Agreed with the others, this is the best facility I've been to. Been at a couple others in the area. None are as involved, as respectful, and as helpful as the staff here are. Special recognition for the best most… caring counselor I have ever had which is Jocelyn morales. She even checked in on me after I moved to make sure I was being taken care of and things were going well. Much love Jocelyn! You're the best!

Great experience fast on-boarding , staff is super friendly , Angie the receptionist is very nice & easy going & the counselors like lyn are also very friendly as well. Very nice people & make the walk in experience… easy going

I came here from another clinic and the staff here has made my transition nothing but simple and easy. Their patients care and concern for my well-being and making sure that everything is OK in my transition made the… move here that much better. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This is the BEST clinic hands down. Never have been treated with more respect than here. Usually other clinics I have went to never had any interaction with any program director but this one is ON IT Jenny is amazing.… Great staff as well, I am so glad I came across this clinic. Thank you to all the hard working staff that makes it happen for us. And wants better for us as patients, and treat us like human beings.

The lady at the front desk( im terrible with names im sorry ) was so super sweet and helpful when I visited from out of state and came here for guest dosing. I appreciate the help 😊

I switched programs I wasn’t getting what I needed at another place for the MAT stuff. And I came here and received Jocelyn as a counselor. I am so grateful that I have her. The nicest person ever, she helps you with… whatever you need. Literally whatever. Very honest and a positive person I have in my life. Definetly my favorite counselor I’ve ever got to meet with.

Ima be Real With You All! As Much as I Enjoyed the people that go here and mostly all there workers. I Actually Went down hill when i went here. Had take homes, so only use to go Mon&Fri. and they took them away.i never… tested dirty or shared or gave my take homes to anyone. Nope it was cause for losing my Home and being down on my luck. And instead of them being true Human beings that really do care for the patient they took them away and said i had to wait a month again and they can give me one by one. So instead of them taking one they took all. So what happened that same night i used drugs and have not been clean since.this was 3 years ago.i remember trying to fight for them cause thats something i earned.and this counselor and my counselor pulled up this book and i swear were looking for reasons why not to give them back. When i saw both of them reading page after page. I couldn't believe it. They could have said "you know what, we are gonna help you get them back Cause you heen clean you earned them. Shame on You

THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE...but you know this place is really going down the shi**er ever since Christie sold this place ! You need to make sure your containers seal properly so my 2 weeks worth of dose dosnt spill all… over my box and then your staff refuses to refill the ones that spilled...I'm not some freaking crack head for you to brush off by threatening my take home privlage. Have some humanity and correct your own mistakes......they did they did correct well thanks for buying the sealer now my medication won't spill that's why I added stars to the review 😉

Honestly it is one of the best places ever I love my counselor I love this stuff that work over there I mean they just don't help you with getting off of whatever you're going through date also help you too be built for… the future whether you continue seeing them or not thx to my counselor Joclyn sorry if I spelled your name wrong

Do they do intakes everyday?

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! IF YOU ARE GENUINELY TRYING TO GET CLEAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! You have better chances of getting clean your own then with these people that’s how terrible they are. The staff… doesn’t even listen to your concerns they just brush you off and give you what they want to give you. I honestly wouldn’t doubt the staff gets high with the patients. I will be looking into reporting Baart and hopefully they do a full investigation on this terrible company

The peopel work with you, they give you options not just methadone. They do there best to understand.
