Maureen has a true passion for the work she is doing. It’s very rare to find people in behavioral health with as much energy and enthusiasm to serve and help the community. I look forward to my continued partnership and… collaboration with her moving forward.

Wow, looks like my family was not the only ones that have had issues with this place. They absolutely do not follow confidentiality rules. And have absolutely no problem. Sabotaging someone that has done all the work to… do better. One year after seeing this lady my daughter is finally in a positive place doing all of the things that she needs to do and she was told to trash it all because it didn't matter. The lady got up in court and lied on the stand. I would not trust this place with my rat.

I do NOT recommend. Find someone else. Know your HIPAA rights because they don’t seem to know their HIPAA responsibilities. You have the right to tell them not to share your private information with anyone, including… DFCS. You also have the right to copies of your entire file with them for FREE with NO conditions within 10 days of your written (email) request. You have the right to file a HIPAA complaint if they don’t give it to you. They cannot require you to pick it up or pay for it. They can email or mail it to you. They like to claim they can’t turn it over, but they are required to give it to you. I do Not trust them.

Their clinical team genuinely cares, and the work they’re doing with both adults and adolescents through their new Live Life Sober IOP program is nothing… short of transformative. The staff here are very passionate about what they do. The positive energy can be felt as soon as you walk in. Would recommend to anyone looking for treatment.

I cannot share my reasons for a horrible review... at this time. Check back for updates

My review is specific to Anne-Marie Taylor. I cannot review other counselors at Live Life with accuracy. After undergoing a very rocky divorce and overcoming some serious personal issues, I depended upon her to assist… with my family's court-mandated reunification; she claimed to be trained and capable. However, after months of 30 minute play sessions with no setbacks, no changes were being made to allow my son and I more time together, more phone calls, etc. So I kindly requested a plan that detailed the milestones that would need to be attained in order to move our reunification forward, step by step, as this seemed logical to me, a layperson. A roadmap to reunification, if you will. Ms. Taylor refused and told me that that wasn't how this worked and that things should continue until she had "seen what she needed to see" in order to assess what changes could be made. Suffice it to say, no progress was made after several more months, and Ms. Taylor later refused to provide further reunification services. The VERY FIRST court appearance we made subsequent to her quitting, the judge asked why a REUNIFICATION PLAN had not been done, detailing steps and milestones for reunification! Thankfully, I did the due diligence to find a far more capable (and honest) psychologist. Within 5 months, my son was spending the night at my house again and my relationship with my ex-wife is fantastic. Do not trust Anne-Marie Taylor with your family's well-being. She is a silly charlatan of a counselor, with no discernible skill other than having an office replete with toys and games... and even less accountability. You owe your kids better than her.

My family member has been with this service for over a year. She is borderline anorexic now. They have not bothered to contact any other family member for information aside From the person who pays the bill(which is… indirectly me but they don’t see that) I do not recommend this practice to anyone who Wants a healthy child mentally without body image issues or security issues.

We have been to a few counslers over the years. This by far has been the best experience thus far. Our counlser has went above and beyond with the children. I don't ever do reviews but when you find some one who truly… cares it shows and its worth the mention.
