Jacksonville OPC – Jacksonville Detox and Rehab Services
Jacksonville OPC – Jacksonville appears on the register for detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Jacksonville OPC – Jacksonville Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 1536 North Jefferson Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32209. Duval County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Long wait to see a doctor without an appointment. The doctor was very nice and helpful.
Everyone we've delt with it kind and so helpful. Medical issues can be stressful and all the people here have such a calming effect. 💯🥰
One of the best premises to cure our ailments but still lot of inefficient mediocre bureaucracy and nonsense paperwork that never changes no matter false promises on top elected politicians
Doctors, Nurses and staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is terrible. I had to park across the street in a dirt lot. Drive a truck there if you have one in case you got to park off road.
Yippee another 4 hours wasted for a 15 minute appointment 30 mins to park and fist fight for a handicap spot
Thank you Dental clinic. You saved me. You did. It's a hard world. Find YAHUAH, The Creator of Life
Its the VA you either know what to expect or you're about to
Needs another restaurant inside.
I want to give a special shout-out to the security staff at the front desk. Anytime I have a question, they are always super informative, kind, and willing to help. They never make you feel like you’re bothering them,… and I really appreciate that. The valet guys deserve a shout-out too! They are always in good spirits and extremely helpful, especially when you’re running late for an appointment. Parking can be CRAZY here, especially in the middle of the day. I’ve found that later appointments tend to be a little easier because finding a parking spot can be a struggle. The doctors and staff have also been great. They take their time and answer any and all questions. Whenever I walk up to the reception desk needing help, they make eye contact… and actually take the time to figure out what’s going on and how they can help instead of just sending me somewhere else. And I have to mention the pharmacy staff! They are always so nice and consistently ask if I have any questions about my medications. They are busy, busy, busy, but they never let the workload change their attitude toward the people they’re helping. That kind of patience and kindness really stands out. Overall, there are definitely some parking challenges, but the people who work here make such a difference. Huge thanks to the security team, valet staff, pharmacy team, doctors, and everyone else who takes the time to help veterans! Five stars but parking….. eehhhh
You will be on the phone for 26-41mins. just to have a representative laugh in your face and tell you to go to ebenefits (which I did) then have them hang up on you. If you decide to call back you might get through, but… only to be placed on hold where you hear the representatives gossiping. The hours are also incorrect, apparently after 16:26 phone lines are dead. I would suggest you drive to the clinic to make, change or cancel an appointment because their phone system and agents are beyond useless and will definitely waste your time. Called on 8/19/2026 at 9:55am, was on the phone for 12 mins. just to have a “no one is available at this time, your call will be disconnected.”
This is a good location to get everything that you need to have done done quickly. It is of course the military so it does have a hurry up and wait, but the staff members are friendly and the location is clean. Good… place to go.
My Healthcare over the years has been great! Love my doctors. Facilities are very nice.
It seems to be one of the better ones. I haven't seen or had any complaints at this location. I have been getting my cancer treatments there and everyone there has been very polite and professional. Thank you.
It took a little longer than I expected to get the appointment for the initial dental visit, but that's because I let my dental slide. When I needed was an urgent filling, And they got that taken care of faster than the… scheduling people at the main a center could even tell me it had been approved.
