Keralty Hospital – Miami Address, Location and Contact Information
Keralty Hospital – Miami is located at 2500 SW 75th Avenue in Miami, Florida, 33155. Miami-Dade County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

If your loved one is on the behavior floor (1st floor), take them somewhere else. The rest of the hospital is better, but the first floor is a disaster. No one can agree on consistent rules. It depends more on which… staff member is working and if they are in a mood or not. They often open visiting hours late and kick you out early. I have been coming for more than a week and this disaster is consistent.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, EXCELLENT SERVICES. REGISTERED NURSES SHOULD BE MAKING $50.00 Per Hour with Health Insurance for them and their Families. I have been a patient at the hospital on several occasions and now I am being discharged. Before I leave, I want to leave this testimonial about the nurses on the 3rd floor, Yanet, Carla, and Cabrera, because their… excellent care and professionalism left me very satisfied. They are outstanding professionals.
Very nice, and for the first time, the front desk girl who helped me wasn't unfriendly. She was a really lovely person. I'm grateful for the place.
RIP PEREZ HILTON
To our RN Lisette, you are a wonderful nurse and have put our minds at ease when we weren’t sure what was going on. Thank you Lisette!
Excellent service, from reception to the procedure itself, with special recognition for Lien and Patricia. Thank you for your generosity. We only missed having an espresso.
Very good service and my Doctor Bijio was excellent, and thanks to Patria and Lien for their attention in the waiting area
In March, I had major surgery at that hospital. I'm grateful to the team of professionals who treated me. The worst part was that they overcharged me for the surgery. My insurance company and I filed a claim, and they… said I should be refunded a certain amount. It's been over three weeks since they supposedly sent the check, but it hasn't arrived. I've called, and no one answers. I would like an explanation and/or clarification on this matter, and of course, I want my money back.
I would never recommend this so called hospital to anyone. Most Staff members have limited English and do not comprehend English and or fully speak the language which is a communication barriers for patients who don’t… spiral Spanish. I wish these employees would admit this so that they can get someone who does.
I have been very grateful to this wonderful hospital with its excellent group of doctors and health professionals and even the humblest employees, God bless them always.
Very dissatisfied and disappointing. My mom which has dementia and is 84 y/o has been admitted here since Tuesday today is Thursday. When I went today her lunch was still sitting on the tray, it was 5pm. I thought it was… her dinner and when I checked it was cold. I spoke to the CNA and asked to warm the food up and she told me it wasn’t dinner, it was her lunch. Which it hadn’t been touched. I asked her why didn’t a nurse give her the lunch and was told my mom was very mean and feisty and didn’t want her to get close to her (CNA). I was surprised with her response. Then I see my mom walking alone from the bathroom to her bed with no diaper on, diaper was just thrown on her bed for her to put on I guess by herself, which I went ahead and put it on for her. No water what’s so ever, the water container was empty 🤬 so now picture this; my mom no lunch, no water, no diaper and diabetic with a chronic UTI and dementia 😞 Dinner came, I fed her and she ate it just fine. The CNA tells me well your mom doesn’t like me and refuses for me to get near her because she’s accusing me of stealing her purse and cloth and I told her yes in a dementia patient that is normal, just like they will tell you they aren’t hungry and ate already when they haven’t in reality. I spoke to her RN and asked how did my mom sleep, the answer I got was I don’t know. I said what do you mean, when shifts are swapped you’re supposed to get a report from the Night RN and she said, yea she didn’t say anything. But I will tell you that she’s been very mean today and doesn’t want nurses around her and very active (as in leaving her room)but not with her and I replied yes, and you are aware of her dementia right? And her UTI which causes these attitude flare ups, right? And she hadn’t eaten lunch or drank any water, and diabetic right? No reply. I asked why the Dr hadn’t called me and she said there isn’t anything new since she’s been admitted and I told her yes but she is in a treatment trying to figure out which medication works well for my mom and her sundowning syndrome plus she has a UTI infection and no results on anything. No answer from her. All I am requesting is to have a more emphatic staff. Not to sit in front of a computer and ignore patients and family members. I wish I can have all my family members here to help me with my mom, and help me out during this difficult time, but I don’t. I have a job and can’t go see my mom 3x a day to make sure my mom is being well taken care of . I make sure to go for dinner on my way home from work. This is their job. The same way they waste their energy gossiping and talking about personal things, they need to use that energy with what they are supposed to do . That is giving good care to their patients, empathize and not ignore them because the patient is having a bad day. The training needs to be more extensive so they can be competent in dealing with different patients with different illnesses. This goes for both CNA & RN. My daughter is an RN in Baptist and she definitely said something isn’t right in this hospital!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this hospital. I had no choice because this is where my mom DR is affiliated with. Thanks
My elderly dad recently was brought to this hospital care center on an urgent matter. The facility was clean, organized, and the wait time was short, which made things much easier on both of us. The staff RN’s Xiomara,… Adrian, Odalys and techs Miguel and Diego were kind, patient, and treated my dad with genuine care. Dr. Roddy took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dad was comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, we left feeling very grateful for the level of attention and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care in the area.
My emergency medicine clerkship was an outstanding learning experience. The physicians, residents, nurses, and entire emergency department team created a welcoming and supportive environment that encouraged learning and… growth. I was given meaningful opportunities to evaluate patients, develop differential diagnoses, perform procedures under supervision, and receive constructive feedback. The faculty were approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in teaching. They challenged me to think critically while providing guidance that helped build my confidence and clinical skills. The fast-paced environment exposed me to a wide variety of medical conditions, making every shift both educational and rewarding. I am grateful for the mentorship and hands-on experience I received during this rotation. It strengthened my clinical reasoning, improved my procedural skills, and reinforced my interest in emergency medicine. I highly recommend this clerkship to future medical students seeking a high-quality and engaging educational experience.
As a rotating medical student, it was a tremendous experience!
I recently had the pleasure of completing a clinical rotation with several physicians and nursing staff from Coral West. Dr. Roddy, Dr. Artiles, Dr. Gonzalez, Dr. Rivera, Dr. Rosende, Dr. Perez, Dr. Sanchez, and Dr.… Ervin were among the providers I had the privilege of learning from during my time there. Additionally, Imara RN, Jennifer RN, Miguel EMT, and Adrian RN to name a few were extremely kind, compassionate, and helpful to myself as a student in a new state and city. There is simply no review I could write to explain how hard everyone works on each individual shift, as it is only appreciable in person. Extraordinary teamwork at all times with all around inclusion made for a great experience. I am incredibly grateful for the time, mentorship, and effort each provider invested in my development. Thank you everyone.
I recently visited the Emergency Services department at Keralty, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, compassionate, and attentive to my… needs. A special thank you to Dr. Roddy, Xiomara RN, Roxena RN, Kadir, Tech, and Odalys RN for their outstanding care and dedication. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Their kindness, professionalism, and teamwork made a stressful situation much easier to handle. It is reassuring to know that such a caring and skilled team is available when patients need urgent medical attention. I highly recommend Keralty Emergency Services to anyone seeking prompt, compassionate, and high-quality care. Thank you all for the excellent service!
Lien was soo helpful and attentive. She walked me through all the sreps I needed to follow for the information I needed, and in perfect English!
One particular nurse yelled at me and threw my husband's cell phone who is legally blind I will add and she was yelling at me non-stop even after the the charge nurse came in she was yelling at me this is one of the… worst hospitals there is in Miami Florida
The worst hospital in the state. Look for somewhere else. I had an appointment for a colonoscopy at 11:00 AM, but I wasn't seen until almost 2:00 PM. It was disrespectful.
I had a really great experience at this hospital, especially in the ER. The hospital was very clean and organized, and the entire staff was kind, patient, and attentive. The providers really took the time to listen to… my concerns and made me feel cared for throughout the visit. I was also surprised by how efficient everything was — I was in and out much faster than expected without ever feeling rushed. Really appreciated the professionalism and compassion from everyone involved.
Old Keralty Hospital, right on the corner, entrance on 75th Ave, Emergency is the first entrance on your right, second entrance is the main entrance.
My name is Orlando Moreno. I was hospitalized at this great hospital, and from the emergency room to admission, the ward, the operating room, and the care provided by Dr. Karel Diaz and the staff of resident physicians,… nurses, assistants, service personnel, and especially Dr. Ojeda, everything has been of the highest quality and with meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend the professionalism of all the hospital staff and wish them all the best for the future. High marks to all.
Absolutely wonderful! Exceptional service, truly excellent. It's a unique and marvelous experience, even though it's a hospital. It feels like a 5-star hotel ⭐️ and the staff is outstanding. I recommend this place one… thousand percent 💖
Very good care from doctors and patients, but they admit people with dementia who scream all day and night, using foul language that prevents sleep when the patient needs peace and quiet. At least on the second floor,… there are also people with mental health issues who scream. It's horrible. A hospital so clean and with such good care seems like a penthouse. 🙈
What happened to the patient named Melanie and I haven't seen her in a while and what is her last name and I'm trying to find around in Miami
Went for a colonoscopy. Excellent , Exceptional service, Doctor's, Nurses , and assistants. Highly recommend. A bit of a delay, however due to some emergencies. Nothing major. Again Highly recommended.
