Spero Health – Columbia

if i could give 0 stars I would. a family member went in for treatment for alcohol abuse. they were not drug tested. no vitals taken and no intake paperwork completed. a doctor via telehealth prescribed her naltrexone… with NO medically assisted taper for the alcohol and told her "if you have a seizure, just go to the ER." complete and total negligence. if this is the way they continue to operate they will be looking at legal issues and malpractice suits. if you are looking for help, know that they will try to convince you to do an inpatient program (despite claiming they are an outpatient facility) and then push you towards extremely dangerous health decisions when you decide you would like to remain outpatient. I will NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Brightview and Nulease in Campbellsville are much more understanding and gentle in their approach to addiction treatment. as well as being staffed with COMPETENT doctors.

These people truly want to help us as addicts. They never judge and are always more than willing to do whatever they can to help us maintain sobriety. I’m satisfied in every way with the way they’ve changed my life

Great clinic and caring, non judgemental staff. Will hold you accountable, but understand that recovery is a lifetime process and addicts are prone to relapse and need patience and understanding, not kicked to the curb.

Amazing workers I have a couple favorites I don't want to say their names but they they are very helpful they listen to you and they don't judge you some of them don't judge you some do but I feel like everybody don't… understand addiction addicts my doctor is amazing I really respect him like and I respect the workers in here but some I do not like just being honest and they do help you they try to understand where you're coming from and I really enjoy going up there and they have helped me a lot and I love seeing my counselor because she helps me more than she knows and I really appreciate her Aka little shawty

This place in my book is a poor accuse for treatment. I’ve never seen a place tell one thing and then go against everything you are trying to do to better your self. I’m really confused how u can better urself with… there treatment and the whole place against everything good ur doing. I’m probably the only patient who will be willing to post this but I’m probably the only one treated like ****. They got there last insurance payment from me and in my opinion a methodone clinic even going daily is better than this place. I’ve been told everything to find out they won’t hold there word so I I’m going to hold my word and let people know u better not think ur going to be in treatment long here before there standing over u to pea and u even telling them what u have taken. So Good luck anybody needing spero health rehab in Columbia Ky. time they get done with u you will need rehab for sure!!!!

I've been to several Suboxone clinics and mostly bad experiences or just feel very judge from start. Alot of times I can literally feel they're there for the 🤑 money aspect of it all. But never at Spero Healt. And I've… been there for years now and thru several Dr.s and changes to the laws and programs. They've ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT AND SUPPORTIVE CLINIC. They treat you like a HUMAN NOT AN ADDICT. They work with you through anything psychological, physical, and if they can't help there they will HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED AND ACTUALLY HELP YOU THRU EVERY STEP NOT JUST THE INFO. I've became close to several employees there and am very grateful for they're understanding and huge hearts. Thank you to everyone at Spero Health Columbia KY. Especially to all the ladies in the front who make all the wheels turn an set the atmosphere from the very start of your experience there. Recovery work's if you work it 💪❤️

I’ve been to other places and the staff here are amazing. They make me feel at home and I can be myself here. This place saved my life. Everybody here has been so good to me. I refer everyone here to receive services.

This clinic, from my experience, has changed a lot since I started but one thing that has never changed in nearly 18 months that I've been a patient there is the kindness and understanding of the staff. They're goal is… to help, though... so if you're not serious about your recovery, look elsewhere. They will give their patients every opportunity, hoping to reach them, but if you dont help yourself, they will open up your spot to someone that will..

SperoHealth health has had me clean for almost 6 years! I haven’t failed one drug test since I’ve been coming here in Columbia,Kentucky! This is a great place to help you get clean!

All of the staff here are very nice. They treat you with respect and don't just treat you like another addict just to get meds. This is the only place that helped me to get clean and sober. I am now clean for over 4… years!!! I never knew it was possible until I found this place. Absolutely awesome with medication and counseling services to help you get started and stay clean.

I have been to a few different medicated assistant programs and Spero by far has taken the trophy. They genuinely care about your recovery and will do whatever they can within reason to accommodate you.
