Tried calling 2 weeks ago and left a message but I still have not received a response. Called 7 times today during their 8am to 7pm office hours, and nobody answered again despite using different extensions. I will… never be going here
Not for me.
Good place
I should have sued this place for the abusive treatment I received at the hands of Dr. John F. Childress. To top it off, he was the clinic director.
People maintenance facilities These homes are the money makers Where are the phycologists??? Why is the executive director a business man and not a doctor??? Take a guess
These people have next to no bedside manner. Cycled through the same several medications and they never call in the refills so it will be days of withdrawals at a time before I can get the medication again.
They discharge patients without even checking on them if they go too long without being seen (within 30 days). If THEY have to cancel an appointment, you have to wait several weeks to get back in- going at times a month… or more without being seen when you should be on a 2 week schedule. This is for mental health and their actions do not seems as though they care. They are always in a hurry to just discharge someone. They keep pushing to discharge my child when she's still having the same issues as before
I think the organization is trying to help people but some of the staff (not all of them) just don't have the drive to help people anymore. I was a patient there for about 2 years. I never really seemed to get the help… I needed. They just put me on a bunch of meds that only seemed to make me feel worse. I expressed this to my Med Dr. multiple times & each time i was dismissed with no change. Finally I found my own Dr., I left RACSB & got the guidance I needed.
Been a great resource and support for my family.
Wait was not to be long this time
I walked into RACSB for help. I have depression and anxiety. They said they could not get me an appointment with a psychologist to see about receiving treatment because I have insurance. They would only give me a… therapist to talk to. At first the wanted to put me in group therapy. Everything has gotten much worse all because they wouldn't help me. I'm emotionally and mentally exhausted. I have been cutting myself because the emotional pain is that bad. The physical pain takes away the emotional pain. This place is a joke. If you really need help they will not help you. They refused me some of the treatment I needed.
I’m rating one star over the front desk the only woman at the front desk was nice was Ellen that was very nice and understanding but, when it came to other people. They made my anxiety much worse then what it was. It… caused me to stop going and to stop trying to get help because, some of them were so rude they cause me to have a panic attack in the office. My councilor was great but, the front desk just made me have more anxiety and more depression just dealing with that alone. I really hope someone starts to monitor the way they talk to people.
Very happy with walking into RACSB today and the front desk staff was outstanding while greeting me. I believe Ellen, thank you Ladies for helping me today!!!
