First time and only time coming here, rude staff! do not recommend!
My child definitely loves her therapist, as do I he really does help. But the person that helps with our meds I am beyond disappointed. I have called for 2 weeks now to get refills and now my child is down to one pill… and still nothing. Like seriously. Your messing with my child's health at this point. I am about to get really really upset.
Sadly, I have seen this place push for children to believe abuse where none has occured.
This place is not helpful at all
Absolutely one of the worst experiences for my family. My wife took our daughter in for some counseling. before we knew it, the so called "therapist" K.S. decided that our daughter needed treatment. We agreed to take… her at the specified time of 4:30 P.M. By 3:30, K.S. had already reported us to CPS with lies and false allegations of medical neglect. We drove 1.5 hours and were 30 mins early to the appointment. CPS fully investigated the situation and their words to us were, "This should have never crossed our desk. This is ridiculous." No, its absolutely close to criminal the way this so called "therapist" runs things. The case was closed as unsubstantiated. This person shouldn't be allowed near children. If you have needs for your child, run far away from this place in Princeton, for at least as long as this person is there.
This place has helped me tremendously, thank God for Mr. Morgan!
I just wanted to come on here and give Mr. Morgan the praise he so much deserves! He's been a big blessing to my self and my two boys that are 9 and 11 years old. I can't express how much my kids love coming to therapy… now. He's made this experience so enjoyable for them. My boys have been through alot but they trust Mr. Morgan and think the world of him. He puts my kids first. They look forward to every session they have with him. If your looking for a AWESOME therapist for adults and kids then here you go! Im sure mountain comp. Has other amazing therapist there as well. Everyone there is so friendly and compassionate. Thank you guys for everything. We're truly grateful
I used MCC in Madisonville and won't use the company again if I can help it. was more concerned with pushing pills at me than anything and they gave me medicine that reacted with my heart condition 3 different times.… never got better. only worse.
Absolutely no help what so ever. I took my 6yr old here for three months and never once seen a child pchychologist or phsychiatrist. I took notes of what we experienced outside of MCC to take in to be reviewed so… someone could get a better understanding of my child and could pin point what kind of care we needed to focus on. The lady stuck the notes in a drawer, never looked at them. I would get asked the same exact questions each visit as if it was my first visit ever. I was told yes we can help and the next visit no we can’t help and the next visit yes we can do X and the next visit no we can’t do X or we just won’t do X. It was so frustrating never knowing what was going on and when I kept asking when we would see a counselor I was told there was no reason to see one until the intake lady found a reason to assign one the intake who I had been seeing for the last 7-8 times once a week stated she could see several issues we needed to address immediately and the next time we’d come in she acted like we had never been there before. She also told me behavioral therapy wouldn’t work for my child so she would discuss with her supervisor on what we should do next then the next visit the intake acted as if nothing ever happened and when I asked her about it she stated her supervisor said it wasn’t a big deal just typical kid behavior. We were recommended to get my daughter counseling from another doctor and that’s why we ended up at MCC. after I was crying in the office the intake lady admitted to me, after she seen a video of my daughter I recorded, she thought I was just another parent trying to find something wrong with my child and she apologized for thinking that and said we need to help my child. The next visit I came in ready to get started, still no counselor, my daughter got no help, and the intake lady kept asking me what I wanted and asked what kind of counseling do I want her to have.....we stopped going I had enough
This is the most unprofessional & rude clinic I have ever taken my son to in my life. They try to push medications on your child even when you don't want them and if you say no they get mad. They also make rules up and… try to force you to pull your kid out of school for unnecessary appointments. The staff are all very unprofessional I heard them on multiple times talking about patients and even each other. Don't go here try anywhere else unless it's your only option.
I would try another clinic...
