Myself and my family had a great and excellent experience with Mrs Roslian which was My brother Tavoris counselor at sunrise detox he got everything his heart desires from her with all the connects and he's doing well… if you need a great counselor I would refer to Mrs rosalin

Rosslyn and Mikeria were absolutely amazing they made me stay 100% worth it! 10/10 for them both!

My stay was great , groups by Roselyn and Angela (alumni) was the best, I was able to get the missing tools to start this journey. If you need a place to get right Sunrise is the place

This was my first experience at a recovery center, so I did not have anything to compare it to. During my stay, I heard many difficult stories from other patients about their experiences at other facilities, which made… me even more grateful that my first experience was at Sunrise. Sunrise truly saved my life. Most of the nurses, counselors, and techs genuinely care about the clients and treat them with compassion, patience, and respect. I would especially like to recognize a few people who made a lasting impact on me. Roselyn wears many hats—group facilitator, counselor, liaison to the techs, and more. She was a major reason I stayed and completed the program. She never had a “that’s not my job” attitude. She provided me with solid resources, encouraged me, and made sure I stayed the course. A special shout-out to techs Aimee, Kevin, and Rob. Whenever I felt alone, they always made me feel welcome to sit down, talk, and just be heard. Nurse Patrick was especially patient with me, even when it took me time to take my medications one pill at a time. That level of patience and kindness meant a lot. Overall, I often felt like I was the only patient they had to care for. Thank you to Earl for running a first-class facility. The food was also much better than I expected! If you are serious about getting sober and beginning the work of staying sober, Sunrise is an excellent place to start. My only recommendation for the staff would be to remain calm, organized, and professional at all times, even during stressful moments. Patients are very aware of their surroundings, and when staff appear overwhelmed or unorganized, it can affect the overall experience. I am truly grateful to Sunrise and the people who helped me through one of the most important experiences of my life.

I give this place a 5 stars mostly because of the young lady that greeted at the door I dint know her position but her name is Rosalind and she really believes in what she does and the patients everyone is great but she… goes over and beyond. thank you sunrise.

The admission counselor was my favorite out of all of the workers. She helped me so much throughout my recovery. I recommend everyone to talk to her at some point at sunrise

Great experience being here great staff nurses cooks cleaners and depending on your group you will enjoy your time but make it about the change you want and the peace you want shout to Rosalyn front she was definitely… the best and great help much appreciated

Sunrise was great. Very cool/good environment and food. Rosalyn, Evelyn and Lana all really know their stuff.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. It was very relaxing and calm place. The food was good and there was even a tv in the room. All the staff-the techs, nurses, and counselors were super nice and I can’t… unfortunately remember everyone’s names I do remember Aimee, Evelyn, Lana, Erin, Lisa, Faith, Angela, Trish, Ish, Rob, Kevin, Patrick, Angel, Roselyn. Those are the names I can remember but everyone was super friendly.

I truly cannot say enough about Roslyn and the entire staff\. I wish I could remember each and every person’s name\. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with genuine compassion, kindness, and… support, which made such a difference during a very difficult time\. The detox center is immaculate, safe, and welcoming\. There is always someone available to talk with whenever you need comfort, encouragement, or reassurance\. Every person is treated with dignity and respect, and it is clear that the staff genuinely cares about helping people through the recovery process\. I want to preface this review just by stating that my stay here at Sunrise Detox was transformative. I would like to thank all the staff, particularly the counselors: Roselyn, Evelyn, and Lana, and the nurse… practitioner Patricia. They have been extremely supportive, caring, and helpful throughout my recovery, which in a time like this is paramount. The accommodations were great as was the food, and having my own room (which may not always be the case) was a HUGE plus. I am glad that I came here and feel hopeful and supported to continue my journey thanks to the groups, meetings, and treatment that I received here.

Excellent place to detox at. Staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable. Roselyn was the best counselor anyone could ever ask for. Earl, Evelyn,Ishmael, Kevin, Rob and the entire… staff, including the cooks were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't recommend a better place.

Very good staff who care about you individually. Not a lot of clients so plenty of privacy.

Great staff and good food, tvs in the room, alone most of the time. Also they picked me up from some pretty bad situations and I never felt judged and always felt safe.

Staff was Amazingly Helpful. Roslyn, Evelyn, Erin, Patrick, Kevin, Amy, Faith, Lisa were Extremely Patient and Caring.

I can't express how wonderful my stay here was. From Keria the driver helping me navigate the facility to the help I received from my counselor roselyn Ienjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely recommend!

This place literally almost cost me my life not to mention the emotional and mental stress. Despite a handful of employees, who's hands were tied in order to keep their jobs, I was lied to repeatedly. If I wasn't… determined to maintain my sobriety which I literally died going there, to obtain my sobriety, the experience there would have cost me the one thing I went there for. I made decisions based on their assurance of what turned out to be lies. I've never experienced such deception from a treatment center. I went there for alcohol detox and they convinced me to stay. They promised to pickup my belongings from my home in order for me to stay. Never happened. So I lost my home and my belongings. There is so much more. I'm going to post my experience on every necessary platform. I am calling the DOI and licensing. I'm taking this information to places it should be shared with. Idk how many people they have done this too but I can not in good conscience allow this to happen to anyone else. I also need a resolution for my experience and loss because I trusted these people. 2 people in particular. They also made me go on the MATT program in order to go to another facility, which was not true either, come to find out. I hadn't been on that stuff in almost two years and it made me incredibly sick! As of today they are still holding onto money and other items that were left behind because they rushed and I mean literally pushed me out into the Uber right after the nurse dosed me. I was even told by the 1 of two people who lied that she would go across the street to my job to get things my boss had for me and would bring it to me at the new place. I must say this place is so professional and kind. They are structured and organized. Not like sunrise detox. Don't go there!!! I'm getting help with the damage that caused me!! I need more help now then when I went there. Neglect, violated my trust. My mental health has been damaged and I lost my home as well 6my belongings. I'm devastated. I was only supposed to go for 5 days detox. That was well known knowledge and they convinced me to stay with lied. Do much more but I'll save that for my representation. I am going to post a review on every website that I can. This is not a place for people like us to go. Especially when the good people there are surprised by the couple bad ones who control everything!

i jsut wan to say roselyn is going great job with my friend jamie, she is so excited to be apart of you guy’s facilitie. she is already thriving and beginning a new journey to recovery

The place is extremely clean and everyone is extremely helpful, especially my counselor Roslyn. She helped me with every need. Even though I'm a difficult person to deal with, she was extremely patient and led me in the… right direction and I can't be more appreciative. Boom

This place is great! If your focus is genuinely for recovery the staff will bend over backwards to help you accomplish your next step. Especially Rosalind! We worked on a plan right away and she helped me overcome a lot… of challenges up until the very last day. Just over a month in halfway and I have a strong recovery with a foundation that began at Sunrise! Thanks for everything! Love you Ros!

I'd like to give a shout out to the director Earl for caring so much and Ishmael and Zeniya the text delete text Ishmael you know he's my boy I really appreciate how much these people care if you really want to get… clean this is the place to go to if you want to stay dirty keep going to them nasty other Chokehold places my name is Butch meade and I'm referring you to Sunrise detox because they are there for not only your insurance but for your care they care more than any place I've been to in my past I can honestly say with a straight face and a smile that these people are not just people they are family if it was not for them I don't know where I would be today so thank you so much I love you guys

Yes I was there sometime ago and coming off an addiction I was treated very well and the staff was very professional nice and sincere I really enjoyed my time there i was sad to leave and this was my second time going… into treatment I did a 30 day treatment were I lived in New Jersey but it was short lived started drinking almost as soon as I came out but the treatment I received in Florida was a lot more suitable for me everybody is different I know that but the treatment i received from you guys and gals was for better I have been clean now for 4yrs now and it all started from this place thanks a lot God bless if I every relapse I am coming to your place because it is one day at a time
