Absolute Control Transitional – Burbank

Went to a NA meeting there and they were Rude as all get out! Not nice people!

I absolutely love & adore this place, I truly believe it has helped save my life & has given me motivation and tools to live a new way of life today!!!! I love coming here 3 dayz a week to my groups, & honestly I wish… it was a couple of hours verses the just 1 cause it flyz by way to quickly!!! Thank u so much Oganes, Miss Sona, Evan, & Mika, & Miss Sabrina, I am very indebted to you. All the people that work here are so unprofessional dont waste your time

Absolutely the chillest staff and director all nice and easy going people, i had the experience if doing community service for 20 days and getting to know them as been great. Everyone there was nice i recommend this… place absolutely

I been here before Susie is so unprofessional and rude and her daughter messes around with the clients I left this place

This place is very unprofessional I would not recommend they are extremely messed up people that work there they do drugs there selfs how can you help people if you do drugs yourself i don’t even know how this to place… is running

I was trying to attend there about a month ago. I absolutely recommend that no one attend here and go elsewhere with better community service hours. I do not know how this business is running. One person in particular… was an older caucasian male that was very unprofessional towards me. I am an African-American female. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He looked like he was drunk. I think I heard him say something inappropriate underneath his breath. Going to any community service should not be this unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful and no one should have to suffer with a company like this let alone working there with that Caucasian man. Very poor service. Again, please do not go there. I went elsewhere and you’ll be doing yourself a favor.

I did community service here all extremely rude even when you walk in they don’t approach you always only one person working here tall white man he’s very rude started yelling in my face telling me I didn’t do anything… right calling me names also pushed me harassed me I’m 4,0 that man is like 6’1 these people are unprofessional I don’t even no how they are a business they can lie all they want that’s not true i spoke with the police too and they asked me if I wanted that man arrested for pushing me and also for him running after my car there was also witnesses who saw this and I have the videos of him as well the the people that work there need to get help there selfs

I’ve been here and you don’t need to know when. This place has horrible service. They are so rude and treat you with such disrespect. Never coming here again and neither should you! Even their replies to the reviews are… so unprofessional. Instead of replying to their reviews they should be teaching their employees respect.

They are extremely unprofessional. An older white male employee with a terrible attitude was very rude to me when I arrived. He harassed and even followed me to my car when I was walking out! He should not be working… here. I don’t feel safe coming back here!

Absolute Control is amazing! The entire team there is so great. They treat you like family, and their positive vibes really help with stress and feeling down. Thanks to Absolute Control, I was able to change my life and… start fresh. They helped me with my painkiller dependency by providing the right rehab program. I'm so grateful for them!
