Hannah Hodge is always willing to listen! I never feel rushed during an appointment. She is kind, perceptive, and genuinely interested in helping me through different things and experiences. Seeing her at Imagine… Behavioral Health was the best decision I could have made!

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFRESSIONAL. I caught bad vibes off this place from the jump. One of my relatives was referred to them from a PCP for evaluation and treatment. The PCP put them on Celexa for the time being, they were not… used to any antidepressant meds PERIOD- this is important later. It took two weeks for them to even LOOK at the referral, and I had to call them to get them to do so. And when I called, the guy I spoke to had the NASTIEST attitude I’ve heard in a while. And I was calm and nice about it because I understand referrals take time. Later that day they called this family member to set up an appointment with them. The relative did a zoom call for their intake, said all was fine. The second visit, they took them off Celexa after not even giving it 4 weeks to get leveled off in their system, telling them the prescriber only placed them on that medication so that they were “on something” for the time. And then took a person who’s inexperienced with antidepressants in the first place from a low potency antidepressant SSRI to a high potency stimulant SSRI- Prozac AND a mood stabilizer/anti-seizure medication- Lamictol. They didn’t even give the first medication time to work for one and then threw them onto two brand new medications at the same time that are known to have bad side effects. I noticed a negative change in the person almost immediately. They ended up having a reaction to it, and when they called Imagine Behavioral for help- ISN'T THAT WHAT ITS FOR????- they were told in a moment of crisis, that no one could help them, and that they would have to make an appointment. Then, proceeded to call them back later that same day just to reiterate it to them like they’re rubbing it in their face. These people are so unprofessional and don’t even have the resources to handle a patient’s crisis. Rude and lazy from the jump, and beyond unhelpful during a crisis. That’s fine. My family will go elsewhere. No wonder y’all barely have any reviews. You don’t do enough to get one.

Amy Arnot is not a good psychologist. Very bad communication skills and always wants to reschedule. She is rude to her clients over text message and in session. I have been to multiple therapists and rehab facilities… and never received this subpar care in my life. I honestly makes me sad to write this post

I love this clinic very much. Firstly, the clerk, a brunette lady with glasses whose name I unfortunately don't know, is so, so, so sweet and is always very patient. She never makes me feel rushed or like I'm in the… way, and best of all, she always compliments my perfume!! it makes me so happy :) secondly, I see the therapist Jon. I love him so much!! He is the first therapist I've ever truly trusted. I will go in feeling like I am about to go into a crisis and leave feeling completely normal. They all help me so much and I am so happy I finally reached out to them. Thank you imagine:)

Do yourself a favor and see Jennifer Simmons, MSN. She is oustanding! Very compassionate, attentive, and makes time for her patients'. She has helped me so much and still continues to go above and beyond. I've… experienced great care here and continue to do so. The staff are also amazing, very helpful, friendly, and professional! I want to thank all of you for your help, and hope that others can find the care that I have found here.

Dr. Sagar Patel is not who you want to see when you are in need of help. As a patient of his you feel like you are an utter inconvenience. During my first visit I was very hopeful that I was going to get treatment and… help for ongoing issues. It was extremely disheartening to go into the office and only be read a questionnaire and then be constantly interrupted during my answers so that the "Doctor" could answer his text messages. After my brief (8-10 minutes) visit I was written a prescription and sent on my way. I was very surprised to get a call a few days before my next scheduled appointment to be told that "Dr" Patel would not be in and I would need to reschedule my appointment for another 2 weeks away. This blatant lack of concern for patients is appalling. As I hoped I would at least be able to have better luck with the therapist I was disappointed once again to find that they are only available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Which for an employed person is very difficult to manage. Please take my advice if you are seeking mental health help try another practice that shows concern for their patients.

Best program in the area. Baxter and his team go above and beyond to serve their clients.

Multiple therapists. Individual and group treatment options. Intensive outpatient therapy, nurse practitioner and MD on staff.

Dr. Sagar Patel is unprofessional and not patient oriented. On my first visit his bedside manner was horrendous. I was in the worst place mentally I have ever been in my life and his attitude was that I was just a… hindrance in his day. I will say I do appreciate him for prescribing me medication that has worked wonderfully; however, I think someone else with a different disposition/in a worse mental state than I was in would have been discouraged enough to not want to interact with Dr. Patel ever again and not follow his prescribed care plan. This, combined with the fact that the clinic rescheduled one of my followup appointments with him by leaving me a voicemail and not confirming my availability first, caused me to make the decision to seek care elsewhere. Giving 2 stars only because the staff is so sweet here and Baxter Houge (therapist) is great...but I just want nothing to do with this clinic after my experience with Dr. Patel and trying to work around his extremely busy schedule.

I was 9 I think when I started and I was hurt and very scared from past experiences. Now I am 12 and I have learned so much. If you are in need of three for any reason I truly , truly recommend Imagine Behavioral Health… as your first option. THANK YOU IMAGINE!!!!!!!!!

It helps a lot . I've learned a lot . Hope every one else has and will progress and love it as much as me .

I've been using Imagine for a number of years and have been very happy with the help I've received. The staff is friendly and I've been getting better and better since I started.
