Wenatchee CBOC (116) – Wenatchee Detox and Rehab Services
Wenatchee CBOC (116) – Wenatchee is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Wenatchee CBOC (116) – Wenatchee Address, Location and Contact Information
2530 Chester Kimm Road, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801 is the address held. This address falls in Chelan County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Does anyone know if this location has C-Pap supplies I can pick up from?
Best care I’ve gotten at any VA in the country. The Wenatchee VA is great.
I have used the VBOC here for 7 years now. I find it's attention, care and manner to be excellent. I really appreciate the service they provide us Veterans. Thank you Wenatchee VBOC
This facility is great! From the front desk staff to the nurses and my doctor I believe I receive outstanding patient care. I feel they care about me as a person and not some number like the private sector. Love my… Wenatchee clinic!!! Keep up the great work!
I was stunned by the fast service and helpful staff. Extremely exceeded my expectations after trying and failing to use the phone to contact the Spokane VA (Wenatchee VACBOC falls under that useless bureaucratic mess of… utter ineptitude in Spokane). Don't bother calling. Walk in and they will help you get started. Spokane call center will hang up, direct your call to some random phone, or send you to a voice mail that only says "leave a message and we'll get back to you" then it hangs up before you can speak. The Spokane VA needs a criminal investigation.
worst va facility ever. My husband has been trying to get a nurse or his doctor to call him back for six days. a real pathetic situation. I recommend you go anywhere else for medical care
Kale and Britney were helping out at the front desk and was absolutely amazing! Seriously best customer service I have seen in a very long time! I ran into a problem with my medication and not being able to get a refill… from my old facility (in California) in time before I was out. Then I thought I was registered to the Wenatchee clinic but I wasn’t yet. What a disaster for a Friday evening! Kale and Britney made phone calls and talked to who they needed to so I could get established with a new primary doctor last minute and got me the med refill so I didn’t have to have withdrawals this weekend. I even watched several Veterans come in for their appointments and the customer service was so friendly, warm, and inviting! Thanks so much VA Wenatchee Clinic. I really feel I’m in safe hands here.
20 year female retired veteran denied service. Was told to go to doctor in town. This was several years ago. I hope that individual doesn't work there any more.
I have been going to the clinic in Wenatchee since it opened. I have never had bad service. However there has been an increase in service level over the last couple years. Very satisfied... oh one thing the phone system… is a bit of a challenge but not enough for me to drop my rating
I drive an hour and a half to get to this clinic. I have had the best results of any clinic I have visited. The staff is friendly and all my walk in's and appointments have been handled in a professional and friendly… manner.
This place needs to be shut down.
Moved to Wenatchee recently and I'm very pleased with not only the clinic staff, but also the fact they try hard to service you here and save you the drive to Spokane.
cannot contact clinic.. phone number goes to a fax machine!! central va system used to intercept calls and relay requests... but cannot contact them either... what's happening ?? Need to renew meds and get appointment… !! guess I will have to drive one hour to wenatchee to contact anyone ! Sad... very sad... system is totally screwed up...
Terrible! I live 2 hours away from this clinic. For my first appointment, I showed up; the clerk looked on the computer and said "You don't have an appointment today, sir." I showed him the appointment card showing that… date and time. Blank stare. "Sorry". 200 miles and 4 hours wasted. The next appointment went as scheduled, but then I was asked to return for a blood draw. I came for that appointment, only to find that the phlebotomist had simply not shown up for work that day. From side conversations among the staff, it became apparent this was not unusual. Another 4 hours and 200 miles wasted. The drive to the Spokane VA Hospital is an 8-hour roundtrip and about 400 miles, but they keep their appointments there, and the staff shows up. Adios, Weanatchee VA Clinic. You are the pits.
Staff and medical professionals during routine check up were great. Minimal wait time and engaged staff. Veterans in the local area are incredibly lucky.
Good people.
Fantastic staff! Very pleased.
