Caitlin is such a good doctor and very understanding she's my favorite there!
Love my doctor there she is the best.
Very professional, nice clean environment, nice & friendly staff & nurses & Dr's.. pharmacy is one of the best, communication is great they even have where you can text to speak with then at any time during business… hours!
I think I should say that I have not been to this location in 7 years, so to be fair, things could have changed by now. Be Prepared to Wait Over a Month For Your Refills! I was denied my refill after being told that my… doctor was no longer at this clinic. I must say that I believe this is the 3rd or 4th doctor I am on, considering this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this clinic and I suppose it won’t be the last. I was not informed by mail as I was told I was supposed to be. That being said, I have been going here for years, because of the sliding scale, but I am not pleased by a long shot. They tell me I can’t get in to see a doctor for over a month away! This is a medication that I have been on for 20+ years and for years, as well, at this particular clinic and they are treating me like a stranger and it doesn’t feel right. I am now in the predicament of having to find a new doctor and get re-established somewhere else without any medication to get me by until I can find and get in to see a new doctor. I am being treated like it is my fault that this is the 3rd doctor that has left this clinic in 3 years. I am writing this review to let you know, If you need regular refills like me, then this may not be the place for you. I just want others to know, though you might pay less here, is it worth your health and state of mind? Just be prepared. Some doctors offices will work with you to get you in sooner or will give you more refills than just a few (especially on a medication you have been on for years or will be on for years to come) but not this one!
Rachel is the best of the BEST!
Great place Rachael is a amazing doctor! They go above and beyond especially helping families that need it! Chrisi is also a kind helpful person!
Always efficient hardly any wait time for appointments… Thank you!
Every time I go in the pharmacy is great and quick with getting me our pick up. However anytime my wife or I deal with the staff at the front desk it’s a nightmare. We were put on hold for over 15 minutes just to… schedule an appointment and ended up going into the office to schedule it since they didn’t feel like helping us over the phone.
This staff is so sweet. My son had a double ear infection that was misdiagnosed at urgent care the day before. They got me right in when I explained his symptoms. Caitlin Colescott is so sweet, personable, and actually… cares for her patients. My son is finally sleeping peacefully for the first time in days and I'm so happy he'll have relief soon 🩵
Great experience with all staff. Friendly and informative.
Ive never had a bad experience there. From the receptionists to the nurses to the NP. They all are very nice and professional. Thank you Emily NP.
I've been going to this provider for about five years now. I moved to this area in an emergency. I had a close relative who needed some care, and I came up with basically one suitcase. I also came with no medical… provider and about five days of medication. This is why I recommend Family Medicine Associates. Of course, I had a lot to do when I got here. One of those was finding a new general practitioner. The process was daunting because either no one would accept a new patient, or they had strict insurance rules, or wanted some kind of referral. Seemed rather like a vip club I was trying to get into rather than just get a prescription filled. Finally, I was able to get a good piece of advice from a relative to try family medicine associates. Not only do they take walk-ins, I was told, which meant I could come that day, but they have sliding scale fees and accept medicaid and Medicare. I was speechless. I went the same day and was established with primary care.
Always late with their apt times. I get her minimum 30mins before every apt and they end up making me wait in the waiting room a minimum an hour. When my apt is set for say 10am, I'll be here at 930am and will still be… waiting to go back to a room then have to wait some more at 1145am. Ridiculous and they seem very disorganized.....
If you care about your health do NOT go there. The mis-diagnosis landed me in the hospital ( not MOSAIC) horrible place!
Have made 6 verbal prescription refill requests and pharmacy has faxed for an order to refill with no results. Prescription expired 9 days ago. Without meds for 3 days. Service no Service. Extremely disappointed!
I've been there once, and the first impression is great.
I love northwest health services they have always treated me well, and i Was very happy that they could get me in when they could. However Trevor predu was probably the worst person I could have been given, he diagnosed… my issue in under 30 seconds wasnt in the room for more than two minutes prescribed an ointment but then he didn't call in my prescription, so I got to spend the whole weekend with painful rashes and sores on both hands and wrists, they have become much more severe since he saw me.
They got me in to see a provider in an incredibly timely manner. When seeing the provider, the provider took my concerns seriously and addressed them accordingly.
The nurses are great The lady's at front desk are very nice and helpful
The entire staff is Excellent!! The front desk ladies are so friendly and kind!! Trevor Perdue and his nurse are top notch! They answered all my questions and went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This… is a wonderful medical office that care of their patients from the time they walk in the door to the time they leave. Thank you!!
Front desk was prompt & friendly, wait was short for my appointment, & the MA & doctor were very helpful as far as answering my questions!
Friendly staff great doctors
