They got me into a great program after detox

Hands down, the BEST detox experience I've ever had. The staff, the nurses, the food, the clean environment, I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. It saved my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone… needing treatment.

This place has changed dramatically, since the first time I was here, and not for the better. What once seemed like a caring facility now feels driven primarily by money. Leadership appears more focused on money than on… providing quality care for clients. In my experience, management was ineffective, ignored legitimate concerns, and allowed morale to decline for their staff and us cluents. Professionalism suffered, and it often felt like favoritism mattered more than accountability. I also got the impression that there was significant pressure to maintain a positive online image. As a client, we were "encouraged" to leave positive reviews, and many glowing ones appeared to come from people with close ties to the organization rather than the experiences of us clients. That affected my confidence in the accuracy of the overall ratings. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization.

I would like to count my statement about what I said previously about this facility I was mad because some things that were there that were supposed to be there, which is generally my fault because it’s my… responsibility to keep up with my stuff. It’s not anybody else’s responsibility and when I was there previously, they were really nice to me. They were kind they assisted me. I didn’t have to wait for my math. They really made me feel welcome and so I wanna apologize for my bottom of my heart for those statements that I stated against this facility and I just want anybody else to know that if this is the place that you want to go, they are great and you will feel welcome and you will be able to proceed and I know this because My Friend went there PVC and she’s still successful and so with that being said I would definitely recommend going to this place

The staff is not professional nor are they on the same page.

My time at virtue was short but very critical. I did my detox there which was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant. The food was good. The house was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. If you are looking for a… good safe place to detox I would definitely recommend Virtue.

When I was down there in the Chandler Arizona detox I want to give 25 stars to Jade and to Alyssa they are one of the best bht's that I ever had in the experience of virtue detox and I think they should be employee of a… month my experience down there with those two right there was the best

I don’t know who I spoke with on the phone but she was very rude and belittling to me when I asked simple questions and couldn’t answer half of them without having to call her supervisor. Feel like I dodged a bullet

This would have been a 5 star because of Dr. Alex, nurses, and all the staff were absolutely amazing but one person. Highly beware of Sara the night time staff manager. She harassed me almost the whole time and made my… life a living hell and I almost AMA'd out of there multiple times because of her. She was rude and impatient and wouldn't let me rest and was relentless, she alone made it an almost unbearable experience and I had others in treatment that felt the same way. All the other staff was amazing though and I was grateful for their kindness and helpfulness.

This would be a 5 star because Doctor Alex and all the nurses and all of the staff were amazing but one person. Beware of the night time staff Manager Sara she literally made my life a living hell and was very… harassing, rude and wouldn't let me have any peace or rest for most of my stay. Thank you to everyone else for your kindness and good care.

I had a great experience with my treatment through Virtue Recovery! The only downside was the short visit, it wasn't even a full for days. Overall, it was my best experience. Hanging out in the common areas and getting… to know others helped me indefinitely. Employees were as kind as can be! Also, I actually followed the suggestion Lonnie presented of Recovia for after care. Recovia has been a great experience too. I need to thank Lonnie for that! I miss the staff at Virtue, east and westside.

This place has the best staff and leadership I have seen in all my years. I would recommend this place to everyone if you want to actually recover from addiction. This place gives you all the tools and actually listens.… They treat everyone with dignity and respect 🙏 Spread the word

This is a bunch of houses with a bunch of beds who has figured since they don't get paid by insurance unless the patient follows the Drs prescribed SABOXON OR SUBUTEX which in the 5 days I was there they sent 8 people… into "presep" which if you know then you know... They don't let you make outgoing calls .. and if you want to leave ... They keep ALL YOUR BELONGINGS, MONEY, PHONE, CLOTHES, SHOES for 72 hours.... Listen I got clean it took 5 days. No Suboxone No Subutex and they punished me for it for sure. Get help for sure!!!! But this place is all about the money..... PS the beds suck, the bathroom was disgusting... And they don't care they are money bullies praying on the weak! Booooooooooooo No ⭐'s for this place

January 7th 2026’ was a milestone for me, finally achieved a year of Sobriety, I spent 10 days at virtue and would like to thank all those were there to sit and guide me a great big thank you especially a big thank you… to the awesome BHT’s thanks everyone

Eric the nurse at Virtue was so awesome. He went above and beyond his with me. I was suffering from bad tooth and got me antibiotics right away.

This place was a blessing the staff was great and they really care!

Virtue center is a great place for recovery. I worked my third time coming from street drugs and it was the most success in life thanks to hardworking staff here. i was treated well from start until I went home. The… food was really great. Thank you for the kind nurses specially Eric in particular. He helped me through darkest moments in my detox, I will never forget this place and tell everyone that need real help to look nowhere else but Virtue center

I have been to a lot of detoxes throughout my life... This place was awesome.. From the time I walked in, they were very compassionate nd the week I was there they really helped me Work on my mental health and making… sure when I left, I had resources.. The communication was awesome, and it still is... This place made such an impression on me.I hope to soon work at a detox.. Thank you Virtue Recovery

Best place I’ve ever been for detox. If you are struggling with addiction, especially opiates, this place is great and I highly recommend going through their programs.
