Triumph Treatment Services – Buena Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 201 Highland Drive in Buena, Washington, 98921. Yakima County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Triumph Treatment Services – Buena Reviews and Ratings
Reviews are where patients and families describe Triumph Treatment Services in their own terms: the welcome at admission, the counseling, the planning for life after treatment.
Reading them is a sensible step before calling the Buena facility. Writing one, if you have been treated there, helps the families who come next.
If you or a family member is in need of somewhere to get clean and sober, JotC is the place to go, the staff are great, the food is great, it is freshly remodeled and it has a nice gym with weights!
Depends on you and what you want in life I have had great experiences here and difficult stays with jotc if you want recovery you can find it here but it depends on what you make of it 28 days compared to years of… active addiction isn't much time to change your life so I recommend not focusing on what other people are doing or how clean the bathroom is or how old the building is.if your there for yourself then that should be your focus some staff are amazing others may not be to your expectations but haven't we all been insufficient when it comes to expectations of others this could be your chance to learn who you truly are make the most of it .
I only stayed about 2 days—I knew early on I didn’t want to be there for 28. A lot of the guys were on parole or probation or had been in and out of prison, which just wasn’t the right environment for me. The facility… is outdated and really boring—no activities, not even a TV room. The only entertainment is occasional movie time on a projector. At least you can go outside during the day. Also, 8–10 men per room is ridiculous. Most rehabs have 2 per room. It’s hard to sleep with all the noise—people talking after lights out, intercoms, lights constantly going on and off. The staff seems to be doing their best, so I don’t have an issue with them, but it’s not a place you can actually recover—it feels more like survival mode.
This is my second attempt at this treatment facility. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28… days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. Thank you JOTC and Triumph for helping me through the process!
I recently completed 28 days at JOTC. The staff was amazing and if one applies oneself like I did and one is supposed to do while there, one will leave with a solid base to start their recovery. My counselor was fairly… new but was awesome and other counselors were always ready to talk, answer questions and provide other packets such as a grief and loss packet I completed along with 16 others besides what I was required. The AA/NA meetings lead by outside volunteers were awesome and I have contacted several of them since getting home. The food was amazing. The other staff members were also attentive and cared about clients. The mental health staff was way beyond incredible and I am finally stabilizing in the proper medication. Like any treatment center, you get out of it what you put in.
While this facility has definitely helped people, it was not the right place for me. Cons: SUD counciling was subpar. The counselors all seemed to be good caring people but their program is fairly lax. No baseline… across all counciling. Each one essentially has their own program. Dorm rooms that sleep up to eleven people. So no privacy, which is difficult when dealing with anxiety and stress. Btw, keep as many of your possessions you can locked up. Theft is an issue. Food was edible at best. Not to knock the kitchen staff. They did what they could with what they had and were all very nice. Also, you only get coffee twice a day. Be aware that they make you go to DSHS and apply for food benefits, even if you know you aren't eligible. If you are, they take your benefits to pay for food at the facility. Administrative staff was a bit of a mess. Different shift staff, different rules apparently. And good luck if you need basic paperwork filled out (FMLA, STD, PFML, etc.). Also, some med room staff overstepped because of their "medical background". The Facility is old and run down. Each client gets a daily chore and Saturday mornings everyone has to deep clean. Nothing like paying to clean up after others. Their website is not very informative. If you don't call multiple times to ask basic questions about the facility, then good luck. There's definitely more, but those are the main cons. Pros: The main saving grace is the mental health department, perscriber, and provider. They were all great. 5 stars to them and they're the only reason why I gave the overall 2 stars. Otherwise, 0 stars. No blackout period for phones. And while there's no in person visitation, you can do zoom calls on Sundays. They are one of the very few facilities that still allow cigarettes in the state. They also allow vapes and pouches. They take you on runs to the store for nicotine up to two times during your stay if needed. There is definitely a sense of brotherhood. I met some great dudes while I was there. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have made it as long as I did. So thank you to those guys. Summary: This was my experience. Maybe my expectations were too high, but some of the cons listed above are just unacceptable when you're seeking help in my opinion. I'm glad people have had positive experiences there, that unfortunately was not what I had. I do not recommend this place for someone in or above the working class. They seem to cater more to people that are either trying to avoid prison time or the "un-housed". I'm honestly surprised they're still in business.
This place got me clean 12 years ago. Drug treatment isn't supposed to be day camp . Jotc was a fundamental piece of my recovery experience. If you want to truly get clean, it starts with you. Thank you jotc.
I was recently here and the staff were very professional and respectful, counselors were informative but the total class time was minimal. If you want clean time this is the place to go, if you desire more structure I'd… recommend abhs. But. Now a year later I'm still clean and I owe it in part to this program. Without them who knows? I could very easily have died by now
So this was the only treatment center I have ever attended so I don't have much to compare it to but most of my issues I had with the program where not so much because of the program itself but my own bitterness towards… it. Now having said that the building was definitely in need of some TLC and it was obvious that budget was going more towards the staff and counselors than the treatment center itself. Outdoor activities where on par for an elementary school not so much for grown men who want more than a volley ball court and a broken basketball hoop but hey it's not a retreat. The lecture hall was my personal favorite place in the whole building. Saturdays all the clients would get together and we'd watch movies on a giant projector screen and if you're a quiet person like me who likes to keep to themselves it's usually pretty empty in there after lunch till it's time for lights out. This place had 2 amazing counselors whose names I can't remember. My counselor was Viki and she was a delight but I must say she's better as a friend than a counselor. Now as far as the counselor that drives the Tesla he's a real a-hole and the fact he's aloud to be a counselor of any sort blows my mind. But you gotta remember it's not up to the counselors to work your recovery and that's something I had to learn months after I left blaming them for my failed sobriety when really it was me not working my steps. The freaking food tho was so good every meal. Like I'd happily relapse just to go back for that lol. But seriously your recovery is on you and you are worth it. This place has its flaws but if you focus on yourself and your well being its a great place to take a step back and take a deep breathe. JOTC truly set me on a path of recovery. I just had to get over my bitterness and work my steps. Don't be discouraged recovery isn't easy but your life is something worth doing it for and I love you and I'm glad your taking a step towards the greatness you deserve. -Keegan Stonebraker graduation class of March 18th 2022
Saved my life. (Update) 10 years clean and sober this year!
Very inappropriate workers here. One by the name of Kira I believe is how you spell it.. giving her phone number and Facebook to clients who are currently in treatment. Other staff members leaving inappropriate notes on… clients pillows. Refusing so pick up needed meds for clients.
More drugs in this place than then downtown Seattle… everyone’s stuff kept getting stolen… only one or two recovery classes all dayyyyyy. So you’re bored as hell.
Staff refused my brother Ibuprofen for tooth pain. Staff lack picking up clients and make clients miss their meds. Staff has no compassion or care that a client is being triggered by pain. When family calls about this… situation they are given excuses.
This place is GREAT. I've been here twice. Second time was 2 years after the first time I went here. I went awhile ago so some staff may have changed. I prefer an all men's treatment place because with a co-ed treatment… place it is about treatment and getting the tools you need to get and stay clean. It usually ends up being a bunch of emotionally stunted extremely vulnerable hook up spot with people using someone new to distract them selves instead of getting the tools they need. Co-Ed treatment is the blind leading the blind. With an all male treatment place men can open up and not hide or exaggerate the truth with alot less fear of being judged. One of the best things when I went there is the aa/na meeting every night. When your there you hate it but once you get back home you miss the all men's meetings. When I went there we handled things as a community. If people started smelling drugs being smoked we would have a community meeting with every male patient there and we would as a community let it be known that bringing and using drugs at this treatment place is not OK. The person using is putting every single patient at treatment at risk of death. 75% to 95% of patients whent to detox before arriving at treatment. Because of their lowered tolerance and returning to use is when people overdose. That over dose is on the person that brought and used drugs at treatment. as community we would let it be known that who ever is using needs to stop now or they need to leave. The reason why your at treatment is to do something new instead of repeating the insanity of their lives and learn how to stay clean. Getting clean is easy staying clean is extremely hard.
That place was a joke...I smelt burnt pills everywhere, bunch of perc attics addicted to Suboxone and no structure, I think this place needs to be shut down becuz I almost relapsed smokin blues and Ive been clean off… blues for over a yr. Plus they keep us locked in like inmates and it's not the place for recovery
When I was there. Plenty of bitter people that didn’t want help came through. Treatment centers are not ment to luxury getaways. I got everything I needed out of this treatment center. But if you are reading this before… you go, you are being sent there because you are at rock bottom. Remember that if you take it seriously it will help. Also, MAKE SURE AND ASK FOR SHOWER SHOES/ BRING A CHEAP PAIR TO THROW AWAY AFTER.. You don’t wanna shower in another man’s pleasure sauce.
I enjoyed treatment here very much. It's very professional and helped me recover
it's there a reason my husband is having to be around people with COVID-19 and all he is trying to do is get clean? not good on your guys behalf. I will be making a complaint to the health department Monday. thanks for… nothing
Place was all over the map. Professional one second and not the next. One week lots of drugs everywhere the next clean as a whistle. Jeremiah the program manager was cool. Cassidy the clinical supervisor wasn't, neither… the counselor Vikki who in my opinion wasn't too effective of a counselor.
I went here in 2000. I've been to many treatment centers. I'm 21 yrs. Clean and sober. This place is excellent. I'm just glad it was there. They saved my life.
Not the best facility but its better than ABHS and seconds for every meal
They treat you like an adult as long as you represent yourself as someone who is taking recovery seriously. I truly appreciate the consideration given when something life changing happens while attending. I would… definitely go again if I ever relapse. You get out what you put in . Remember your life decisions got you into treatment. Not the staff. Staff is just trying to keep us ACCOUNTABLE. I highly recommend J.O.T.C.
I attended treatment there in March-April of 2014 and while it was not a 'fun' experience, it wasn't supposed to be. The staff was professional, the place was clean and the treatment thorough. More importantly, after 5… years, I am still clean and have taken back my life. Thank YOU JOTC for your assistance.
I went here in the winter of 2010 and had several issues with the place. The most foul thing that happened was the plumbing in the bathroom backed up with sewage through the showers and toilets. So they shut off the… water for three full days. With 70 plus guys and (half were there off the streets for a warm meal and bed) no water it was disgusting. Number two was the flys, we had to cover food and drink with napkins to keep the flys off of it, while your eating. The lights were so dim in the cafeteria from the dead flys. Number 3 was the lack of narcotic supervision. Why you would give methadone to someone who is in treatment for methadone? He later admitted it was an old script and that knew as long as its prescribed, the treatment would give it to him. Stay away from this place if your serious about recovery.
I had a friend stay at this treatment center who got kicked out because of drama with the other patients after his birthday cause they said he was endanger from the other tenants they were planning on beating him up.so… instead of kicking the people out that wa threatening him they made my friend leave after only 2 weeks of treatment. Sounds like a lot of drama to be had in a treatment center people who aren't the problem get kicked out rather those causing the issue.when they had a no violance tolerance. I don't know I know my friend was really upset he got kicked out hopefully something can get resolved.
