Coatesville Comprehensive Trt Center – Coatesville

I previously wrote a positive review for Coatesville Comprehensive Treatment Center, praising several staff members. However, after recent experiences, I need to update my review. While some staff members have been kind… and supportive, I have to retract what I said about Lisa. Lisa and also Sammy have been extremely hostile towards myself. I witnessed interactions that felt unprofessional, dismissive, and harsh. Communication has sometimes been raised‑voice, public, or lacking compassion, especially during moments when mental illness symptoms were involved. Guest‑dosing paperwork has repeatedly been incorrect on 2 separate vacations this summer, causing missed doses and significant distress. I also retract what I said about Maddie too cus I have witnessed her abuse towards my friend on numerous occasions. I do not understand why those three think it is okay to talk to us the way they do and provoking our mental illness and escalating arguments instead of de-escalating the arguments. I hope the clinic considers implementing stronger mental‑health training and communication practices. People with serious mental illness and addiction deserve understanding, patience, and trauma‑informed care. I am updating my review to reflect both the positive and the concerning experiences. I have so much more to say but I wanted to get this review out. I will add detail when I have more time. My husband, Andrew and I both go to the Coatesville Comprehensive Treatment Center and we are both so happy and comfortable with this clinic because of how awesome, helpful and kind staff is. The front of the house staff is Brenda, Maddie, and Lisa that we know are absolutely wonderful. And Kim, Michelle & Lynett who are the nurses make coming here so much fun and are very sweet. From the time we entered and had to go through admissions to every morning having to come here to dose we are in great hands and I trust these girls with my husband and my life. My counselor, Veronica is so beautiful and she dresses so pretty and she makes me feel like I can hope again . She really is genuine to me and I to couldn't ask for a better counselor. My husband's counselor is Nina and it is very difficult to get my husband to open up with anyone and he is so comfortable talking with her. That's huge. The very best thing about all these women is they never once make us feel like we are judged or less than. Thank you everyone for your time and patience with my husband and I and all the other patients.

If you don't have reliable transportation don't bother coming here

These pics have been on here for a while, and they are NOT COATESVILLE COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT CENTER! I have a feeling that since there are sister clinics that are run by the same owner company that you got mixed up… somehow because the hours were completely wrong and so is the information you’re better off just calling.

This is for the staff, not Acadia. The medication has helped me live a new way but much is lacking upstairs. They treat everyone as if they were expendable.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. It takes hours to dose because of there terrible staff and there’s always some kind of issue. It’s impossible to hold down a job dosing at this clinic because of how long it takes for… you to dose. Do not join this clinic you will absolutely regret it I promise you! HORRIBLE CLINIC!!

This place gave me my life back. This program really works when your ready for change.

Great place helped with all my opoid disorder

CTC has literally been a huge part of my recovery from opiate addiction. I have been able to return to working in the healthcare field which I love,and that is just one factor, I have been able to maintain a close-knit… bond with family members that I could not have without the help of CTC. Group therapy has been a very important part of my recovery, in which CTC offers. My counselor, she goes above and beyond I wish I could say her name, MC, oops, she is awesome, without her help sometimes I wonder if I'd have made it this far, I thank God for her because I can't just connect with just everyone and she makes it so easy, I'm so thankful for this program, can't say it enough, they even offer teletherapy, and I even stay on longer because of the level I am at only requires a certain amount of time, but it's just nice to be able to listen to other people like myself and how they get through certain things, helps me and encourages me to know that I can do it too. I lost my daughter to the disease of addiction, unfortunately where she lived she didn't have a program like CTC.

Life saving facility!!

This facility doesn't have weekend hours. They used to but are now closed on Saturday and Sunday.
