These people seem to block the numbers; there's no way to get them to answer the phone.

Abel Bueno who treats my son's ADHD. He is amazing!! For him I give five stars, but I have been trying to reach the office a week ago calling every day and no one answers the phone and I need to update my insurance and… make a new appointment.

I am very pleased and grateful for the excellent services Dr. Gabriel Rivera has provided. I have been his patient for some time, and I want to emphasize that his professionalism, attention, respect, and dedication are… admirable. He is always attentive and meets my needs with the prescribed medications. He takes the time to listen to the patient and guides and helps us during medical consultations. I am a patient of yours. The receptionist should be more tactful when answering phone calls! Don't make unfounded assumptions about the patient! Be more diligent, be attentive to the patients! And respect them! Good… day! I've been waiting for months for a call from the therapist who evaluated me. I never received one! Thank God I'm having my appointments elsewhere!

First the good part. The wait time for the appointments is really short, the place is clean, with order and very calm environment. The front desk personal is kind and attentive. Now the bad part. I had ADHD and was… denied the use of stimulant's because they think it's reserved for only the extreme cases, the guidelines express the contrary, you should began with stimulants and then pass to non stimulants or in case that the patient have other pathological condition that contraindicate the stimulants. My brother that have the same condition, was seen by two others nurse practitioners that didn't get any clear diagnostic, didn't make any test or score and finally was refer to an neurologist when this condition is purely a psychiatric condition. Don't recommend if suspicious of ADHD.

I'm a very busy person and I've been calling this place every chance I get for 2 months now and no one answers the phone and I cannot leave a message, which is horrible. They do not have an answering service so when… they shut off their phones. If this is the way they operate their phone system, I can only imagine how awful the service is. I give up! Looking elsewhere!!

This is great place very focused on the patient. The mental health therapist Ms. Jelen Diaz , went the extra mile with my grandma. She is very caring and patience.

The service was terrible. After waiting on hold for an hour to schedule an appointment, they hung up on me. I can't imagine the rest of the service if this is what it's like to schedule an appointment.
