Horrible customer service & can't keep a decent doctor or nurse practitioner. They also can't keep decent records.

This establishment has nothing but bad reviews, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the pediatrics office does not care about their patients nor children. They don’t do same-day sick visits when I called the nurse… practitioner told me that I guess if it was an emergency I would take my children to urgent care. I asked her if that was redundant because of all of the sicknesses that are there because I think that all my 18 month old has an ear infection. She said well if you wanna be seen, I guess that’s where you’ll go… what’s the point of having a pediatric doctor for my child if my child is sick and can’t be seen why don’t they care about children’s health????

MEDICAL: Went here when I got diagnosed with diabetes. The first nurse practitioner they gave me told me I should try prayer to "cure" my diabetes and bipolar. The second one they put me with told me she wouldn't… prescribe my diabetic medication until I lost 25 lbs naturally to prove that I want to live. The third one was ok-ish as long as I "behaved". The moment I went in during a manic episode and asked for help, albeit a little frustrated but more panicked than anything, I was told to leave. DENTAL: The dental office here is not great either. The dentist kept pushing to pull my tooth and said it was impossible to repair. Which I have since found out is not true after getting a second opinion. PHARMACY: I actually don't have any complaints about the pharmacy staff. They were always nice and professional, unlike every other staff member I interacted with.

peabody is, and always has been the worst dentist around (please go look at his reviews on his own page, christian a peabody). extremely unfortunate they would even hire such a poor provider. my son and i will NEVER be… back here.

Tried to give it a shot as the hometown office. I will never be back. If you have options use them and if you don't I wish you did.

They can't keep their good practitioners. The ones that stay have antiquated training.

Sat there all day, originally told on phone walking in until 12. Got there at 10. Was then told wouldn't be aeen until 2. At 230 was told couldn't be seen today. After all day they pulled this. They should not get any… state funding

Got rescheduled twice on VACCINES. My daughter is now behind on her vaccines because they don't have any good staffing.

If you’re coming here to see a dentist or doctor don’t!!! They will cancel appointments never call let you show up and then say it’s been cancelled today. Like wasting my time and gas wasn’t important at all in this day… and age.

Hispanic woman who used to work for Hartford public school as a secretary was very rude and unfriendly gave me attitude for answering questions she was asking. Not to the fact I had to reschedule my dentist appointment… 3x and haven’t seen a dentist still yet because being canceled on 3x the day of is ridiculous.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My sister was crying in pain in the waiting room for hours only for them to tell her and another suffering soul that they were going to take their lunch break and said that they… needed to go on their lunch break and should come back at 2pm. She had an appointment at 10:30. My sister was leaving when the other waiting patient said, I hate you so much!!! They both left untreated and still suffering from toothache. How can a business be this cruel and negligent?

I've been here for an hour and 45 minutes and nothing has been done. Nobody is communicating. Very very annoying and unprofessional to be sat in a room and ignored for over an hr. Then they finally come in numb you rush… thru things and leave you to sit for who knows how long. If dental in the area wasn't so hard to access, I guarantee they wouldn't have as many patients as they do because everyone would be going somewhere else. Where they communicate with you what's going on, and don't leave you hanging for almost 2 hrs and no communication . Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could give negative stars!!

This would be a 5 star review but I found out today that my doctor (Stacy lamontagna) will no longer be working at intercare. I urge intercare to do everything in their power to keep this provider. She is the nicest… person and the best thing about this facility. When I asked who my new provider would be the lady on the phone couldn’t give me an answer. KEEP STACY SHES AMAZING!!! 😃

This is theosy worst place I've ever been my brother had an appointment and he was trying to get his meds transferred to Benton harbor MI so he could have refills and stuff and they were very rude didn't do what he was… asking trying to make him sign something not even related to what he went for and he said something the lady walked out the room and said that she didn't want to come back in with us bc we were being rude we never cussed or anything just really horrible we say in that waiting room for 2 hours and 45 mins suck a waste of time so I walked out could get it transferred or nothing very racially profiled it's very disrespectful what people have turned out to be I should really sue that's just ridiculous outragous in fact ig I'll just have to drive and hour I will not put up with these people again thanks for nothing

Unbelievable how long you wait to see a dentist. Yallonly have one dentist in the office. Shame on you for not make customers first. It's just sad to wait over 2 hours to be seen.

Seeing a doctor is easy,but receiving medication is a nightmare. 3 weeks late,and it's still not called in.

It's Very Clean and all the staff and doctors are Super Nice and Helpful!😁

Usually okay. I however would steer clear of Mary Lou Durron. I have more stories about her and her negligence than I care to even dive into and nothing is done.

Haven’t ever had a bad experience

They don’t even call the mom confirm appointments when I left a voice msg never got a call back. Dental isn’t great when you call intercare it’s a automatic voice msg you can clearly hear them say 2 adults per minor… patient Kayla Tillman gave my mother, daughter an I a hard time by telling me only 1 person in the room. With the minor patient? So I tested it and I had my daughters father + step Mom take her to her next appointment just for them to accept them all back sounds like I was racially profiled from a doctor I trust near my daughter

Kay the care coordinator hung up on me for one thing that was rude. I've never had someone just hang up on me before. I wasn't finished with my call and didn't curse or anything. Very cordial, she hung up on me. Two,… when someone has fallen recently twice ann recently got out of hospital.You're supposed to schedule that visit right away. This is negligence. Very disappointed in the quality of care here.

On Friday, 01.31.2025, at 1:00 PM I had my first appointment with a new PCP, Dr. Ian Jackson. The appointment went very well. The nurse, Shumeika, was very helpful, supportive, kind and thorough. I was impressed with… how patient and intelligent Dr. Jackson was. Although my physical health is quite decent, and I don't have much need for a PCP - because I handle most of my medical needs with another doctor - it was great to get a PCP lined up so my health is more comprehensively covered if need be. Conclusively, this appointment to Intercare was a win. Excellent doctors and nurses and fairly minimal wait times!
