Do not go here unless your child is literally going to die. I came in for a basic consultation (no scans or bloodwork) with insurance and in-network (Blue Cross Florida), and got hit with a $2,019.98 hospital fee plus a… consultation fee of $ 578.76 on top. What a joke. avoid
It was extremely comfortable for my child, and the decor was pleasant. The technicians for the sleep lab department were the most professional and kind. My daughter was in very good hands with them.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Niklaus Children’s Hospital, especially the pediatric surgery and craniofacial teams. My daughter and I were treated with the utmost respect, and the entire staff demonstrated… incredible dedication. They took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to our concerns, and offered thoughtful recommendations. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, always with a smile that made my daughter feel comfortable. I am especially thankful for the way the team accommodated our schedule so we could seamlessly attend our next appointment. Their empathy and understanding mean so much to us, especially since we travel several hours to get there. We don’t mind the long drive because we know this is the right hospital for my daughter’s treatments and surgeries. The manners, professionalism, and kindness of the entire staff are beyond our expectations. God bless you all for the beautiful and life-changing work that you do! A grateful mom
Excellent as always. The best professionals.
The two lovely ladies that assist with My Kids for their sleep study was so sweet and so nice
Excellent
The visit was great and everyone is very nice and sweet
The best service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Dr. Ramirez-Seijas is amazing. Gave us such comfort and security. He was compassionate about our situation and assured based on his expertise that we would have positive outcomes. He was detailed in his explanation and… extremely helpful as well as friendly and professional.
Was in the NICU with my son for 5 months, and he had an amazing team from the Nurses to the Doctors.
We had a wonderful experience at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital during my son’s surgery. The doctors, nurses, and entire staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout the whole process. They made us feel safe… and well cared for during a very stressful moment. I’m truly grateful for everything they did for my son. Thank you!
Hands down the best experience we could have had for such a difficult time in our lives. Everyone who works there from the front desk up to the surgeons are incredible people who care for your children with compassion… and kindness along with the best skills.
I did a sleep study with my 8 months at this hospital and it was a really good experience. The nurse was nice and helpful and explained everything to me. This is a great hospital
Very good experience, everyone was friendly and the service was excellent.
Excellent care. Very professional. My thanks to Neurosurgeon Dr. Kristen Stabingas, an excellent doctor! Thank you to her team, who are also excellent! I highly recommend this doctor to any baby who needs her care!
My daughter was well taking care of with the best staff. Every one was so nice and made sure my daughter was comfortable. The staff worked around the clock treating her asthma. I can’t explain how amazing the bedside… buddies also can by and played with her was so amazing.
My experience today at this hospital was like no other. From the moment you enter the parking lot, the service is exceptional, with a genuine care and excellent guidance to where you need to go. Upon arriving at the… second area, a woman greets you and provides excellent directions, using simple blue markers on the floor to guide you to the reception area. There, you are treated with kindness and kindness. Soon after, Dr. Ana María Duarte appears with her characteristic smile, which makes patients eager to be seen. You then proceed to her consultation room with a young, equally attentive assistant. What more can I say? I feel incredibly grateful and happy with the outstanding care. In my 12 years here, this has been the best place I've ever been to receive care, especially for first-time patients. My congratulations and gratitude to this wonderful specialist doctor and the entire staff. Congratulations to everyone! Thank you!
I was there this morning for my daughter having shortness of breath. Once taken in it took 1 hour for someone to come in while she was actively having an asthma attack with fever and flu. They never checked her… temperature or put on 02 saturation reader. A resident came in and said lungs sound clear for now and said go home. No xray, no vital signs. Garbage treatment, super understaffed, no nurse only a Dr resident. I will never take my 7 yr old there again. I will go to baptist from now on, way better treatment and adequately staffed. They were quick to charge $200 for the visit but take there sweet time while she had trouble breathing. Don't go to Nicklaus for your children everyone! Go to baptist or UM.
I am an international patient from Barbados my son received spinal fusion surgery done by Dr Thomas Errico . I want to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation for the Global team who sorted our appointments and make… the connections with the iinsurance to lessen the stress and uncertainty. Dr Errico and his team who calmed my fears as it related to the surgery and the nurses who took AWESOME CARE of my son , the radiology techs who were professional , the security who were always willing to assist and all other persons who I encountered at Nicklaus who were all so professional and polite . On behalf of my family .We thank you.
Everyone from urology, ultrasound, the ER and OR were extremely professional. They explained the process step by step. Best place for any child illness.
Best Children's hospital...the attention to family detail is exceptional
