Life Intensity Counseling Services – Frisco

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Super disappointed in this experience. When I initially called to set an appointment the lady answered with “This is Monica” as if I knew who she was instead of greeting with the business… name. First red flag. Then conversation from that point was odd, she was kind of all over the place to be quite honest and it didn’t feel professional at all. She then told me she had two locations and I let her know either would be fine. She booked me for their location on Main and I vividly remember her saying to herself “I can make it out there”. My confirmation email was booked for this location as well. I show up and STE 100 is non existent at this place. I call, she again answers just saying “hello” (unprofessional again). I tell her we have an appt at 12:30 and then I do not see the STE number. She says “oh it’s not a suite, I’ll come down and get you” - also a red flag because why not prepare me for what to expect? She then calls me and tells me she doesnt see me and I let her know where I was to find out SHE is not at the right location. She doesn’t apologize but goes immediately into excuses. I told her I’d find somewhere else. I am a practice manager myself and everything about this was poor and unprofessional. My son could have been suicidal, barely hanging on etc like I’m sure some are, and this would be the outcome today. Shameful.

I had some family loses and went to Life Intensity. Just in the 1st session I left feeling relieved & lifted. I will definitely be coming back!
