This place is a joke, all they care about is the money & you can forget about getting help for situations you’re going through. Y’all stear clear of this place!! They won’t help you recover. & the office manager is… completely unprofessional. Cuts you off, will have an attitude, and has everyone else work but herself. & don’t forget the high Counsler turn over rate.

Update on review: we have these new secure flags now that the staff cannot remove & it is so frustrating because we come in before work & most of the time have 15 minutes or so to spare. We are having to wait 30 minutes… or so just to have these SECURE flags removed. Its ridiculous. I have been going here for a year now & I have just passed a year clean after an overdose/relapse. These people actually care about you! Highly recommend. “Healthquest cannot be beat”!

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt,… customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them. Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt. Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight. Eric knew and did everything he could. I cant say enough for them. Chris OBrien

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else… we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

I'm so glad Crossroads in Suwanee closed down, otherwise I would never of found out about this place. Although Crossroads was only 9 mins from my house and this place is 10 mins, I went from paying $13/day at Crossroads… to paying just $59.76 each month here because they have a lady that helps people sign up for insurance and I talked to her for only about 30 mins and she got me signed up for Ambetter which covers the methadone and any prescriptions I get at any pharmacy 100%, all you have to do is pay the $59 each month for the insurance. 10/24/23 Since I first started coming here it has only gotten better in my opinion, due to them adding there clinic to an app called “Engage", which lets you check in from your phone (as long as your paid in advance and within 100 ft. or so of the building, and what's even more helpful, is that you can check what the wait time is no matter where you are. Very useful if you'd rather wait at home until they are not as busy, instead of having to sit and wait there. I know it's not really that big of a deal, but it's something small that I really appreciate being able to make use of. 👍

When this facility came to Buford Georgia we transferred from a clinic in Suwanee that was ran like a bunch of amateurs. Coming to healthquest aka Pinnacle treatment facility was the best move me and my wife ever made!… The staff are amazing and considerate to each individuals needs and have no problem going out of their way to help anyway they can. Thanks Healthquest!

This clinic is honestly the best one I've been to/heard of. It actually looks like a professional doctors office. In and out usually within 5-10 minutes unless you're scheduled for a surprise drug screen, which usually… happens to be everyone on the same day lol But other than that it's relatively quick. They changed policy, so when you first do intake you can only increase 5mg a day and then when you hit 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70mg you have to stay on it for 3 consecutive days then 75 has to be approved by a doctor so it'll take until the next day. Also, while you're increasing, if it takes longer than 21 days each time you increase has to be approved by a doctor. Every one that works there is absolutely amazing except for one of the nurses, um, Courtney I think is her name. She's always got an attitude and not very caring to be working in that environment. Kind of gives off that feeling that shes the gate keeper to your sobriety. They also have a new app that lets you "check in" before you get there... they open at 545 but if you check in thru the app you can dose ahead of the people waiting in line to check in

This place is absolutley wonderful as well as every single staff member! they squeezed me in after saying they could hear it in my voice I was in full withdrawal. I have my life back && it's only been two weeks but… thanks to them it will be my whole life!!! using hasn't even crossed my mind once! I am so happy I took the leap of faith and I've never felt better and no one in the office made me feel judged they are truly amazing and if I ever move i would still use the buford office it feels like home. 💗

I can’t completely put into words how great this place really is. I don’t know how they managed to find a staff that consistently strive to make a difference in people’s lives day in and day out. These people are so… much more than helpful. You pay $12.50 a day and they provide you with so many resources worth so much more than that. I came in with no intention of even getting clean but quickly learned that with their help it’s not an impossible feet. It’s not just a place to get medicine for addiction, they provide counseling and support to help you achieve a better lifestyle. There is no judgement, I can talk to my counselor about anything. They can even help you find a job. They don’t expect anyone to be perfect and understand the severity of opiate addiction. If you relapse, you won’t be shunned. They’ll help determine what needs to be done to make the changes you need to make. It’s up to you to make those changes but they genuinely value your success and want a better life for you. See for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Good place. Was told something on the phone, when I was living 2,000 miles away, that affected my decision. When I got here, I was told something a little different to what I was initially told, but I was honest and… said that this greatly affected my situation. By the next time that I came in, they had changed things to accommodate what I was told. Now you may say that that is what they're supposed to do, but in this business, the reality is that it is usually the legality and the condition set by the DEA and the state, that are the defining parameters in the end. Usually clinics do not want to rock the boat for your sake. That is why it was nice to see them keep their word.
