This office has repeatedly failed a long-term disabled patient. Access to the patient portal is locked so only password and payment can be changed. Requests for proper documentation and coordination with specialists… have been ignored or delayed while the patient’s condition continues to decline. Communication is poor, follow-through is worse. A disabled patient on SSDI should not have to fight the very office that is supposed to manage their care.
Good services, but neglected to tell me about an issue with my insurance until it put me 1.1k in debt. Be careful with your finances around them, people!
Absolutely wonderful staff!
I worked with them for 20+ years. It used to be great. But their staff is no longer the experienced workers. It’s a bunch of new easily agitated people. That give you an attitude when you call in for help. And my doctor… refused to listen to me when I requested medicine adjustments even when the hospital made serious inquiries on his refusal. I had 3x the dose of divalproex and 2x the dose of a benzo than what I needed and had the fuzzy mind of a 90 yo man because of it for 20 years. And an appetite that made me hungry 24/7 and I was 300 lbs and couldn’t stop the hunger. My case manager was good and understanding. I’m doing better now than I was by far with my new doctor from across the bay all my dosages are a fraction of what they were and I’m much better off.
