I am very satisfied with the service.

I called as a new patient to setup an appointment. I was informed that they do not book new patient appointments unless its that same week. Also that this week they have none available. If your trying to establish a… dental office and you work this is not one youd easily get into unless you can move your work schedule around last minute.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this clinic, some doctors working there need to go back to medical school.

They tend to everyone regardless of skin color

The staff at the Southland Dental Clinic's front desk provide terrible service. I experienced this a few months ago, but I didn't remember I had this way to express my dissatisfaction.

Whoever was That Indian lady on the phone she was rude

Excellent care from start to finish! I was nervous about my extraction, but the team was so kind and patient. They walked me through every step and made sure I was okay. Highly recommend!” Every staff member from the… front desk to the dentist was amazing. They got me in the same day for tooth pain and I felt cared for the second I walk in. They talk to through everything and made me feel comfortable. I’m so grateful for everyone’s kindness!

Before HealthFirst Bluegrass, I’d been struggling with ADHD symptoms for years. My previous experiences with doctors were very bad. One treated me with cookie cutter prescriptions and was so cold, I actually cried. The… other completely disregarded my symptoms of ADHD (even though I had a diagnosis) and said since ADHD meds are a controlled substance, I was not qualified enough to access them. I thought this was reasonable until HealthFirst Bluegrass took the time to educate me. I learned there are actually non-stimulants that can be prescribed. For the first time in years, I felt like I was being listened to and believed. Dr. David Nicholson compassionately listened to my difficulties and worked with me for months to find the best medicine for my body, lifestyle, and preference. My life has increased dramatically. I am the most dependable version of myself that I have ever been. The office staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly. Appointments I once dreaded, I actually look forward to now!

I honestly think 1 star is too much for this clinic. They’ve got zero bed side manners. We’re rushing from one appointment to the next. Couldn’t take the time to go over expectations after the procedure. Please find… somewhere that values patients if you can.

I have been seeing Dr.Larue since 2022, and I would’nt see anyone else now but Dr.LaRue. That man saved my life! He’s not like the doctors I’ve seen in the past, He actually took his time, and made 100% sure that I was… given the correct diagnosis, and researched different medications, and put on the medication that would be most effective for each of my diagnosis. He actually cared about me a human being, instead of only a paycheck, and I honestly can’t believe at how well I am actually doing! If you are looking for a Mental Health Doctor, Make an appt. with Dr. LaRue, you will definitely be in good hands, and get the best care for your diagnosis.

Worst pharmacy service you can find.

I always wait for more than an hour before am attended to. I don’t understand why you are late for 15 mins and the cancel your appointment but when you get there on time they make you wait for a lifetime before you are… attended to. HFBG can do better than this.

They are slow to respond and lack good control for quick service.

I received a letter that they have been trying to contact me via phone call however I have not received a single call in my phone book. I have called many times and they either hang up on me abruptly or are rude. The… treatment over the phone is unprofessional and they do not reach out like they have said they would.

They left me naked in a room for an hour and a half waiting for a pap smear. Than my next appointment they left me there for an hour. Once determined I needed a LEEP procedure they informed me my insurance wouldn't… cover it. I checked and my insurance does and had been paying for services averaging $200 per visit. I'm now waiting an additional 4 months to have my records sent to another doctor to do my procedure. I've left several messages for management. They don't care! Best they will do is send you a survey. Highly unprofessional. I was told I couldn't refuse a pregnancy test. That its required for a pap smear. Since when can a patient not deny a service?! Best of luck if you use them

I have been trying for two months to make an appointment with the dentist, but the receptionists are not clear in their communication. Every time I call, I get different explanations: 1. They say their schedule is busy.… 2. I have been there before, but some receptionists tell me I am a new patient, while others say I’m a still patient. It’s confusing. 3. The other day, they told me to just come in the morning because no appointment is needed. 4. I did go, and they ended up sending me to the emergency room, even though I didn't have any pain. 5. They told me to call both in the morning and in the afternoon. I asked them to let me speak with a manager about this. It's been two months of calling every single day. Can someone please explain this to me? I would also appreciate recommendations for other dentists.

Pharmacy is great specially Carlos he is very helpful and have an answer to all my questions . Can’t say the same with the person in front of the pharmacy . But financial Aid is horrible the lady is very arrogant and… not helpful at all . Gary is an excellent person and has been with the health department since years !! Very humble person and willing to help in anyway possible.

Beyond beyond beyond amazing! What made it so incredibly memorable, and amazing was this lovely call center women, her name was Brittany Ahuatzi (gosh I still hope I am spelling it correctly), She went above and beyond… to make me feel welcomed and helped me in more ways than one within such a short time! She is solely the reason why I am choosing Health First Bluegrass. Her energy, enthusiasm & her ability to genuinely want to help was so refreshing. She deserves a sweet treat from somewhere fancy— or even a pay raise (:! Brittany, if you’re reading this I genuinely appreciate you, Thank you!

The woman who answers the phone is very arrogant. She answers reluctantly.

irresponsible staff. They canceled my appointment twice without explaining the reasons. They tried to do a lot of x-rays to get more money. non-professionals. In the end, they couldn’t solve my problem, and I only had a… small hole in my tooth.

12/30/2024 10.30.I'm sitting in the waiting room right now and the 2 Hispanic ladies that check you in are having conversations about things they shouldn't as well as cussing while doing so. Since when do people become… so unprofessional and not only that I'm here with both my children on the peds side. Place should be ashamed of themselves. Luckily today I didn't want to show myself.... DO BETTER

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been coming here for years and I love my Dr. Dr Upreti always ask me questions and listens to my answers. If I have questions she explains everything. She makes sure I’m up to date on my immunizations and… explains that it’s my choice. The staff is wonderful.
