message and was told 24 to 48 hours for a response. Three days later I called again and was told an additional five days. They are there to help you, except when they… aren't. Talking to your doctor before making any changes is hard to do when you can't talk to your doctor (or somebody else)
The turn over rate is insane. I’m not sure how many appointments I’ve been to getting established with a new provider in the two+ years I’ve been a patient. Which is required to be in person. Lately I’ve been getting… nowhere because they can’t keep appointments or there is nobody to be assigned to. Sometimes driving 40 min just to be told my appointment was cancelled. Quality of care isn’t there like it used to be. They should probably treat their employees better.
Unprofessional
This is the gold standard of care. Hands down the best. EMDR!!!
I don't live in Ohio anymore... but during my time there I went to Syntero for therapy. My counselor introduced me to EMDR therapy, which was extremely beneficial for me. She helped me immensely during one of the… toughest seasons of my life. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
