RISE Recovery – Youngstown Detox and Rehab Services

The provision listed at RISE Recovery – Youngstown is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the way that I was treated by the employees of Rise Recovery in Youngstown. I haven’t even been a patient a month and I’m already looking to go somewhere else! I’ve been sober for five… years. I don’t need to come in several times a week so that my insurance company can be charged for God only knows what. Services that I’m most likely not even receiving. The doctor that I spoke to today, Catherine or Karina or something like that she was so disingenuous and had such a lack of empathy and to be totally honest had a bad attitude as if I was somehow inconveniencing her! They’re impossible to get a hold of, they never return your phone call. I’m absolutely disgusted. I understand that they too are only human, but it’s their job to maintain professionalism at all times it’s their job to not get an attitude with someone if they have an attitude with them why? Because a doctor is supposed to understand basic human emotion, which the doctors I experienced that Rise Recovery were incredibly lacking in.

Go anywhere else.!!! 2 yrs and I wish I chose better they don’t value you as a person just a profit. For being a community that is trying to strive for us to do better & excel they certainly need to do better better as… a company.!

Been in recovery for 5 years. Started somewhere else found this place and have never left. Doctor Chris and all the staff I see on a regular basis have been with me every step of the way!!!! The ones that were rude I… don’t see them there anymore I’ll always trust my recovery with them.

Some of them really care some do not. They schedule 3 people at same times. They deliberately kept taking people that got there after me to the back because I missed/rescheduled my appointment. Waited hour and half… before I got up and left

I was late to my appointment due to a miscommunication on the time. They couldn't see me and I'm on MAT now I have to suffer and go through withdrawals and possibly relapse. I won't go back.

Secretary, Chris threatens with holding medication. And also cancels appointments without telling the patient. Also marks that I completed a telehealth appt when I didn't . Her attitude is all around rude and… disrespectful. And triggering to some patients .

Lady who looks like Rachel Levine is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not go here.

This place is a joke .... They are only after insurance payments they dont care or support your sobriety . If ur appointment is at 545 u dont get in till 630 or 645. They have yet to be on time the 4 months i have gone… there . Dont know about any other addicts but i need structure in my sobriety. Rise recovery is not the place to get it . Do not recommend..

Predatory doctors draining the life blood out of a overwhelmed health care system through questionable billing methods all the while completely void of interest in the patients well being! Shameful they call themselves… doctors. Avoid being the next victim by going to a reputable place like On Demand!

I have been sober almost 4yrs and have been to 3 clinics prior to this one because the other clinics try and make it difficult to be in the program and still have an outside life. I have lost jobs and many opportunities… because of these other places. I have just started at rise but I can tell they will not make it difficult to progress in everyday life. Love it there so far!!!
