Concerted Care Group – Baltimore

Reached out for information via the form on their website and got an auto-response that I'd hear back within 24 hours (and to set up an acct on their portal, which I did). Two days later, I followed up again. And now, 8… days later, still NOTHING. Guess they don't want my business or care to help. Moving on....

The 25th Street Baltimore office is a great place. The team is friendly and caring.

Not only has everyone at ccg helped me but, Ms.Freda has helped me get through some difficult times. She is a kind person and truly cares about client's! I remain truly greatful to her! Also a great help was Caitlin the… therapy councilor! Merium the nurse has reached out to me many times to help. She seems hard but, that is only cause she cares for us. Thank you CCG?

CCG has been fantastic to me and for me. Mariam specifically has gone above and beyond to not only help me out when I had an out of town medication issue, she also seems to be the go to person anytime there is confusion… or some kind of mix up at the front desk. She really cares about her patients and her quality of work and it shows. Paddy has always been nice, and Caitlin has been phenomenal as well! There are many other great employee's but in all honesty there are a few that could maybe work on their abrasiveness and general clinic knowledge but I understand the clientele can sometimes be difficult. Overall it has been great but the ones that go above and beyond deserve their due appreciation!

Since I been concerted care the beginning was at all the counselors I had wasn't giving the info i needed until I was assigned Ms. Mosesha with her help I'm now 14mo. clean she never gave up on me

Saving my life as we speak. I wouldn't know what to do without them.

I've been a consumer at Concerted Care group for 5 years. This program really has helped me change my life. The staff is warm and welcoming .

Miriam and Mrs. Trish came in on their day off, when the clinic should've been closed due to incliment weather and snow. I am beyond greatful and if I could give yall 10 stars I would, will and do!!! You young ladies… are the best, oh and thanks to the security guard who came in as well, forgot to ask his name.

This program cares about the patients. Especially my counselor Tina and Freda . She has been very supportive and caring. The nursing supervisor Mariam is always helping me with whatever I need and she has been so… reliable. All staff is amazing at CCG Baltimore

Concerted Care Group is well known in the city as the best clinic. Everything very new and the staffs cares about all kinds of people and see’s everyone as equal. Everyone is so supportive of me being trans and uses the… right pronouns and name. I’m so greatful for everyone at CCG for helping me in my recovery over the last six years. They saved my life and my friends to thanks to the Narcan they give out. -Bella

Worst program I ever been in MedMark by Lexington Market is a better program!!! Nurses are rude and unprofessional they curse the client s and will be quick to tell you,you won't get dosed and go buy a pill. They don't… care about your recovery just the $$$!!! I wouldn't recommend this program to no trying to beat their addiction

Not really focused on care but more about collecting your $$$. Bad experience and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for quality care. They really offered poor professionalism, safety and the cafre was inferior.

I was @ this program for 3yrs & got down to 58 milligrams & self detox the rest. Thx 2 this program I hav now been clean for almost 6 yrs. Thx 2 all the staff, mental health staff included 4 getting me on the right… track 2 success. I do not suggest that u self detox unless u really hav the drive for sobriety.
