Went there to get my military waiver, gave full access to MyChart, therapist refused to sign my letter because I didn’t tell him I had adhd which I assume he already knew if he looked at my medical records, while I’m… crying (spent 300 bucks on this) asks what did I learn from this , try’s to make it a lesson on me when it was a misunderstanding and trys to cash cow me to come back for more therapy. Do not go to this place

Absolutely horrible experience. Completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t know how these people can keep their jobs.

I started going here in 2022 and I had a couple things come up where my mind was elsewhere. I ended up forgetting a couple of therapy appointments. And because of this they had given me one more chance. The third… therapy appointment came up and they said I was a no-show. Because they got the date wrong. I had proof in my email that I did not have therapy that week it was the next week. And I was banned from going there for 6 months. I may be wrong on the time but I was so mad that I didn't go back for 2 years. I only went back because I was in a dark place and I didn't want to start over with a new therapist. Fast forward to 2024 I have started going again the past few weeks and I had an appointment and not that long ago and I was out of town so I called that day and I said I needed to reschedule it they said that was fine we can reschedule it for the next week since you have an appointment that week. Well a couple weeks go by and I had put in my calendar that my appointment was from 3 to 4:00 but apparently it was at 1:00 I had made a mistake a typo or whatever and that was on me it was a mistake but not one that I did on purpose. Now my therapist won't see me and handed me off to someone else. So I left. I only come here now for medication management. I would not recommend this place. No I can't say it may just be the therapist that I had that has this whole roll about no shows. But we have lives. Life happens things come up unexpectedly where we can't call 24 hours in advance. Mistakes happen. Passing somebody on to somebody else is wrong. It makes me feel like you didn't even care. And that it was all just for the money.

This place is the worse they denied access to me and my sd when he hasn’t done anything going against federal law.overall the worse they don’t know how to take care of ptsd patient at all been in this place for 7 years… nothing has helped me here!.

Reception was abrasive. Frustrating to deal with. Felt like a county probation office and the therapist acted like a parole officer. Big fat nope.

Amazing place to vent and work on yourself. Definitely a welcoming and safe place to talk to someone who cares.
