Sunrise Services Inc – Mount Vernon Detox and Rehab Services

Sunrise Services Inc – Mount Vernon appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Very bad experience trying to communicate with the lady supervisor. Couldn't get a good service. How convenient, after I did this review, the lady called me.

If you're looking for genuine mental health care, I'd look elsewhere. The "therapists" I've been paired with have all been very unprofessional. There was no actual therapy, no coping mechanisms taught, nothing. Every… "session" just felt useless. I am no better now than I was when I started. Clearly just trying to charge my insurance for "therapy" that was never actual therapy. Take your business somewhere else if you are looking for genuine therapy. Literally anywhere else is better.

Honestly I didn't want to get help for my mental health issues. But they made the process easy and straightforward. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating to my needs as a client. I could not recommend this place… any more than I already have

I turned to sunrise behavioral health During my stay at a treatment center. I didn’t really know Where I was going with my life And no real connection to this community because I had never lived here before. My… therapist ended up being so helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I have learned the value of a positive attitude, and just needed someone to talk to. I realized while sitting in the sunrise behavioral health therapy session that I Wanted to go to school. Now nine months later, I have completed a quarter and have reached a level of success. I never knew possible, and it all started with the positive reinforcement of my therapist And the close proximity of the office to a college campus which inspired me to pursue my dreams. I went from hopeless drug addict to successful student in a short period of time. The therapist is so kind, understanding, patient, and helpful. I love this place.

Jeanine an (MA) went above and beyond to help insure I got my medication on many Occasions. But, most recently she cougt a medication mistake that could have potentially had severe life altering consequences beyond the… negative side effects I've already been experiencing. She has spent countless hours working on issues with getting my medication over the year's, and I truly believe there should be more people who genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. Paulette, Nicole and Renee out of the Marysville office have all worked together on my behalf more times then I can remember over the past few years and I really appreciate all their hard work and effort.

Five stars do not say enough! Sunrise Services, specifically Mrs. Nanette Noma represents true care and compassion. Nanette took so much of her time to go above and beyond in fully addressing all my needs. She was… instrumental in my gaining the success I now enjoy, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! Thank you, Sunrise Services Thank you, Nanette 😀

Sunrise offers many options. One on one counseling and therapy sessions as well as group therapies. SUD and mental health support. They do a great job. Friendly and helpful reception and I feel cared about by my… counselors and therapist. Art group is fun and DBT is very helpful. UPDATE as of 2024. My review was a 5. Now maybe a 2 and thats the helpful staff that actually take that place seriously. Nanette ruined this clinic. Shes a horrible micromanager and doesnt offer enough support to the clients, let alone the staff. When my services were cancelled due to a billing problem, she told me she wasnt getting paid to help me when I asked what Im supposed to do now.. My medicaid never got billed because of the spend down. I was put in community wellness over a decade ago and was in that program for years. Now nobody can explain what the issue is or what happened to that program. They're leaving it up to me to figure out how my bills were paid..

Unprofessional. Was never able to even schedule an appointment with them. I called three times wanting to schedule an appointment with a psychologist, each time they asked me to leave my name and number and said that… they’d reach out to me. Ok, cool. I did that. Never heard back from them. Came into the clinic in person wanting to speak to someone about scheduling an appointment, the woman who works in the front remembered my name since I’ve called numerous times already, and she told me to put my name and number down again and that the psychologist would reach out to me. After not hearing from her for about a week, I gave them yet another call and left a voicemail. It has now been over a week since I’ve called and no one has reached out to me. The purpose of my visit was to get an evaluation done regarding ADHD. My purpose wasn’t court related or anything, and I have my own insurance. My primary care physician gave me a list of clinics that’ll accept my insurance, and Sunrise was one of them, but it’s extremely unprofessional of them to not even bother getting back to me. I have an appointment with my primary care physician and I will be letting him know of this unprofessionalism from Sunrise and inform him not to recommend Sunrise to his patients due to Sunrise’s lack of communication and just inability to even reach out to potential patients.

My experience with Sunrise Services has given me a wonderful opportunity to excel in my everyday activities, and feel better in life about my recovery. Being in the SUDS program with Sunrise has helped me to heal better… and recover in a way that makes me feel important in this world, and gives me a real sense of hope. I absolutely love the I.O.P. groups I have been apart of, and the interaction with the councilors and other members of the groups. I very much enjoy Angela Babos as my councilor , and Nanette who is the director of Sunrise Services. She is absolutely wonderful! I hope to keep with this program as long as I need these services for. Thank you, Sunrise , for being an excellent source of help in my life. -Jennifer O'Connor.
