Wonderful and very nice people. Hard to please

Sadly enough, there’s a lot of people out there that need treatment. Yes I get it. But you do have some out there that turn around take their pills sell them or give them to other people. That’s not helping the ones… that truly need it. That’s boosting pills. There needs to be a way that they can implement something that will aid in the guaranteed that the pills are going to the person they are supposed to go to. Something like a lie detector test something along that line. I do know of one myself and would only hope that maybe somebody from the clinic would reach out to me and I would gladly give them their name.

Very rude horrible staff . Need to board up the building. Close it forever ..

Amazing people, been going strong for so long I'd have to call em to find out how many years I've been clean! Absolutely the best caring people there. I live in Alaska now and have an amazing life. I wouldn't have this… if it weren't for them!

I havent been clean since 2016 and I have tried everything. I started at this clinic Jan 8, 2026 and have been clean every single day since. My counselor is knowledgeable, cares deeply and helps in anyway he can. From… the security lady outside (which is one of the sweetest ladies ever) to the front desk to the nurses. No one makes you feel like an addict and we all know how addicts are normally treated. The nurses help you, talk to you, are knowledgeable and sweet as can be. Im amazed. I wish I had found this place sooner. Keep up the good work everyone, you are helping so many people and thank you nurses for treating us the way you do!!!! Love, 1643

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 3 months now. I absolutely love it. I have zero complaints. The staff have been amazing!! I’ve felt zero judgement or bad vibes from the any of them at all. They talk to us like… human beings.. The director Mr. Jeff is also amazing. My girlfriend and I have been talking to him since before I officially started going over there and he’s been nothing but helpful. I think he is doing an amazing job of running the place. My girlfriend and I got pretty close to the security guard at the door. She is an absolute sweetheart and is doing an amazing job of keeping us safe. We absolutely love her! I don’t think I could have asked for a better counselor. He also has been extremely helpful and nonjudgmental. We look forward to going to see him every Wednesday, and we have such a blast talking to him that we sometimes get carried away and staying for nearly an hour. He’s the best! The nurses have also been great! I am about to be going to phase 4 soon, which means I’ll only be going to the clinic once a week. To be honest, these people are so great that I’m going to be sad that I don’t have to go as often! They are just awesome!! A very easy 5 out of 5 stars! If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would gladly do so!

They treat my partner and have been extraordinary in care! Everyone from the Security, to the office staff, the counselor, and the Director have been nothing but professional and kind! These folks are not only helping… people recovering from surgeries get off opioids, but anyone else that needs the help as well. The group counseling is what has made a huge difference in his life. For them it’s not just a job, it’s a passion and it shows in so many ways. Their program hasn’t been difficult at all, they are flexible on dosing times too. I can’t say enough good about them. If they ever let people volunteer, I will be happy to help out since they have made such an impact in my little family’s life. I am so grateful!

By far the best place to go around Jackson, Ms if you need help getting off opioids! They genuinely care about you and your wellbeing. Would not leave a 5 star review if it wasn’t 5 star! Sincerely

This place has saved my life! I’ve been sober for longer this time than I’ve ever been and it’s because God led me to this clinic! Everyone here is so nice and caring, especially my counselor, Jamie! They truly care… about you and your sobriety at this clinic!

After 25 years on Methadone and 20 years on everything else, I've finally had about enough and this clinic has played a major role in preparing me and giving me the tools, the support and guidance necessary to make the… slow transition, off MMT. Im doing it according to the Dr this time, not my own genius thinking that got me here. Im halfway there, down to 80mg and going down a little each week. I can't say enough about the staff.. Always doing little things, they actually care.. Great job guys, in 25 years you run the best clinic I've been to..

I've been on opioid maintenance for 7 years. I've been through 3 states. And I'm currently at the Jackson MS location. I love the staff and that they have always been helpful, understanding, knowledgeable. Never rude… which is a deal breaker when dealing with addiction. Thank you 😊

This is by far the most amazing clinic I've ever been to. I previously went to several of their sister clinics in OREGON. And while they were great, they don't compare to Jackson Comprehensive Treatment. The nurses,… councilors, front desk, they all treat you like a human being. Not as a recovering addict. Your able to get the help you need from caring staff that understand and are willing to help if you put forth the effort.

The only people who have issues with this place are people who are not ready to get clean and follow rules. I was the first patient to walk through these doors and I have seen so many people come and go staff and… patients. This clinic has come a long way. Jeff is amazing, and Mel! I can't list name by name because the entire staff are Rockstars!

Working with JEFF the Director at Jackson comprehensive treatment centers has been a wonderful experience. He really cares about the patients and goes out of his way to make sure the patients are getting the best… treatment that they need if you’re considering a treatment center please check this facility out first. This place saved my life and my marriage. Honestly, I was at the lowest part of my life. From the first day, I stepped foot in that building, having to stay disciplined to phase up, now my life has blossomed into… something I never dreamed of. Thanks you JAMAL for believing in me and also challenging me to take my life to new heights. I have been sober for almost 4 years and I know I am going to make 44 years of sobriety. I serve an AWESOME GOD and I thank him every day for giving me the opportunity to go to this wonderful establishment. The staff is amazing and also the nurses.
