Compass Health Systems – Boynton Beach Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 10301 Hagen Ranch Road, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33437. Boynton Beach sits in Palm Beach County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Absolutely horrible. Waited on hold for 45 minutes to reschedule a appt and than the representative scheduled the appt wrong and with a wrong doctor. They do not care about quality trust me. WHOLE COMPANY IS… INCOMPETANT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will hold for 30 plus minutes every time you call. Than they will hang up on you.
Would rate it 0 if I could. No one answers any phones or emails. Was supposed to have an appointment scheduled last week virtually, no one followed up and I had no appointment. Have tried for three days in a row via… phone and email to get in contact with someone with 0 luck. 8.26.26 edit- have since been scheduled THREE virtual appointments with Domonique and all three she has NO SHOWED. VERY unprofessional and there is no communication on their side to reschedule. I have had to wait on hold for 30+ min to get a hold of someone. The phone number doesn't even connect you to anyone in the office it's a third party that handles the calls. I have been without my medication I am supposed to take daily for over three months because compass health is so disorganized and clearly does not care at all about their patients. 0/10 experience
Never answer the phone or allows to leave a message
Very bad service, the front desk girl very disrespectful, very long waiting time, with people in the same situation waiting, I’m a nurse practitioner, coming because my dad can’t take the phone call, multiple times they… text to confirm a tele-visit, but never happens, I really don’t recommend this place
This office in Oakland Park . They clearly can’t function with simple instructions. It doesn’t matter which department you are trying to reach billing, office to find out when your next appointment to see your doctor.… Billing was so much fun! Not! I received a bill. You would think that you would be told long ago that you were responsible for pay thirty dollars for each really?! I’ve called and been put on hold for over 45 minutes no matter what I have called for doesn’t matter what I want to convey to a doctor or the billing department. I called the billing department over 20 times to ask about my bill and no one has ever called me back. I told them if they can’t reach me to leave me a message with an extension so I can get to them directly. Who knows if they have extensions or if they even have a billing department. I pray I don’t ever have to call them for my records as I doubt I’d ever receive them at all. I’ve called before when my doctor’s appointment has past and I don’t know why they somehow actually answered the phone after 30 minutes, but by that time my doctor has called Dr. Watnick. Who just loves to give me a lectures about the medication I’m taking, telling me to see a therapist (they all suck and I’ve been to so many who have asked or answered the dumbest questions about I’ve ever heard) my absolute favorite is he’s telling me that I’m getting older. My phone calls last 4 minutes each time I’m not being heard. If he would listen he could solve to things that would make my life less stressful, but he insists on lecturing me. Do doctors actually ask how are you and really let you tell them any more?! . Just trying getting into the patient portal and it’s just as bad as trying to reach them on the phone. While you’re on hold the recording says that they have a variety of doctors to help you. Primary Doctors (oh no not on your life would I use them as my primary doctor. I wouldn’t be able to reach them anyway and that’s not good in my opinion and I’d never trust them to take care of me. I completely understand why Compass Health is getting such bad reviews. I do have to say that Dr. Watnick is better than the other doctors that in any of the other offices. When whe has to take care of another’s doctors appointments for the day he isn’t to late in calling you and he’s the only one who will send you a text message that your prescription has called in your medication so you definitely know it’s gone through to your pharmacy. The rest of the doctors don’t care. I’ve waited for other doctors who were extremely late tell me that they work from 9 to 5. Really then what is an appointment really for to sit by the phone all day just waiting for them to call or maybe they won’t call at all. My only problem with Dr. Watnick that I’ve already said is that he doesn’t hear me and I do have something to say . The rest of the staff totally a disgrace and a disaster area. . My medications were right for me and my body. Not everyone fits into the same box. It’s like saying everyone has to wear the same shoe size. It’s also why it’s called thinking outside of the box. I’ve seen other doctors there lie to their patients. No one likes being lied toand not ethical. When you use to have an in person appointment a patient who was 15 minutes late were told that they would have to reschedule, but it took the patient who did arrive on.time had to wait to see the for at least an hour. That’s not acceptable to turn a patient away for being 15 minutes late. I can definitely see why Compass Health and many of the doctors here have gotten so many complaints and given such bad reviews. Now I’m making him give me my money and pay for my medical bills. He still needs to be off my disability money right away because I never want him to have that happen again. I’ve probably left out a lot of things that Compass Health and their staff has done completely wrong and they don’t care about their patients needs.
Almost impossible to reach anyone and there's alot of locations. Been calling all day was supposed to get an appointment today at 2 and didn't happen then I started calling and calling and waited on hold for an hour and… got hung up on. Ugh
I like the doctor I have but I don't like dealing with the office. No patient should be on hold for so long and have to keep calling back hoping to speak to someone and I shouldn't be denied medication because I forgot… to pay a $5 copay.
Good communication, easy to reach through portal but not by phone usually, great doctor . I have been going to Compass for over 30 years, though they had a different name then. I liked my original doctor so every time… I've relocated , Ive continued At one of their many locations. Extremely busy office so have your insurance information handy. I saw a few negative reviews and it sounded like one of the people you see who run into office late but expect to be seen immediately or who come in who don't have their insurance information but expect the staff to somehow get info out of the air. They have a considrable staff who work hard to get patients seen.
My husband goes here and I was shocked when I saw the reviews. This place and the people there have been wonderful! They’re very on top of medication refills, no making patients wait longer than they’re supposed to like… some places. My husband says they’re super nice, friendly, welcoming, and professional. Great place!
Impossible to get ahold of anyone. You’ll call, sit on hold until the automated voicemail tells you to leave a message, and then no one gets back to you. The provider I saw here is one of the most uncaring and… incompetent psychiatrist I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t even bother to do a video call; so he never actually saw me, what I look like, or my mannerisms. Told him about my struggles and he took the opportunity to brag about how well he did in medical school. Completely brushed aside my concerns and just threw antidepressants at me. It’s fine if you’re unequipped to deal with a patient’s problems, but don’t string them along for months just to get more money out of them.
Ridiculous hold times, impossible to get anyone on the phone
For your MENTAL SANITY, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, they lack communication. They are dismissive and they don’t even send out links for tele-health visits so even if you’re one minute late YOURE SCREWED. Nobody… ever answers that damn phone and they schedule your appointments without you confirming it. They do not prioritize there patients! I will be taking my business elsewhere where instead of allowing them to play with my time! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Just awful!
They work very hard to keep their ratings low. They provide the type of service that deserves 1 star.
Very unprofessional ive been on ssi disability since i was a 12 and the doctor jarret watnik told me he wouldnt help get me back on it due to losing it for not having an address he proceeded to ignore my request for a… medication that helps me with anxiety and shamed me for my choice in smoking medical cannabis for anxiety since he wont give me medication that actually works for me and told me to go to detox and he wont continue my treatment if i continue using medical cannabis he never even actually evaluated me and when i told him to contact my childhood docotrs he told me they dont know what there talking about and their stupid ive mever ever seen this much unprofessionalism from any doctor accept this one pls avoid this compass health and go else where and avoid DR JERRET WATNIK
Impossible to connect with them. Never answer phone calls, instead request to leave a voice mail that never return. Theit billing is terrible and many times there are hidden surcharges. I dont recommend, and if you have… health insurance, is preferible to look to another clinic or health system. I dont trust them.
Waste of time!!!! You’re better off just going somewhere else. Tried to see Dr. Dominique in reference to my son for a psychiatric evaluation and the first time they scheduled me on a day she doesn’t even come in… office. Second time, receptionist tells me my appointment will be rushed because I was a few minutes late. Absolute trash of a facility. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!
New patient visit rescheduled twice by provider after having to wait a week for first appt. Providers obviously do not care for the well being of patients.
Do not opt for tele-health for your child. No communication or follow up. You have to wait half hour just to speak to someone via phone. Absolutely no email or patient portal communication. Needed a form filled out and… it’s been about a month and I still don’t have it. I have reached out 5 times. Still…nothing. It’s a shame. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where patients are a priority. Any positive reviews are probably from people who work there trying to bring the numbers up. Run don’t walk from this place!
Again I've been without my meds for 2 weeks waiting for a prior authorization and nothing this is the 3rd time going through this I need my meds before I'm baker acted please help I tried calling and I was on hold for… half an hour then disconnected this is ridiculous I realize it's the holidays but I still need my meds and no one will help me. I guess I'm going to have to go to the hospital to get some help.
My daughter was supposed to have an appointment yesterday via phone but no one called. And when I call I'm on hold then they hang up after the half hour mark.
The doctors and staff are amazing. They are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Compass health
My dad has been with this company for awhile now and never really had an issue with them until a couple months ago, and now it’s been ongoing. We liked that he was able to do phone call appointments rather than having… to get him out to go in person, but at this point, that’s the only positive I can give. In the beginning, it was easy to contact somebody when I needed to ask a question, and now whenever I call (the past 3 days) I wait a half hour on hold, and then it automatically forces me to hang up (even when I request a call back, I’ve never gotten a call yet). For the past year I’ve been getting emails every other month requesting him to get a urine sample. I thought it was a bit frequent, but he already gets them done at another office every two months, so I called each time and requested them to send over his results. I only found out recently that they never got any of those results and they just cut him off of his medication. I thought maybe it was a communication problem with the technology or something since it wasn’t being received, so I had them drop off the results from his last appointment in person. That was about 4 months ago, and they’re still only giving him half of his medication because they say they need a urinary test… i’ve called them each month explaining that we gave the results in person, and each time they tell me a different reason of why they only gave him half of his medication. “oh, they forgot to update his file”, “oh, it looks like the test results weren’t shared with his physician.” “ oh, they updated his file, but they forgot to update the automatic filling process, that’s why he’s only getting half.” I go to call them for the fourth time about this issue to see what excuse they have now, and I just can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve given them enough chances and we’re finally switching over. What a shame.
I didn’t even want to give them 1 star. but please run as far as you can from this place. The staff is horrific, they do absolutely nothing for you. They give you a run around every chance they can. I had an appt… scheduled for video chat for my child at 1:30Pm. Firstly, they rescheduled me twice because the provider just wasn’t in the office for some reason. The doctor starts to call me around 11:30-12 to start the visit, I was very confused considering we scheduled a appt at 1:30 for the visit & for it to be telehealth. My time is just as important as the doctor we were seeing, you would think. The doctor Andrew Sadek starts the visit and says he’s so sorry he’s the only provider running 2 schedules and he had the time to do the appts now so that’s why he kept calling. Whatever we went through with the visit, When I scheduled the visit I was very specific with what I needed to be done on why I made the appt. I wasn’t just looking to throw my child on medication as this is a first time process for both my child & me. I was looking for extra options or advice on what to do and so on from the reff I had received. The doctor basically brushed me off said to start on medication and follow up on 2 weeks. He didn’t fully explain this medication to me and expected me to just give it to a child. The doctor didn’t even speak, see or confirm who my child was. Just that I was mom of child’s name. That’s the first red flag, he doesn’t do anything besides just throw medication at you to get you off the phone. The appt was on the 7th… He didn’t send the meds in till the 12th. I took them to a new doctor to figure out exactly what the medication is and explained to me better. I left several messages for this office just for them to keep taking my messages and nothing. I finally reached Daniel Coffman a case manager for compass health, we talked about all my concerns and he states the way we were treated and handled was not right and he apologized and said they were a newly opened practice and he would get back to me as soon as possible we are going on a week from speaking with him and he still hasn’t returned my call after 3 voicemails. I finally kept calling and talked to Christian a intake coordinator and he explained they recently understaffed and have a high volume in patients and typically it’s a 24-48 hour turn around for someone to get back to you & I stated I put in a request 2 weeks ago to have someone call me. Right after the appt we had with Andrew I didn’t feel comfortable with how it went and wanted to speak to someone. He just said they were so understaff they are handling things as fast as they can. & Basically will get to it when they can. It’s concerning when I put in a request about all these concerns and he said the only message left was about medication & that’s not the only concern I had. He proceeds to say Danielle Riojas an outpatient coordinator was going to reach out to me or had called me. I had no voicemail just an email that I had followed up on. We had went back and forth and finally I just cut the conversation between us because he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Danielle emails me asking a good time to talk we have been going back in forth now for about a few days on when she can accept my call. Everytime she emailed about my availability I have responded within 30 mins when I can take a call & I don’t receive a call. I have asked for her ext and she doesn’t have one she states she will reach out. She emailed me yesterday around 1:42 asking if she can call me. I emailed back at 2 explaining yes call me. She didn’t reach out till 5:10 missed the phone call by a few seconds and called back just to get stuck in a hold que for them to tell me she doesn’t have an ext and they will leave a message for them to contact me back. This Practice is ran by people who just don’t care about patients nor mental health. Reported doctor and facility to board of medicine and Ahca. This place should be ashamed of themselves & the patient neglect they all do. RUN.
These people play with patients’ mental health. I’ve been asking for my refills for close to a week now. They keep saying the office manager will contact the doctor and pharmacy but it’s a lie. I’m changing providers… after this mess. Edit: manager contacted me and apologized.
Candice Eagle, has been always very informative and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I’ve also had great experiences with her assistants during my pre screening calls. I highly recommend compass health care,… for you general health needs
LOVE DR. DiLuigia but the office SUCKS!!.. THEY DON'T CALL IN MY MEDS PROPERLY...GOES TO THE WRONG PHARMACY. !! i SEE HIM EVERY 90 DAYS (HAVE FOR YEARS!) EVERY MONTH THEY SET MY APPT FOR 30 DAYS AND ONLY CALL IN A 30… DAY SUPPLY! i HAVE CALLED 3 X IN 8 DAYS AND THEY STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT!!! THE OFFICE IS ALSO RUDE!!! AS MUCH AS I LIKE DR. DILUIGI (WHOM I'VE SEEN FOR LIKE 10 YEARS)...I AM STARTING TO LOOK ELSWHERE!!! ANYWAY DR. DI LUIGI IS GREAT, BUT THE OFFICE SUCKS!!!I HAVE TOLD HIM AND HE'S TOLD ME HE HEARS THE SAME FROM OTHER PATIENTS!!! SAD !!
It takes a lot to get me upset I get along with everybody I've been in the hospitality business my whole life first of all waiting on hold then waiting for a call back at this facility is beyond ridiculous and then on… top of that the most nastiest receptionist I've ever had spoken to it's bad enough that I'm watching my son suffer from schizophrenia something he did not ever want and then to have to call the doctor's office and be treated terrible no compassion is the most upsetting situation ever.. I have emailed four forms back to have permission to speak for my son they know my son does not conversate yet I understand it's their job and they can get in trouble but they are so nasty to him as well the mental system is the worst these kids adults do not ask for this disease and then to be treated the way they're treated in the Mental Hospitals by the doctors and then the receptionist it's pretty sad I didn't get the name of who I spoke to but she hung up on me she was the most nastiest I told her that she was very nasty they do not need to work in facilities like this they wonder why the suicide rate is so high because the kids and adults don't even want to go get help because they're treated like prisoners and the treated like dirt then look down upon their talk down upon and this is not going to sit I'm taking this further up because I've had it I will get that receptionist name and she needs to be fired work add a sanitation department or something because she has the worst attitude and she messed with the wrong one today to talk to my son the way she did is not tolerable I will not tolerate this I wouldn't even give them a one they sent me a text saying that I never gave them results of a test I didn't even know anything about a test I had no phone call no knowledge of this and then she says it's a drug test I said a drug test for what? She goes it's a urinalysis man well that's a nicer way to put it than saying a drug test I'm so done something has got to change with the mental care in the State of Florida something has got to change I am voice texting I'm not going to proofread it I hope everybody understands and I'm sure a lot of you go through the same thing I am going to do everything in my power to find out who this person is if everybody sticks together that gets treated like this and does something about it maybe things will change instead of us keep letting it go and letting it go because we're so caught up taking care of our loved ones that are sick we let it go a lot of the times it can't be let go anymore as for me I've decided that I can't let this happen anymore is one thing to be nasty to me which is very wrong but to be nasty to my sick child oh no no no she needs to be fired she needs a job that she enjoys because nurses are not supposed to be like that. And calling them staying on hold for hours getting no call back till the next day facility needs to go under it needs to be reported I get along with everybody I am so friendly and I get it everybody has bad days but not with that kind of job not in the position that this woman is working when you're talking to a 23-year-old patient you're supposed to be compassionate and you're supposed to have empathy she talked to my son like he was I am so sorry I am going to because I am mad
Horrible…just horrible. They never call as scheduled.
These people charged me $250 for an 11 minute call with someone who was not a doctor asking me about my medical history. No solutions. They did not give me any information on the questions I had and refuse to refund me.… Do not go to them for any reason.
