Heights Treatment – Houston Detox and Rehab Services
Heights Treatment – Houston is recorded as offering partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

Heights Treatment – Houston Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 112 East 10th Street, Houston, Texas, 77008. The city lies within Harris County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Heights Treatment – Houston Reviews and Ratings
Heights Treatment in Houston can be understood partly through its license and accreditation, and partly through what patients say. Read their reviews here, and leave one if you have been in treatment at the facility.
I have a unique perspective on Heights because I actually went through the program myself. Gambling had gotten out of control and my mental health had gotten pretty bad along with it. I called and was able to do my… pre-assessment and intake the same day, but before committing I also got to sit down with the owner and clinical director and talk through what was actually going on. I ended up working with the clinical director, which felt a little unusual at first, but it quickly made sense. Heights really is a small practice, and the individualized, boutique approach they talk about is actually what I experienced. I had previously been inpatient at a very well-known gambling program and was honestly surprised that Heights offered groups and approaches I had never been exposed to there. I completed all three months of their individualized program and still see my therapist, EMDR therapist, psychiatrist, and a mentor for medication support and accountability. That continuity has probably been one of the biggest things for me. It is expensive compared with just using insurance, but the level of access and care is also very different, and they even worked with me on pricing after hearing my situation. For me, it really has been a one-stop shop for therapy, psychiatry, trauma work, gambling support, mentoring, and continued care. I genuinely feel like they care about the people they work with.
We had a harder time than expected finding outpatient care in Houston that gave my loved one enough support without making it impossible to keep working. Most of the programs we found were during the day or required a… much bigger disruption to everyday life. Heights offered treatment three evenings a week, which made it possible for them to work during the day and still get consistent support. They needed more than a weekly therapy appointment, but stepping away for residential or daytime treatment was not realistic. Heights gave us an option that actually fit.
I have been a client of one of the Heights Behavioral Health (HBH) clinicians for more than 30 years - since my entrance into recovery - and wherever the clinician goes, I will follow. The care I have received has… always been kind, compassionate, extremely thoughtful, and tailored to my specific needs and circumstances. As my children have grown up (now adults) and have realized their own personal needs for assistance in areas of their life, they, too, have been beneficiaries of the exceptional services of HBH. Of course, [you] get out of the experiences and treatments what you put into it…”trash in, trash out”. HBH has given my children and me tools for healthier and more balanced living and has literally saved our lives. The program is simple, but it’s not easy. I encourage anyone and everyone who wants to learn how to live a life free of the constant horrors of mental health conditions, the powerlessness of substance use, and other debilitating disorders to contact them…NOW!
Best option for recovery in the area.
Amazing facility
I don’t usually write reviews, especially unprompted and about something this personal. Heights Behavioral is a newer practice and I wanted people to know the team has been helping families long before they opened their… own doors. Our family was scared and unsure where to turn. From the first conversation with Jeff and Beckie to walking through the doors, we felt genuinely cared for. Meeting with one of the owners, who is also a therapist, felt more like sitting down with family than being sold a program. Everything was centered around my loved one as a person. We’ve unfortunately been through treatment before, but never like this. My loved one actually enjoys going, feels connected to the clinicians and other clients, and wants to stay. Even conversations about recommendations and cost were honest, thoughtful, and never pushy. HBH gave our family hope during one of the hardest times in our lives, and for that I’ll always be grateful.
I can’t say enough good things about Heights Behavioral Health. From my very first interaction, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The staff took the time to listen, answer my questions, and create a… treatment plan that fit my needs. The therapists were knowledgeable, compassionate, and created an environment where I felt comfortable opening up. If you or a loved one is looking for quality mental health care with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Heights Behavioral Health.
