How Much Does Treatment at Loganville Comprehensive Treatment – Loganville Cost?

Rehab paid for privately in Georgia typically costs $1,540 to $4,900 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. That is a guide only, as published prices for Loganville Comprehensive Treatment were not found at the time of writing.

Standard inclusions are medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. It is fair to assume Loganville Comprehensive Treatment works the same way, but that is an assumption. Ask the facility which therapies and medications cost extra.

I had a very disappointing experience with Loganville Comprehensive Treatment Center, particularly regarding the way my account and insurance were handled. For approximately seven months, I was under the impression that… my insurance was covering my treatment. At no point during that time did the receptionist, Amber, clearly inform me that my insurance was not paying or that I was accumulating a significant outstanding balance. Then, after seven months, I was suddenly told that I owed approximately $4,000. My biggest concern is why this was allowed to continue for so long without anyone notifying me. Why wasn’t I told when the balance reached $1,000? Or $2,000? Why wait until it had grown to around $4,000 before bringing it to my attention? Had I been properly informed earlier, I could have addressed the insurance issue or made different financial arrangements before the balance became so large. I believe patients deserve clear and timely communication regarding insurance coverage and outstanding balances, especially when thousands of dollars are involved. The way this situation was handled left me feeling misled and extremely frustrated. I hope management takes steps to ensure other patients are notified promptly when their insurance is not covering treatment so they don’t find themselves in the same situation.

I have been a patient here for almost a month and i must say this facility has changed my life already. i have always felt misunderstood and had a lack of hope in receiving treatment and care that would actually help.… this program has changed my life and my outlook on getting help i needed. Amber at the front desk is amazing. she has a great memory and makes sure all your concerns and questions are answered and she’s always more than happy to assist. she’s the best. shanna is also incredible at checking in and making sure you’re where you need to be. the counselor Ken is amazing. super personable and easy to talk to. ken always makes you feel understood and is full of helpful resources. this team is the best. you won’t be disappointed with these people on your side. thank you CTC.

Amber is literally the BEST!! She never misses,… always remembers my # (sometimes more than me) and is on-top of everything. This whole place is high quality

This is a very very good clinic. The folks here truly care about their clients wellbeing. I moved recently, and wasn't able to afford the $80 round trip uber, so they paid for me to come up that morning. They made sure… they set me up at a clinic closer to where I was.

If I could give zero stars I would . I went here and fully trusted them with my care - only to be betrayed in the hour I needed them most . I began care as a pregnant patient - I was told they would stand for me , fight… for me , that they would keep me and my baby safe and that this was the best place to receive care and ensure that no legal problems would arise due to my circumstances and addiction . Then I had the baby and I guess all that went right out the window . I came to the clinic with my new baby , to show him off and let everybody see him as we were all excitedly anticipating his arrival … while they were passing my baby around I didn’t know they were actually stalling me because they had contacted the authorities to come and FORCE me and my baby into an ambulance and on the way to receive absolutely unnecessary medical treatment which I did not want or need . These people betrayed me in the worst way . Now I must seek treatment elsewhere and have a lot of unnecessary suffering to deal with to clear the way for me and my baby to just live our lives in a regular manner . I never would have thought it would come to this - they seem so supportive and caring - but really they ride their high horse right into the sunset with the authorities (including DFCS!!!!)

I use to love this place. I was there the day Randel started working as Director, he was so so excited, he hadn't quite gotten slapped around enough and still remembered addicts are people with real feelings and real… schedules and real withdraw and real mental health. He gave me a place to heal and talk. I appreciated him a great deal. And how bout that Liz upfront ? That child is amazing. But with all that being said. I've went there twice this week and neither time did I dose. Both times, i got the up and down, then was informed this part was going to be a very detailed word for word process and would take an extended period of time. She knew I was already feeling unpleasant and instigated it with that explaination. I was so sick and had been there since 945 it was 120. I got loud, everyone kept piling in. But Tiffany that one near the nurses office. She was trying to be right at all costs. And sincerely kept putting her hand in my direction getting louder and louder and did the neck chek and walk away saying THANK YOOOU. That sent me flying. I was escorted out. But let's look .

I have been going to this clinic for about 2 months now and I find it to be very helpful for me. The entire staff is courteous and respectful. They don't talk down to you. Prices are very reasonable. MUCH better than… the clinic in Conyers! Thank you for being there for me!

This place has really gone down hill since I started almost 2 years ago. When I started, the staff was so caring & understanding. I never felt like I was being judged or got treated like an addict. Now when I go in… there, it literally gives me anxiety. I have been turned away for not having $6 for an entire weekend & the other day I literally had a balance of 40 cents & that was even a problem. They don't care anymore. I feel like all they care about is money & not actually helping their patients anymore. When I went in today there were bright greens signs ALL OVER THE DOOR saying, You need to turn around & leave if you don't have your payment. No exceptions. I'm sorry, but how can you do that to someone that is literally coming to you for help. All that's doing is stressing the patient out even more. Regardless, we pay this clinic every single week and have been every week for almost 2 years straight without missing a single day. I just don't know what to do anymore and I'm about ready to give up.

I was one of the lucky ones who started with this clinic the first day they opened. After receiving in humane treatment from a clinic located in Lawrenceville ( the name Dezmond should ring a bell). I knew God answered… my prayers opening this clinic!!! You can not beat the treatment this facility provides!!! 1. The staff treats us like patients not addicts!! 2. There is no racing to the door in the morning to be first in line ( we go by who’s car is in the lot first),because we ALL are in and out within 10 minutes. 3. If you have your drug test that day or need to speak with counselor you don’t end up spending an hour there!!! Literally 20 minutes and your done! 4. Management is unbelievable Denise will listen to you and help you with any concerns. She understands the true meaning of the word Empathy and applies it every day with a smile!! I have never been patronized, disrespected, or lied to! 5. Tomeka the dosing nurse is ALWAYS on time you NEVER wait like we did in Lawrenceville for the nurse to get there for any of us to dose. I hope this helps some of you make the decision to change clinics, or start treatment somewhere that only has your best interest at heart!!! I have been there since they opened the door and don’t plan on leaving till I have completed the program!!

I love this clinic🥰😍!!!! From the time you walk in until the time you walk out, you can just feel the warm welcoming feeling that ALL of the staff give off! The director Mrs. Denise is wonderful, she really cares about… her patients and not just the money! This by far is the BEST methadone maintenance clinic that I’ve been to!! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at WCTC/Brand New Start!!! 😘😁

I have transferred to this clinic with my wife. Our previous clinic was within walking distance from our home , so this new clinic is about a 15 minute drive. However, their superior knowledge of opioid addiction and… managing pain along with having a LIFE , and the fabulous treatment of their clients is well worth the few extra miles! I am always greeted with a smile and both my wife and I are dosed and on the way home in an average of 5 minutes flat! They answer questions thoroughly and don't make you feel like you are "bothering" them. After the horrific abuse we suffered at our last clinic, this place is a refreshing breath of fresh air! They could not be more appropriately named because they are the place to go if you are looking for a Brand New Start!

Transferred here from Athens and they’re nice enough. They’re a small clinic so only one counselor as far as I know right now. Have to stay on top of them about phasing up. Oh and $70 for a peak and trough test, only… negative thing so far.
