Behavioral Aid Solutions Inc – Miami

I am very concerned with my experience as a parent. My child began receiving therapy without my knowledge or involvement in the initial process. Despite several conversations with the therapist, I still have not… received a clear explanation of the original clinical basis, assessment, baseline, measurable treatment goals, or documented progress. I was eventually directed to the office to request the complete records. I called on Friday and was told I would receive an authorization form by email. As of Monday morning, I still have not received the form and have had to follow up again. This situation has created significant unnecessary stress for our family. As a parent with shared parental responsibility, I expect transparency, timely access to my child’s records, and clear communication regarding treatment. I will update this review once the records are provided and I have had an opportunity to review them.

I started with BAS almost a year ago and got my therapist Gabriela Franco. She has been super attentive and understanding with my issues. She gave me new perspectives on my situations and try new techniques to help me… adapt and cope. I could definitely say that I’ve learned new things and she was a part of it. I feel like I’ve made progress and it’s still ongoing. It takes time but worth it when you have a supportive, respectful, and responsible therapist that’s by you with your mental health journey.

If I could give Behavioral Aid Solutions SIX stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a family, we are extremely happy with the care my daughter has received. I recommend this place everywhere I go because finding… someone you trust with your child is priceless. And Jennifer Daza is truly wonderful. She is professional, kind, patient, punctual, and genuinely cares about the children she works with. My daughter absolutely loves her and actually looks forward to Tuesdays just because she gets to see Jennifer! ❤️ That says everything to me as a mom. I am so grateful to Jennifer and the entire Behavioral Aid Solutions team for the dedication, personalized attention, privacy, and care they provide. If you are a parent looking for a place where your child will be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care, I highly recommend them!

I’m currently going through a divorce with a child involved, and all of us—individually—are attending therapy: myself, my son, and my soon-to-be ex-husband. The support has been incredibly helpful, especially for my… child, who is the most affected during this process. It has also helped us as adults better understand how to manage the situation in a healthier way. It’s truly been a relief to have this kind of guidance and support.

Jessica Santana is an amazing therapist. She is incredibly sweet, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen without judgment. She guides you through your thoughts and helps you see both the positives and the… negatives in a clear, healthy way. I always feel supported and understood after our sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, thoughtful, and effective therapist.

Amazing service, profession, and Cesar was beyond amazing with my teen son. Again say enough amazing things about the service provided.

OMG!!! I have been looking for therapy for my child for a 1 1/2 years and I literally made the appointment this morning and by 11:00 am, Max called me to schedule the appointment and review the process with me. It is… very refreshing to hear back from them especially since Dade Family counseling never called me.

They scheduled my appointment and forgot to tell me they didn’t have appointment for another 8 weeks in so now I am stuck waiting. Then they called saying they where going to assign a case manager to my case do not go… here without asking all the info about dates and etc. Waste of my time!

Such a positive environment, I really loved having Michelle as my therapist she really listened and guided me to make better lifestyle choices! Very grateful Thank you BAS

A lovely, quiet place, they're punctual and incredibly helpful. My son had therapy with them for a year, and his therapist, Iza, made a huge difference in his development in every way. She's very professional.

I had one of the best experience here with my sons therapist her name is Iza. Thanks to her my son can express his feeling without lashing out or having a tantrum! Hands down I will keep going to her for my son! My son… loves her so much he feel so comfortable with her in talking and expressing in how he feels! If I can put more stars I would !! I would recommend her with my eyes closed! She’s AMAZING !!!

I'm personally very thankful for the help I received from Behavioral Aid Solutions. I felt safe and supported during my evaluation and was connected with a great therapist who was very patient and kind with me despite… me answering "I don't know" to half of her questions. I'm currently finishing up my therapy, and while I'm not at my 100%, I've learned a lot about myself and how to handle my emotions in a healthy manner. I'm sure the lessons I've learned in therapy will help me better myself now that I've finished therapy. I'm very thankful to Behavioral Aid Solutions!

Everyone has been so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. My teenage daughter been seeing her therapist Yaileen for about a month now and I have seen major improvements in her mood and self esteem. Very thankful for this agency. I came in during a really low time in my life and I’m thankful they connected me with the most wonderful therapist (Gaby Torres) and was part of my healing journey. Behavioral Aid Solutions has been a pleasure to work with throughout the years. They are responsive and communicative, which is hard to find given the mental health crisis facing our nation. They help through issues and… try to always find ways to help find the best solution to any problem. I’ve recommended a few friends here.

almost a month waiting to hear back after my child's evaluation. They do initial evaluations im sure to bill insurance to later have you waiting for weeks with no updates. Like other people said. Lack of regard for the… needs clients have of their service. If you book an evaluation for a small child, bare in mind there's a wait longer than what they tell you!

Worst therapy place ever won't pick up my case

One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL places ever!!! They don't return phone calls, they move at their own pace with no regards to the clients, and they cancel appts at the last minute. I received an email at 5:15 pm.… Cancelling an appt in less that 24 hours. If it were me on the other hand, I would be charged a cancelation fee. This just lets me know that I need to find somewhere else that would make their future clients feel welcome and comfortable! (Also, tried to avoid a bad review. After requesting a call back from a supervisor/office manager twice, no one called back. But they sent a cancellation email) WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This service has been amazing probably the best i have ever seen!!!
