BreakThrough By BasePoint Frisco – Frisco Detox and Rehab Services
Recorded services at BreakThrough By BasePoint Frisco – Frisco are partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

BreakThrough By BasePoint Frisco – Frisco Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 8275 Judges Way, Frisco, Texas, 75036. The city lies within Denton County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

This review is definitely overdue, but I went to Basepoint earlier this year for a few months and it was by far the best mental health treatment I’ve experienced. My counselor, Myesha, was literally a lifesaver and was… always kind, sympathetic, and tried her best to help people in the program. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment during a time of difficulty. For someone experienced with mental health or new to it, this place is perfect and really exposes you to new ways of thinking and bettering yourself, no matter the situation. Thank you again to everyone at this location🫶
Basepoint changed my life for the better! It’s a wonder experience and the staff and patients that come by are all very welcoming! Don’t be afraid to chase after your true self! BasePoint will get you there as long as… you do the work! Believe and you will succeed. Thank you so much for helping me rebuild a new me! Forever grateful! And the providers are great at taking care of you!
Great program, really helped!
Myesha , Veronica, and staff was an amazing therapist and the facility help me tremendously. I will forever be greatful. Thank you most Myesha.
Absolutely phenomenal care and wonderful stuff! Would recommend to anyone who thinks they need proper care and professional support from the best.
Life is good yk what I mean
I have struggled to write this review because I have struggled to let folks know how much I struggled for the past couple of years. However, I am ready to give back the care to BasePoint that they provided me in order… to heal. I completed PHP and IOP here in early 2026. Emily was my primary therapist, but I am grateful for my skills time with Manal as well. The following folks were also impactful to my treatment: Leslie, Adrianna, Brittany, Princess, Meredith, amongst many others whose names escape me now. The care that each of these folks provided me made me feel understood, believed, and validated. I have never experienced healthcare with so much emphasis on the care for my health. It's so difficult to describe to you the depth of care I experienced here. What does that even look like in practice? It means that during process group, each patient's story was equally important, focused on, and thoughtfully understood through gentle questioning. Each patient, no matter their needs, their age, or their struggles, was truly treated equally. It means that support was provided for my most difficult stressor at the time: transportation. Leslie drove my bus, and you can tell how much she cares about the folks she picks up, whether it be turning on a rider's favorite music or asking about a patient's mom. That care is also demonstrated through what they are willing to stand behind to keep patients healthy. An example of this was calling an emergency contact to drive a patient to the hospital for physical symptoms she experienced. This emergency contact was unhappy to be called, but BasePoint, thankfully, stood behind this decision because their patient needed care that they could not provide. In another instance, our schedule was slightly rearranged so that a therapist could have a moment to breathe after providing acute support on the adolescent side. They care for and prioritize not only the patients but their coworkers and patients' loved ones as well. My hope is that they continue to sustain this stellar level of healthcare by continuing to prioritize each other's and their own well-being. I could say nearly infinite great things about this program. In the past couple of years, I have gone to a couple different programs, and this is by far the best experience. Like Emily said when I discharged, I hope they'll never have to see me again, but I know they're there for me if I do need a higher level of care in the future. Now, this review wouldn't be complete without providing context on the imperfect parts as well. The schedule is confusing when you first start. It's a good, thought out schedule, but it's deeply confusing. Sometimes the breaks were a little longer than expected, but I believe it's because the therapists also prioritize their own needs (which makes this program and this model more sustainable long term so don't get mad if they're a couple minutes late to process group). They are restrictive with what you can and cannot bring. They search your bag and your pockets everyday. They do not provide lunch or a true 30 minute lunch break. Again, I believe there's thoughtful intention behind everything they do, but it's good to be aware of this before you start the program. If you have been recommended for a higher level of care, I hope you understand that you're not alone in this. It's not as daunting and overwhelming as you may think it is to get the right care for you. If you choose BasePoint for this, you're in a great place. You can heal. You deserve to feel better. Thanks for taking the time to read my long review.
BasePoint in Frisco was great. They helped me through a really tough time. Manal, my therapist there was excellent!
Really receptive, professional, and welcoming. Helped me in a way I didn’t think was possible when I joined.
From Intake to discharge, I was treated with respect and dignity! My therapist, Manal, helped me work through some lifelong issues and helped me get back to feeling like myself!! The entire staff is so kind and the… facility is clean. Thank you BasePoint!
Great place for those who need it
The program really helped me feel like myself again. Manal did an amazing job facilitating group discussions and finding therapeutic connections between each member’s stories. I would highly recommend this center!
The process was easy and they talk you through every step of the way. They make recommendations as needed and stay communicative through the whole process. They will set you up to leave with a therapist and psychiatrist… for when you discharge so you are not left in the dark. I really appreciate all the work they have done for our son!
Love the place, the people and workers are really friendly. Just don't bring your own markers or writing utensils unless you plan to keep them at the place until you discharge which is typically after a month or two.… But the atmosphere is really nice.
Omg where do i start This place was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly loving, caring, and helpful you can tell they take their job seriously. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, fun, and just overall great.… I truly had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive environment. Thanks to everyone who made my time there wonderful. Mr. Byran, Mycah, Kiara, Ms. G, Jewels, Karen, Ted, Meredith and etc. Keep making Basepoint a safe place for growth and change.
We tried to get my child set up with this facility, but communication was poor. Kalisha does not follow up when she says she will, and failed to respond when I let her know which option would work best for our family. I… was really disappointed with our experience after reading all the positive reviews. We are going with a different provider and more communicative staff as a result.
This place was great Emily was my therapist she is amazing
Before going through this program, I never went through any mental health programs which felt consistently proper enough to feel like they really counted so, I consider my attendance through this program as more of my… actual first experience. And, as a first experience, I thought it was great. Each staff member is great at their job and extremely kind and considerate, you really feel their desire to help everyone going through the program. It was admittedly an adjustment to get used to a group setting for me and I got really grumpy on days I was upset but the more willing I became to accept the program and stop resenting it, I realized how helpful it was to actually sit back and hear others speak and receive feedback. And, the staff did an excellent job in shutting down off-road tangents in a way that didn't feel humiliating or shameful to experience. They did a great job in making sure that everyone got to be heard without anything overstimulating into chaos during process. I would really recommend this place to anyone who feels like they are in a rut or need help of this kind. This place really helped me stop feeling so worthless, hopeless and alone in my struggles by its ability to connect and engage with others and be given feedback in ways to cope. I will admit that most of the coping strategies felt extremely stupid when I first came to the place but I then had a shift in my mentality, to allow myself to actively engage with the skills instead of acting above it. My main advice to anyone looking to enter this program is that you should go into it with an open-mind, this makes the process a million times better for you because no one can truly help you if you cannot even help yourself. That lesson is the most important thing I learned from this program. Thanks a million for this wonderful program!
I attended Basepoint from late April to the End of July. Everyone working here is so accommodating and helpful. The difference I can see within myself from before attending to now is amazing. I've learned so many skills… here and hearing other peoples perspectives on my experience can be so extremely helpful. Everyone has fantastic insight and it's a very safe, supportive, and open environment. The therapists are super helpful and welcoming as well. I definitely recommend this program!
I loved it here. Katie and Caroline were such a huge help and definitely made me feel heard. I definitely recommend Basepoint to anyone considering it.
i had an absolutely wonderful experience in the adult outpatient program! the staff there were kind, and the therapists were amazing as well!
Was a great facility and staff was very helpful along my journey. Once you accept the help , that’s when you start to grow !
Awesome facility and awesome therapy! The staff are all extremely kind, compassionate, and accommodating. You will have a great time meeting patients and learning about all your similarities and differences—with an… excellent therapist to guide you along the way.
