Centerstone – Bradenton Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows Centerstone – Bradenton providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Centerstone – Bradenton Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 371 6th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, 34205. The city lies within Manatee County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

I have been struggling with my mental health. I went into centerstone trying to keep it together. Hailey met with me and she was kind and understanding. Then I met with Dr Mills and he was amazing as well. For the first… time in a long time I feel hopeful for the future. Dr mills made a plan to help me get back to feeling like a human being again. They are an amazing team and I cant thank them enough.

Doctor is great. Since appointments are only like 5 to 10 minutes. You end up dealing with the support staff the most for appointments and medication issues. Getting an appointment is fine. It's any other issue that I… have problems with. I hear differing information each time I check to see if an issue has been solved like problems with medication. Also, they have no appointment reminder services for appointments which would be immensely helpful.

i have needed Dr. Ana & Dr Harley my whole adult life - whole life actually. i was 59 when I found them & have never had psychiatric care of this level anywhere I’ve lived . They are the reason I still live. they are… the reason I have begun to find myself after a lifetime of trauma, disassociation, abuse, neglect, self hatred, self destruction, psychosis and despair.

My psychiatrist is the all around MVP because he understands my struggle. Half full or half empty. I would say empty though receiving water endlessly. Take the 80 percent, if not you might end up with that 20 percent… because you were ungrateful.

(Abigail) has been amazing on my case very confident, compassionate, and thorough. She truly helped me and my daughter understand what happened and made us feel supported. (Don) is an excellent therapist. Within… minutes, he helped my daughter get out of the car, guided her into the clinic, and calmed her enough so I could safely take her home. He is very knowledgeable, truly listens, and provided the answers we needed. I am very grateful—he helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you, Centerstone, for having such kind and dedicated professionals like Abigail and Don. They are excellent at what they do and made a meaningful difference for my family. Thank you very much. Best regards.

They called me to inform me a prescription I've been waiting on had been called in, only for me to drive all the way to the pharmacy and find out it never fit called in, drove to the main office to get it sorted out.… Nurse never submitted it, waited for 30 mins on my lunch break to hopefully get it sorted out, but it didn't. They've made this entire process extremely difficult, and now I live over an hour away and it just makes it close to impossible. Medication I'm on is not to be abruptly stopped but doesn't seem to concern anyone much. Honestly just easier to get the help through a standard primary care physician than it is to rely on this company. To many hoops to hop through just to feel "semi normal" god forbid you miss an appointment, your whole entire process will get thrown out of wacky.
