Holman Recovery Center – Arlington Detox and Rehab Services

Holman Recovery Center – Arlington appears on the register for residential treatment. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

I have a child at home man and I don’t hear anything different coming out of her mouth and her actions are the same. No counseling nothing is happening. She has zero intentions of after or housing. As a family we… haven’t been offered any kind of family support or counseling to help unite her with her kids. This place is disappointing and I would never recommend it to any parent or anyone

Savers of lives doing good work. There are so many bad and terrible places to be institutionalized. Holman is not one of them. I wish i knew about them before and came here sooner. You won't regret it. 🖤💙

I was racially profiled by their staff. They said nasty things about gay and lesbian people. They’re Phat. Director was extremely rude and poked himself with one of my insulin needles. Don’t go here avoid it at all cost.

Holman was an experience I will always remember. The staff, including CDP, CDPT were caring and kind. From the kitchen to those that came for Yoga and Art. Exceptional! I will always remember each and everyone of them.… Thank you! I am thankful they will always have a special place in my heart.

Had a great experience at Holman and it is three years and counting being clean and sober since. The facility was very clean and there were lots of activities in addition to the counseling and education. Highly… recommend.

Holman saved my life. I went 2 years ago with no hope. I left with tools and knowledge to stay sober. The staff is caring and compassionate and it really shows. I am about to celebrate 18 months! Thank you Holman for… giving me my life back!

I've had many stumbles on my recovery journey, but Holman has welcomed me back with open arms. The staff is amazing, the facility is fantastic and the food is 10/10. They keep you busy and while some stuff is obviously… just time filler, most of the day you are doing real work on your recovery. I have had Jeanette and Dan as my counselor and while the experience is different with each of them, I have nothing but great things to say about both groups. I feel that I've made lifelong friends with my fellow clients. It's not overstating it to say this place has saved my life. Thank you to everyone employed there, you'll be seeing my job application in about 11 months once I hit a year clean!

Holman Recovery Center is not a treatment center that helps or see's each client as an individual. They don't bother to understand the needs of each individual person. They are not impeccable with there words in any… sorta way. The "care team" which are the workers watching over them are incredibly unprofessional to say the least. That's if you can get them to get off there chairs to help you. They show favoritism to some, and then just talk about the others behind there back. The counselors which I only had interactions with two of them but the one in charge on the weekend I don't feel she could help a dog let alone a struggling addict. This program might have started with good intentions but sadly is no better than all the other state insurance facilities.

They don't really care about people. They will kick you out for any little thing. They don't like people with developmental disabilities. They're the not the nicest place ever. I'm like they're rude. Don't care about… people

The HRC experience has been amazing. The staff genuinely cares about the Recovery and future of each client. The resources and care that they provide is beyond and above. I have 31 days today and couldn't have done this… without every single one of the members at Holman Recovery Center. And update.... I still remember Holman and all I learned there. I am sober in a new community with 8 months sobriety. I still attribute Holman staff Travis, Leah, Jeremy, Calvin and many others for where I am today. This was my first treatment center ever and I don't think I could have gone to a better facility. Give yourself a shot for another chance in life....this place will give you the tools and understanding you need.

Holman recovery is by far the most amazing treatment center to exist. The staff are amazing and will go to above and beyond to help you. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have the life that I get to live today. Special… shout out to Sophie H. & Alyssa S. For always taking care of me during my stay and being my biggest advocates. Forever grateful for HRC.

My experience at Holman was honestly magical. The staff work their arses off day in and day out, I couldn't even name all of them that gave me a genuine connection on top of all they do. I am so appreciative to be sober… another day and will definitely suggest this recovery center to anyone ready to help themselves get clean. 💖
